The ordered items were not correct there was no salad on one of the sandwiches and barley any chicken on the other.

Honestly held off giving a review on this store, on the few previous occasions we have visited they were waiting for renovations, and in the middle of the renovations. During the renovations they were still open and serving even though there was dust all over the floor from the various building works. We hoped it was just a blip and gave them leniency. Today's visit the staff struggled with a family sandwich order having to clarify after asking for each individual item needing to be added to the bread. Then they proceeded to toast two of the sandwiches while making the third. Took these out of the warmer and left open on the side whilst other one warmed and proceeded to ask us for the cash payment wearing the same gloves he was going to use to add salad to the sandwiches. Needless to say we didn't get any salad items added. He then poorly wrapped the sandwich, gave them to us, we sat down and two of the sandwiches were already cold from the toasting process. We will not be returning as they just don't seem to have the correct food standards that I experience in other subways.

could not be more offended by the food that’s been sent, looks my sandwich has been put through a mangle. I have had to cook the hash browns at home…it’s not they were cold they had not been cooked at all yet the waffles were hard couldn’t even bite.

Please ensure you sweep and tidy outside the store, it all blows across the car park and down to Tesco making it look very untidy!

Orderd garlic bites ended up with the spicy ones, unedible and not happy. However actual subway was lovely and everything else i orderd was on point.

Maybe double check orders before sending them out

Ordered some garlic cheese bites and didn’t get them ended up getting the chipotle bites which I’m not happy about would like a refund as food was not edible and absolute disgrace

Well 30 mins to get served then order wrong Food ok after the next 21 mins had wait shocking customer services I’d never go back way under staffing aswell

Ordered on the app for a pre paid collection. Gave the restaurant over an hour, and the didn't start making the order till we'd arrived. After spending 95 pounds, and the fact that the app claimed our food was ready, I expected no issues. But unfortunately I was greeted by no food, and staff thaat didn't seem to understand that I'd used the subway app, and no idea that my order had gone through. Frankly if I wasn't ordering for a full office of hungry folk, if have asked for a refund and taken my business elsewhere.

items missing pop cookie and crisps yet AGAIN

Portion sizes of the ingredients are borderline rations. For the price paid you barely get any meat or cheese in the subs, and it just seems to be getting worse.

All food cold and missing sauce on sandwich poorly put together

unfortunately subway was shut and carrying out renovations so our delivery driver was waiting and luckily they came and informed me of the issue! thanks to the driver for being nice enough to come but Subway should not be taking orders if they are not open!

Requested the sandwich toasted and it came untoasted and they put the drink in the same bag as the food so even if it was warm it would have gone cold

Sandwiches are great when they're made right and not contaminated with other people's sandwiches. Ordered food and found it covered in tuna mayo from the previous customer's sandwich.

Order one thing, preparing totally different. And then blaming us that we order something what we didn't order. Talking so badly can not understand what saying. Order was Stake texican foot Long, but hi preparing tex Mexican. Never visit again!!!

Furious chicken came dry with no sauce at all, the bread was dry & stale.

Twice now had wrong items. .. my daughter only likes cheese and olives, we add double cheese and this is the second time with almost a bare sub and no olives.

Most of the times were wrong. This is unacceptable especially with allergies!! Refund is necessary or this will be taken further

The bread was not even cooked. It was thin and soggy. Just really poor quality for the price we have to pay. The sauce is a slither of sauce. We haven’t been able to eat them because of how poor they were. Waste of £30

Order wrong yet again. Last time I am using this restaurant. It hasn't been the same since the staff all changed.

The food wasn’t cooked properly, the pizza were slapped on top off Eachother so had no topping and the nachos were over cooked and dry then the cookie dough wasn’t warmed though at all

Ordered nachos, when it arrived there was no cheese and about a spoonful of salsa. Also had a salad, there were onion and peppers in there of which I hadn’t asked for. All of the food looked like it had been made by a 5 year old.

got sent the wrong sandwich, ordered chicken tikka and got sent chicken breast, driver nearly delivered the order to another house on the street and I had to go out and shout him over. this subway has really gone down hill. need better staff. this is the third time this has happened in the past month.

Have been going for years. Usually staff are on their own and it's never too busy and could not give anything less than 5* Today we went in and the service was poor the guy seemed uninterested and was slamming thing down his phone was ringing in the background and we just seemed to be an inconvenience today. The women who usually work there cannot fault them.

Saidanesh Koya behind the counter not only made one mistake but made 2. We had to drive 20 min back to store after asking for a BLT and this is what we got!please see picture ! He then Refused to let us speak to manager . Refused to give manager details not even his name . He smiled and said my manger will see your review and contact you ! Doubt that . Very rude should not be working with the public at all .

I ordered yesterday 5-july-2024 from subway as mentioned in my receipt. However I ordered plant patty wrap. They put Beef in the wrap which is disgusting because that order was for a religious person. However they used wrong bread for the sandwich as well. After spoked with them on phone they mentioned you can come to the store and have it made in front of you. After I visit the store next day they denied that you should have come the same day. And you need to pay again now. I drive from 6 miles to get the order. Anyway they did not provide the store manager or team member name or any info so that I can not make a complaint. This poor type of entertainment is not acceptable at any cost and it is not that we can apply for the refund everything is not money.

delivery was really good. however, I ordered a chicken tikka sub and was barely any chicken on it, it was bare. Also ordered a footlong break which sub and received a 6 inch sub. Called the store and told them this to which they said I'd have to go back online and order another 6 inch sub, therefore costing me more money at their mess up. Then got told there were no drivers to deliver even though they'd just delivered my food prior. Make it make sense.

Freezing cold and I ordered chips not 2 lots of hashbrowns

The waffles were cold and stale. The sub itself had less in it than usual. Had to wait an hour as unable to find a driver. Once driver found he was on time. Doubt we will order from subway again.

Orders a foot long cookie for my daughter which I didn't receive and then when phoning was told to come and get it! Very rude. The food I received was cold and my sub had the wrong bread!

The quality and accuracy of my orders from Subway have gone down hill drastically. Today I was missing so many items and many substitutions with items they don't list. 3 bags of crisps, 1 cookie and 2 drinks missing. Substitution of Tango for Powerade? coke for Pepsi max.

I paid almost £14 for a footlong meal deal and was just sent a 6 inch.

By Fare one of the worst subways I've been too the bread was off and hard like its been out on the side for a few days the cookie was very hard not fresh at all plus this subway does not support veteran/ military discount or do discount for blue light card.

Meatballs are burnt and dry. Like charcoal when I bit into them. I have took pictures of the food and you can see how burnt they are

Second time I ordered from this subway and even though i selected an option “TOASTED” i got my subs cold… literally can tell it wasn’t toaster at all, because the cheese is not melted and the bread is cold…..

Driver was sat in his car on the phone for several minutes and didn’t bother to get up until i had opened my door! Didn’t speak a word to me just very ride and to top it off my drink was missed offf the order!

Will not be using your service again. I've just moved back to the UK and looking for a food delivery service. This is my second time in 3 days and both times awful. This is not a restaurant it's a fast food chain where orders take less than a minute. I also ordered fish and chips before which took 45 minutes nad came cold. Service is abysmal which is why I assume you don't have an option to speak to an agent. I'm also upset I tipped before receiving my food

nearly two hours for my food to arrive is ridiculous! Its only a five minute walk from my house as well! If it wasn’t for the fact im disabled an unable to get there myself I would of done. Absolutely ridiculous!

food came on time, always delivered by someone on a bike so it's always always cold when it arrives!! meatballs were burnt and they randomly put a BBQ sauce on my sandwich with mayo when I just asked for mayo. I won't be ordering from this branch again.
