Bella Pizza in Doncaster

I would come almost every week and since I came so often I would get a free drink! The service and food is amazing

very friendly staff always on time lovely food

Cancelled my order online then turned up a hour later with the food when I had ordered from elsewhere in the meantime then asked the driver for a refund by text still no refund been made

Delivery driver was very unpleasant & rude

Yet again we have no issue. After a long drive from Kent to Doncaster, Bella was the choice from the family. Pizzas were hot, wraps were massive and everything was tasty. Thank you guys, you always help start the weekend.

*Edited* Bella's have improved massively over the past year or so. The service, the food and the friendliness & efficiency of the staff have come on leaps and bounds. Their pizzas are delicious (just ask for no extra herbs), burgers are succulent and fresh, chips are crisp but not overcooked. Their only let down is the kebabs aren't great but good kebab is hard to achieve. Well done, we'll be repeat customers from now on!

Amazing garlic bread and always good service

Took 2 hours to deliver pizza and when we called they said another 25 minutes, yet it was another 40+. lovely food awful service.

I placed an order with Asia wok on 01/07 which I cancelled and I was told a refund was on its way. I still have not received this refund . Please can this be sent asap

Friendly Pizzas were extremely tasty. Would definitely recommend. Thin base didn't seem that thin but still yummy. Will definitely be going back.

Took an hour and a half to be delivered asked for extra Mayo but to the extent I recieved made the food sickly will not be ordering again

Good portions and all food was to a good standard however the shish wasn’t cooked on a skewer and was more like slices of lamb and chicken. Lamb was very gristly too. Would order again but wouldn’t get a shish again

Properly nice pizza, and a great mixed kebab, only problem I fell asleep waiting for it (few too many beers 😅) They rang me loads of times and continually pressed the doorbell, but i powered through that 🙈, eventually after everything they left it by my front door. Excellent service and food was delicious when I woke up sorry 😆 Will be ordering from here again 110%

Granted bank holiday put one pizza and kebab over an hour and 10 mins quite frankly bit of a joke. Was also cold when got here

First and last I’ll use this place ordered food at 1900hrs, still waiting for my food at 2115hrs. Rung numerous time regarding update to be given the typical excuse ‘The driver has already left’ absolute rubbish. I for one will not be using again. Just eat just give refunds, or compensation regarding stuff like this as the takeaway isn’t going to give you money back!!!!!!

Attempted to order food from here last night, I was working late and had not ate all day Placed order for delivery at 23:17, was told “delivery will be 45-50 minutes” come midnight there was no sign of food so I called again at 00:06 and asked for an update for them to tell me “you haven’t ordered here, we don’t have any call record” I went to bed with no food, won’t be using this place ever

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a local takeaway that I found to have high-quality food. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in the area looking for a good meal. The food was fine but over 2 and a half hours for delivery was shocking. The garlic bread also was wrong as it wasn’t thin based. Won’t be ordering again.

Just picked up 2 chicken shish from Bella pizza in Dunsville, had them loads of times before….whats happened? Everything in separate cartons, no garlic mayo at all which then made the kebab very dry…..very disappointed!!

I’m not a fan of red meat but the cheeseburger is absolutely spot on.

It was cold and wrong...zero point in ringing as it was already really late. Times are tight, and this was a treat for our daughter. Really not good, and no apologies for it being so late.

Had items missing and food wasn’t upto standard the chicken didn’t taste right like it was off

Caught someone who was supposed to be delivering menus throwing them from the pavement into peoples gardens (a wet day too!) Was totally ignored when I confronted him. Contacted Bella Pizza to let them know that whoever they’d paid to deliver them had instead littered everyone’s gardens. Noticed later lots of other residents had done the same, instead of acknowledging it they’ve just deleted all the messages and ignored us so clearly they’re not bothered! Last time we ordered from Bella it took 2 hours to arrive and wasn’t the best to be honest, might’ve been tempted to try again though if the menu had actually been posted and not yeeted over my gate into a frigging puddle.

The extra bolognaise sauce didn’t arrive but the delivery was 20 minutes early 👍

Usually very good but this time food was cold. I expected the wait as it was a Friday night. Then to turn up on time with the food cold just didn't get it I would of rather waited and had a hot meal

We have used Bella religiously for the last 3 years, least once a week with a minimum order of £30, never a real issue until the last 1 month or so. In the last 2 weeks our orders have been over 2 hours to deliver (last night 2.15hrs) with no real explanation, you have to chase them repeatedly only to get lied to. Last nights food has not agree with me today, but maybe that was due to getting wound up about the delivery! We will no longer be using Bella Pizza and I recommend that anyone else uses other local Pizza shops who wants and appreciates your business. Such a shame to see a good thriving business go to rack and ruin.

Waited over two hours for delivery! When I rang up to see where the food was the girl on the end of the phone didn’t even apologise for the delay! Bad service.

I was waiting 1hr 35 minutes for a small order, and when it arrived they had got my order completely wrong forgot some food and it was cold!!!

Waited over 1 hour for food to come cold yeah bring it at 12.10am when you can't ring rgem up over it when we put order in at 1020pm the very last time I will be getting anything from these food is horrible and so hard what a waste of money

Terrible. Pizza was doughy, cheesy chips weren’t warm enough to melt the cheese, sent a doner wrap instead of mixed, and forgot the drink. Over an hour and a half wait just for everything to be bad or wrong.

Popped in a few times whilst on my travels…food at the time is always delicious but I suffer the next day (I’m not going into detail on that, you’ll get my drift!)

Great pizza and lovely mixed kebab with lovely meats and plenty of it too.

A little expensive, over £30 for 2 pizzas and chips but a very nice treat.

Waited over 90mins for food to turn up (was told when ordering 45mins)being only 1mile from shop. Ordered a chicken kebab wrap it turned up and was freezing cold as if it had just come out fridge or been sat on a counter for over an hour. Not ordering from them again.

Was sent the wrong pizza , we ordered a deep pan and was sent a square pizza.

Never ordering again got food poisoning and with seeing rats round the shop I wouldn’t be surprised. Absolutely diabolical behaviour and disgusting respect. Will be looking at reporting to health and hygiene inspection next.

I understand a Friday night is busy but for the second time we ordered at 7.20pm and it arrived at 9.30pm. Food is great but make sure you order a lot earlier than you want. Gave the benefit of the doubt first time but after a second time I'll either order somewhere else or try and remember to order a lot earlier.

Waited just under 2 hours for food, the food that came was nothing like we have had before... it was inedible! Ordered a chicken tikka kabab, the chicken tikka was just a big pile of mush dumped in a box (not even sure what was mixed in there) and a hard crusty pitta served seperately in a bag! all the food was only slightly warm and tasted dry, the cheesy chips were all matted together and cold and we were unable to eat them which is pretty disgusting for almost £4 per portion!
