Ordered tonight and there was a website issue so I wrote them a note and they fixed, guy to the door apologised and had it all sorted. Really nice food too! Had the burger with chips

Poor! 1 hour 40 mins wait for delivery within the local area…..and for the order to then be wrong. Order was placed online through website so not sure how they could get it wrong? This place used to be very good but it’s gone down hill.

Always use this pizza place to order but will never use them again. Not cheap and when called to say pizza was not up usual standard. No toppings. Very well done and very thin. Was told to more or less out up and shut up by the manager. Then told to “enjoy”before he put phone down.

Since new ownership, delivery time has become a joke, I've ordered 3 times now and its been over and hour each time and I'm only a two minute drive away. I can understand slightly with my weekend orders but on a Tuesday night...your not that busy, beyond a joke!

I always use this place, its my go to, BUT NEVER WILL AGAIN Placed my order yesterday at 19.49, as per the e-mail receipt and i called at 21.53 and was told that the order was now ready and would go out soon and the delay was due to only having one driver. I explained that as it had been 2 hours already and it was not even on its way i did not want the food any longer and was told they could not refund me i had to do it through just eat... we ended the call and i googled and this was incorrect and they needed to cancel my order which issues an automatic refund. In the mean time after the call they placed the order as "on its way" which i knew it wasn't at they had just told me so i called back and told them i knew it wasn't on its way as you had just told me and by the time it got here it would likely be 2 and half hours since my order so had them refund me Surprised at how bad this place has got used to be top class

Delivery never arrived, however the takeaway has contacted me to say their driver took the food and didnt deliver to the right address who took the food iso they will offer me a full refund. Not entirely the takeaways fault I guess!

Manager extremely rude after he got our order incorrect, this is the second time this week refused to do anything about it and swore down the phone at me. Will not see another penny from my pocket, very unprofessional

Wow this was so nice not a bad word to say about it (wich is unusual for me as ime a really picky eater) we had the god farther pizza , a donner kebab and 2 lots off chip all was absolutely delicious. The sauces were really nice to. We have just decided this is our new go to takeaway. 10 out of 10 xxx

Dealt with them for a few years and always enjoyed their food. Today whether it was my signal or theirs they didnt hear my order was without a sauce and they delivered it with it . Superb handling. They offered to re-deliver the hot wings again without the sauce ( I was not expecting the chips to be re-sent also so I oven warmed them and sent them back the original wings with sauce so they knew I wasnt pulling a cheeky one.) They re-delivered no worries quickly and with the chips too. I was glad as the chips had become soggy keeping in the oven that I was warming. Only time an issue, and not their error. Great service and food and quick re-delivery . Superb customer service

Don't Even try it...can't get basic order right and then open pizza and looks as if a mouse has had a nibble...Manager rude, probably bullied at school or something as hes clever down that phone... If you order from here use PayPal for money back when your takeaway is poor

We love getting our takeaway from here!! And we drive from mexborough just for it. Best takeaway we've been to by far.. staff are polite and the food is just so tasty. My boyfriend says the BBQ chicken wings are the best he's ever tasted in his life and recommends the place to everyone 😂 x

Just ordered calazone pizza cold inside not cooked properly tried ringing back no answer. Put in bin waste of money

So we have been regular customers since the shop opened and we have never had a problem until tonight. The food took 1hour 55 mins to arrive. I rang up after an hour and a half and was told they were just finishing it. When the food arrived it was only just luke warm. My kids were so tired they couldn't eat anything and the garlic bread was burnt ( I have provided a picture) when I commented on a social media post about the length of time I got a very rude reply and then my comment was removed. Tonight was an unacceptable delivery time, poor quality food, appalling customer service and very rude people who treat their customers like dirt on social media who should quite frankly be in the shop getting orders out to people. I will never order from them or their other businesses again, and will be spreading the word about how they treat their customers.

A favorite for chicken Shish kebabs. Absolutely yummy. The staff are brill, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I have allergies and they always make sure my orders are free of the ingredients I cannot consume. 10/10 thankyou guys 😊

Food was soggy was misled with delivery charge. Rang up about food wouldn't feed it to my dog. Bloke said he will come collect the full meal when their is a driver available for a full refund. Better turn up or its going through letter box in morning. Dissapointed massivly looking forward to it aswell. Annoyed is a understatement. Id think twise before ordering from their. Think the chippy over road owned by same guys ill avoid their too.

Good food but delivery service is not so good. Had to wait 2 hours for delivery and to be constantly told it's on its way when clearly it isn't....if they are so busy you can afford to lose customers.

Absolute the worst staff I ordered a simple pizza, had to return it because it was wrong, then returned with another wrong order, obviously something's wrong.

ordered two donner kebabs a few weeks ago which when arrived where freezing cold not edible at all, so l contacted them to let them no they did opoligise saying next time you order we will sort you out me being nice left it at that, l could have said no come back n collect as there going in the bin, contacted them tonight and went to offer a discount, when l said thought you would honour them he got so rude even put the phone down whilst l was still talking, so it's fair to say l will never order from here again customer service discussting as well as food

I recently moved here and had a takeaway which I picked up, it was lovely and the staff really pleasant and chatty. A lot of people like to complain about places rather than put good messages online and I was a little surprised by these messages, but decided to make my own mind up and try it. Glad I did, will definitely be returning.

Our order was incomplete so called the shop, the guy was so rude and basically refused to send out the rest of our order as they had 'closed'. The food was rancid and cold, and the chips were soggy. I explained that we would not be ordering again from there and he simply replied "right, that's fine" before putting the phone down on me. Never had such a poor service- AVOID!!!

Food took 50mins which is fair enough with a takeaway but it was cold and shocking portions for the money. Happy to be refunded and would rather sit here with a tub of pringles.

Rubbish service adulys meal same size as kids apart from 3 extra nuggets chips cold I ring up complaint they was so aragent and said well unless the driver has a fridge in his car I don't no what wrong. Used to be rely nice but rely run down now

We ordered from here very often as it was a cut above everywhere around Scawthorpe, Bentley, Woodlands, Skellow and Carcroft. We moved from Scawthorpe to Bentley but continued to order from New York Pizza. The last few times have been very dissapoining- pale and very greasy chips, tasteless and sloppy pizza, and the coldest delivery of what was meant to be hot food I have ever had. Same old takeaway stories start off well and build up the custom then throw it the food together and send to many deliveries out at once. This was the best pizza place I had eaten from!

Received a menu through my door so we thought we'd give this place a try next time we ordered a takeaway. Ordered a large house special pizza which arrived within 35 minutes-that's the good part.Alas it was quite tasteless and bland. The ingredients used for the toppings were of very low quality and consequently we threw half of the pizza away. We haven't ordered from this establishment since and stuck to our regular supplier.I feel that they need to up their game or they'll end up without a decent regular customer base.Also a lot of their better reviews on here are by people with only one review to their name-this always suggests to me that they've asked freinds to put up positive feedback as a favour to them.

I ordered online and it was ready to collect in 20 minutes. The website was easy to use but said I'd be charged for delivery when a flier through my door said it was free. Luckily I was collecting it. It was a bit intimidating walking in with 2 men behind the counter and another couple of youths hanging round but the staff were friendly. Both pizzas were hot. I had a thin crust which was a bit thicker than I like. Both tasted quite salty and were really filling so neither of us finished them. A few hours after eating it I felt nauseous and that lasted all night so I don't think I'll be using them again.

This is the best pizza takeaway I have ever been to by far! The speciality burgers are to die for! The shop it's self is immaculately clean which is very important to me! The staff are all very polite! I would highly recommend this takeaway to anybody in scawthorpe and surrounding areas! Believe me guys it's worth the trip!

This is a really nice takeaway .they defiantly have my custom from now on , I have ordered from there quite often and havent had any problems so far, anyone who has not tryed it should defiantly give it a go and try the speciality burgers as they are very nice and I have not had a burger as nice as that in the doncaster area
