Pizza Crazy in Doncaster

Great delivery time, great food, always order from here for our family takeaway and never had any issues:)

Sick of them getting my order wrong. Even though I don't get delivery anymore due to price .9 year I've had food from here this is the very last .now

Ordered food and said it will take about 30 minutes and was waiting for 2 hours

I asked for not toppings yet they added them without a second thought and to top my night off The guy who answered the phone was about as literate as my 7 year old brother this place is ran by scruffy morons

would be 0 stars if possible they put hashbrown and cheese on two burgers which we specially asked to be plain then when i call the restaurant the guy could barley speak a word of english and tries telling me to “just scrape it off bro” pathetic

Food is good but raising the prices just ain’t it (like the prices were fine as they were but no had to raise them 🤦‍♂️)

I came in to shop my to hear the lady saying I ain't serving that kind, was really rude, which wasn't great. I order a calzone and kebab which the kebab tasted nasty went in bin, order the meat feast calzone and was all dough and no filling, made me sick wasn't properly the worst take I had in Doncaster.

Delivery driver drove down the footpath, then tried driving over the grass verge and got his Vauxhall Zafira stuck on it. He the proceeded to spin the front wheels, causing damage to the grass verge, using sandbags he had taken from nearby traffic roadworks to try to get the tyres to grip. Realising this wasn't working, he left the car there, which was partially blocking the foot path, with the doors unlocked. He returned a number of hours later with two other men, and continued trying to get the car unstuck until the early hours of the morning, taking rocks and wood from people gardens to try to get the front tyres to grip. When they finally got the car unstuck, they just drove away, leaving rocks, sandbags, wood and the torn up grass verge for someone else to clean up. They have no respect for anyone else, and are happy to leave the area looking like a dump. The council will be informed.

The taste is excellent but every time I order deep pan pizza they send a thin one. Today I ordered from them, ask them in the comment, please make sure the pizza is deep pan. They sent thin one. Because of that, my opinion is they make joke about customer request.

Food was 1hour and 40minutes called and was advised food had left and then called again 15-20 minutes and was told was just leaving. Food turned up and the dough wasn’t cooked and the onions and mushrooms were raw!

Been ordering for a while but recently has been absolutely terrible last order it was sent to the wrong place and we got the other person's order so we rang them and they said they would make a new order it came 10 minutes later with the same food and it was stone cold so had to wait another half an hour so that took 2 hours and the last few orders have taken over 1 hour each time and we leave 3 minute drive away

Twice recently had to wait well over an hour, (hr 40 from time of ordering) pizza arrived with burnt crust and barely warm...will not order from here again

I asked for 2 pizzas and a big drink they brought me small drink and 1 pizza the delivery service was nice but first time ordering from here and am sure it will be my last.not trying to be rude but they should have brought what I wanted I don’t know what what happened they probably mis heard me or something but I know what I asked for when I told the delivery guy he said to me that no that we asked for this.

Always lovely food from here and friendly service.

I ordered from here and got the deal 3 , it was very nice, 1st time ordering from here as our regular one was closed, in all honesty I may have found a new takeaway, well done lovely experience.

Not happy at all with my food I get from the pizza crazy

We hadn't been to this place for years until I recently went back for a quick takeaway after a fair. Food has improved massively, possibly under new management, was fast to collect, and overall not too pricy. £9.90 for a Hawaiian 10", a portion of paprika chips and a can of coke.

This is one of the best pizza places ever there food is amazing and time wise they deliver fast it never normally takes more than half an hour, I would definitely recommend this takeaway

Absolutely disgusting, wouldn’t order again.

THERES A REASON THIS TAKE AWAY HAS BEEN TAKEN OFF JUST EAT!! Been using this take away for 10 year and always have had the best experience. That was not the case today. Absolutely disgusting customer service as the girl on the phone was constantly lying about my food. Took 1 hour and 40 mins to come and both of my pizzas were burnt! Not even to mentioned I ignored the fact there was a finger nail in one of my past orders. This place is absolutely disgusting and I would not recommend ordering from here.

Poor customer service laugh at you when you ask for refund when they over charge you, drop burgers on floor in front of you then proceed to cook it in front of you and pass it over to you. Very rude. Chuck your food at you bags split expect you to eat food of the floor. Give you food poisoning. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I asked for a pizza burger and it arrived with no cheese inside it wasn't pleasant at all. I called the place back and told them this and the response was "there is cheese inside I made it myself" I just said thanks and I then opened up the pizza burger to find no cheese at all. And now I'm firmly resolved to never use them again

Best kebab I've had in a long time.

Just had chicken & lamb shish kebab and a garlic bread with cheese tomato and jalapeno... absolutely fantastic, really tasty, really nice fresh salad with nice dressing , lovely tender meat..the garlic bread was perfect very good food well done guys I'm really impressed and will be back

Absoloutely disgusting service. Ordered food in the shop and forgot something. Tried to add to my order to be moaned at by one of the cooks (possibly the manager/owner). Left it because it caused so much hassle. Came back 5 miutes later then moaning about my actual order. Apparently when you get a starter in the meal deals its not all of the starters on the menu? I did ask first... anyway i said to cancel my order. He then tells me the manager is coming and went back to cooking. 5 minutes pass and he has the cheek to then come over himself again and pass me my money back? The place is a joke. Disgusting customer service and to be honest the food isnt anything to write home about anyway.

Ordered the Gizy special got two nicely cooked 12" pizza's one pepperoni and the other chicken with 2 starters a hash browns and chips and cheese the food was cooked fairly quickly imo and it tasted great will be ordering from here again. Staff were polite and courtesy

Food came two hours late and missing the drink. Kebab looked like it was thrown together. Generally the food from here is ok. Its not food its the fact i had to wait two hours for it. I appreciate places can be busy but come on 2 hours. Unimpressed

Sometimes there is something missing, like salad from my last order, or thin pan instead of deep, apart from that all great

We had to call to amend the delivery time they were lovely n amended the time no problem giving us time to get home. The food was delicious tasty n so hot we would not go to any takeaway company. 🍕

Frequently order wraps from pizza crazy however disappointed with my order today. The website states salad included in the wraps which we have had before, however our wraps had no salad on and we are very disappointed.

Pizza crazy is always reliable. They make excellent pizzas and Calzone and I love their chips and sauce. Kebabs are also great from here. Is our general go-to for takeaway. And always delivered on time or early.

I ordered the takeaway roughly 2 hours before it came when it came it was a chips short when I rang up they hung up on me never again.

The worst kebab I've ever had... chicken shish and done kebab.. got chicken.. but 1 strip of doner.. charged me £10... what a joke... avoid !!! Only wish I could post picture

Pizzas are slightly greasy but didn't bother me at all because they tasted amazing, perfectly cooked. Also loved the crazy special box meal, the hashbrowns must've been cooked in the fish oil and tasted amazing! Will definitely be ordering again.

Excellent again as usual they forgot to put in the little tub of chilli sauce but before we had even put the food on the plates he knocked on the door n apologised

Everything was there that was ordered, besides the bottle of coke, I asked where it was and he said he’d bring one back but never did.

Not happy, food come Cold, my first delivery (food order) went to another address. My wrap came with no salad however the person decided to say on the phone I ordered no salad when I didn’t say anything to do with that. I usually order from there all time but I’m disappointed today. Wrap came with chips in and lot and looks vile. I understand it’s close to the end of the night but you was not closed yet and you accepted my order, therefore my food should have come with good quality and not how I received it.

Food was cold, didn’t even get my pizza they gave us a stale cold hard dry garlic bread everything about the food was disgusting. And when phoned to tell about pizza not coming staff was rude and very arrogant not happy at all.

Donner meat had hard bits in, gross, didn’t eat it, pizza was not cut properly so had to rip it apart and garlic bread was cold, dead.

Food was really tasty. Lamb was a little chewy but for the price I wasn’t bothered. Salad was very fresh and juicy, the cooked pepper etc was a nice unexpected touch. Chips had been lightly coated with some spices which was also another nice touch. Got a free bottle of drink also which obviously can’t complain about. All in all a massive tray of mixed kebab meats chicken, shish and donner with a big portion of chips with salad, drink and two dips for £16 is a bargin! Would feed 3/4 people but it defiantly stuff two men

Unfortunately the meal was over an hour late! I had to fast and had about 20mins to eat as it was so late! Food wasn't overly good after all the wait either.

Food was top notch. First time ordering and will absolutely order again. No part of the order was wrong which not many takeaways can say for a £50+ order. Only complaint would be late delivery but I dont mind waiting that extra time for food this good!!

Tastes lovely and came on time

Ordered a set meal but they forgot the can of pop, there was loads of sauce on one of the kebabs, almost too much, also requested the free item to be a bottle of pop but they sent garlic bread, always had good orders from here so disappointed in tonight.

Nice food, quick, friendly staff, overall good experience

Food was excellent, always is but while I was waiting for the pizza, a family turned up (2 kids and who I assume was a staff member's wife), the kids were behind the counter, no masks and didn't see any hand sanitation. The boy was into the food in the front cabinet without gloves, took out some ham and put the rest back. We use Pizza Crazy as the food is always excellent and they've got a good hygiene rating but this visit was disturbing, had we been getting a kebab with food from that cabinet in it rather than a pizza that's straight out of the oven, I'd have refused the food... Great food but they need to get their hygiene act together.

First time ordering, would definitely order again. Lovely food and on time, always a bonus. Thank you! x

I ordered a pizza with 2 extra toppings, and neither of the toppings came, so was very disappointing also the lack of cheese on the chips

Ordered one 7-up and one Zingo. Received one cola. Im glad we only talking about 1 pound here. I did call them after 20 mins late and asked where my food was. They said they were very busy. It's a shame but will probably look for a new pizza place that gets the orders right and on time.

Ordered meals came over an hour late than was stated,then they said it had been delivered but it hadn’t rang them they said 10 minutes we waited another 20 minutes,it came meals were not edible ,rang them up they refused to refund us put the phone down on me .chicken Shish kebabs were far to spicy not normally like this curly fries were mega salty not edible soggy pitta like sponges all in all fecking shi*e after using them for years we will never use these again!!! Luckily for us JustEat stepped in and gave us account credit as a refund, do not use this takeaway

We ordered a burger which said on the app that it came with chips and a can of pop, this was not recieved. I posted a message in the live chat and received no response. Extremely unhappy that no one even bothered to reply after paying £3.50 delivery charge and a 50p service charge, to not get the full order I am very disappointed and will not be using this service again

Called restaurant when food was late by half hour was informed that they had switched the just eat machine off as they were busy. Food arrived 2 hours after placing order.

I have been an avid lover of Pizza crazy for years and their food has always been excellent. How ever, lately the burgers have taken a turn down and I would not recommend them at this point in time. Please bring back the original meat for the crazy burger. <3

Chose this restaurant as it was advertising delivery time of 30-45 minutes and charge was £3.50 for 0.6 miles, through it was quite pricey but was looking for quick delivery. Order ended up being late and I wasn't notified that it will be until I chased it. It took 70 minutes to arrive at the end, which I don't think is reasonable considering the price and advertised time. Food was reasonable, wouldn't call it nice. Pizza didn't have much flavour, cheesacke was still frozen but chips were nice. Wouldn't recommend or order again.

Told my daughter she got a job had her working 2 shifts, she awaited her rota to be told they’d hired someone else!!!! Free bloody labour from a 16 year old is what they wanted the jokers!!! So I wouldn’t recommend anyone’s kid to go for a job here

Really quick delivery, didn't have to communicate with them as there was no problems, they found my house no problem and the food was fine. No complaints at all.
