Had the penini meal and it was lovely. Perfect cooked with just the right amount of everything. Parking is a bit awkward though which is the only thing.

Absolutely lovely place come in for a double decker meal and a chicken wrap meal and it was amazing and very filling. Food wasn't greasy at all chicken was very clean. very good portion sizes 2 meals and drinks and still come out with change from £15, anywhere else would have been closer to the £20 mark in Doncaster. Very clean takeaway and staff was very polite and accommodating.

my food is been an hour late when i got to collect it they gave it to somebody else because i was 2 minutes late in meantime their app was saying the food is still preparing.... but they said they made it but gave it to somebody else... and the worker there was rude and he said if i will do a bad review they will get it deleted

Ordered food, was told 30-40 mins and after 1 hour and 20 mins contacted them to find he hasn’t sent it out. The excuse is that there busy, how is it my problem your busy don’t quote time you can’t keep. Wasn’t helpful or cared that I didn’t get my food

Had a full peri peri platter medium heat. Just what i needed to soak up the alcohol on a tuesday night. The guy who served was so very polite and the peri peri chicken was delicious accompanied by there chilli and garlic sauce. Thankyou for a great meal.

These guys keep getting zeros and ones by the food hygiene services, with their most recent rating being a zero in September. They don't seem to learn. Although I won't be coming here again, I always find that they never add sauces to your takeaway bag. They then make excuses when you call them out for it saying you need to ask for the sauces because some customers have complained to them telling them NOT to send any sauces (yeah right). Which customer would complain about that? Like anyone would like to have their chicken breast as dry as gandhis flip flops. When you do get your sauces they pour in such a small amount so it only JUST covers the base of the tub, which just evaporates as soon as you open the tub. Their delivery times are joke, I once waited 1.5 hours for my order after calling them after an hour, they started to get cheeky with me. I could have made it to Dixy Birmingham in that time and got it quicker than them delivering it. Their salads used to be good, now its just lettuce and a slice of lemon - do they not get embarrassed serving this?

*****AVOID**** poor service food arrived 45 minutes late and cold. I had to call the shop several times to chase my order to be told they have a new driver who is lost, and to give them another (5-10 minutes). I was promised a full refund which I have not received. Instead they have offered me £5 off my next order via just eat which I told them I will never order from them again 😡

I was reading the bad reviews I was a bit scared,BUT It was sooo good tasty and very hot definitely going back.

Went for their half peri peri grill chicken meal (half chicken, sauce, drink and choose 2 from salad , nan bread or rice). Chicken was tender from inside and properly cooked with right amount of sauce flavour just how I like it medium spice. Everything was fresh and tasted good. Definitely coming back again.

Food was very nice. Ordered a combo box meal and it arrived very quickly. Chicken was cooked to perfection and fries were fresh and nice. Best takeaway in my local region and definitely would recommend ordering here as I would order again in the near future.

Ordered a bucket of chicken chips beans and cheese bites . Opened the chicken bucket it was that greasy the bottom feel out so not a good start . Chips were not cooked . My partner was nearly sick there was a clump of matterd up hair when he was eating . Looked like it come out an hairbrush . Today I’ve have looked at their reviews other people have commented on the hairs in food . How on earth this happens is beyond me . The food was terrible . I will be reporting them to the council about their hygiene . Avoid*******

Ordered a burger combo box and it came cold! And We found a hair in one of the burgers weve ordered previously and past orders have been cold but we let it slide, the order tonight had the hair in the chicken on the burger. absolutely disappointing

I visited dixy chicken while I was visiting Doncaster, i have to say the food flavour customer service was great! Since I have been regularly visiting dixy chicken, i have no other favourite takeaway! The food is way better than kfc you can't compare. The homemade fresh gravy , the chicken and the staff are very comforting making me wanto visit again and again. 100% recommend !!

The peri peri chicken is really tastey and wings are nice too. Peri burger 🍔 is good. Its one of those places where if you do a delivery order they will forget your sauces and items however its better to collect as you can see they have packed everything and how you like it.

I have been here a couple of times and the service and staff are always up to standard. Fast deliveries, great location and of course, the food.

Ordered two meals to eat in & will NEVER again eat from this shop !! Both mine & my wife’s chicken wasn’t cooked correctly, still raw in the centre. Took both meals back to the counter to ask them to sort the issue out only to be told that the chicken is cooked!! I was spoken to like a child who’d never eaten chicken before & didn’t know what I was talking about. They wouldn’t replace the meals or refund the cost, this to me is VERY bad customer service.

Order from here a lot in most recent months as the food has been amazing. Even when I've finished work at 12 night I've managed to get an incredible meal delivered. Tonight I was being picky and asked for an item to be changed and they did it for me and honestly it was the best meal ever. This time I had the Mexican box meal and jalapeño bites and ate every bit of it. Thank you

Terrible service and customer service a work colleague ordered from them today, didn’t receive there food. Phoned them 4 times 1st time told they would ring back in 10mins, never did next few times had phone put down on her!! And still NO food😡

Brilliant food, great delivery times and great value. Its so well cooked compared to the trash takeaway fried chicken of old. Love the Spicy Strip meal , 3 Piece value box and even the Peri Peri stuff is really good (half chickens!). Been ordering week in week out and they pretty much always get it bang on OR if something hasn't been right they're all over fixing it for you. I go to this takeaway quite often, it's cheap and realtively good. The staff are usually friendly and polite. It depends who's working that particular day. I'm generally quite happy with the product and the service.

Used to order regularly from here until now. ordered a double decker meal on Saturday night, woke up the next morning with stomach pains, didn’t think anything of it until a day later where I had high fever and severe stomach pains, got checked out by doctor and confirmed I got food poisoning. Just shows they don’t use fresh meat and it’s undercooked. As a regular customer I’m not ordering again

The food is great. Shame about the service!! They need alot of improvement with customer service...I mean everytime I order its messed up. Food is always missing. When you tell them they tell you they are 'really busy' and 'things get missed'. Then when you wait for them to redeliver they hope we forget and they don't deliver. Then I'm ringing them constantly reminding them!!! Wth?! They take full payment of order but fail to deliver and according to the Consumer Rights Act the customer has a right to challenge this kind of behaviour. The management need to read up on this before being rude to customers or face the consequences of Trading Standards paying a visit!! Part of my order was missing so I rang them up and they said they will send it out again. I dunno about anyone else but my missing order which I asked to be redelivered was 2hrs late (I've allowed the 45mins to an 1hr they usually give)....and that was only coz I had to ring them 3 times!! I've come to the conclusion that no matter how careful you are on the phone making sure they repeat back what they written down they will still deliver you part of the order, you will never get what you ordered, some of it will be missing even if its on a quiet business day they still mess up!! ***Updated*** 12.08.20 since new ownership it appears they've improved. Well Done. 👏 I'll update it from a 2 star to 4 star. Service is now on time, all items ordered are delivered and okay so far but the minute it goes downhill again it will be downrated. So best stay clear of that.

After ordering online they approved the order but they haven't bring my food and I'm still waiting for my refund .....

Although it came within 20 minutes of ordering it was disgusting, the chicken seemed uncooked and the food was freezing when it got here. They missed out parts of our order and when we rang up they said they ‘ran out’ then ended the phone. The burgers didn’t come with any onions or tomato like stated, and the chips were freezing. Coleslaw didn’t smell very nice and we fed it all to the dog. Waste of money

Ordered 3 times first Time no probs 2nd time completely wrong order substituted gravy for bbq beans which went in bin substituted sizzle meal for classic this time ordered and they didn't ask if wanted salad or mayo but added it anyway so went in bin due to not able to have mayo rang to complain and just refused to do anything. wouldn't reccomend eating from these they are ignorant rude and just do as they please

U want quality u come here the chicken was amazing and also they at the time of order they were trying food that they are going to out on there new menu they gave me a free beef gourmet burger and let me tell u it was amazing u have to try it when it's on the menu. Would highly recommend this place. Only down side is the council have closed the road so had to park the car in the taxi lane...

Without a doubt the worst fast food in Doncaster!! I ordered a very simple order and it took over a hr to get to me when they said 30 mins max. Also the order I got was wrong in so many ways!! Food missing or wrong desert and then to top it all off the food was not even cooked right!! Had to bin most of it. When I phoned up to complain the same man had the audacity to tell me I was wrong with my order even though to other adults listen to what I said (what I had to repeat a minimum of 5 times on the phone!!) Avoid at all cost, waste of money!!

Very moody staff that seem to be confused with prices . The actual chicken was nice but the bun ripped apart from just holding the burger while eating plus it tasted old . Another confusing aspect with the staff was that they seemed like they didn’t want to serve or interact with customers normally ? One word of advise for your business ... *you need customers to run your show so without them you would close down so brighten up and dont be so grumpy towards them * keep it professional
