Advised that my order was delivered and it wasn’t delivered and no option to contact waiting for refund

Subs were missing most of the ingredients. The subs were not toasted as requested and everything was ice cold. This is easily the worst meal I have ordered on just eat.

Nice food but where’s the cheese in the bacon sausage and cheese footling, like how could you forget the best part , but other wise would of given 5stars if you had remembered the cheese

Absolutely shocking service from lady with black hair and a fringe. Just cause you're under pressure gives you no right to speak the way you did to all the customers. Think she needs more training on adequate customer service.

Pigs in blankets were very poorly cooked. hash browns could have been more cooked.

Food took over 2 hours to be delivered. Pop bottles crushed both sandwiches and tried eating them but ended up giving up and throwing them away.

driver didn't bother coming to my door rang me instead however I asked why he didn't kist come to my door.. he just sat in his car.

I have ordered countless takeaways and have never had to leave a negative review before. The driver couldnt find the house, this is a first, so he called me. I asked if he was lost, he said nothing. I asked if he was able to tell me his surroundings, he said nothing. Finally he found the house. When I opened the bag, a freezing cold drink had been squashed on top of a hot sandwich so the food was cold. The hot sandwich was a goner anyway given how long it took him.

Guy had difficulty adding offer, making calls on the counter apparently to the "top manager of subway", very sad, just wanted a cookie.

They delivered to somewhere else NOT where I asked, they delivered to a totally different shop with totally different name that I couldn’t even find! tried to return call to no answer and have reported complaint with just eat.

Only thing that was bad , my Oasis was missing from my order. Otherwise very tasty 😋

Ordered meal 13.52 for immediate delivery arrived at approx 4.30

The lady (could be manager) with black hair and a fringe. Has shocking customer service and is rude. She is awful to the staff infront of cusotmers and Clearly makes them stress for no reason whatsoever. She takes over their jobs randomly when they’re half way through a sandwhich stressing them out for no reason. Great staff apart from her. Guy behind thr till was lovely and friendly

Items missing from order, spoke to delivery driver, told to contact just eat. Still awaiting a response. Absolute joke.

Never received order, still no word from customer support other than they are looking into it, contacted over 2hrs ago.

After waiting 10 minutes in my lunch break was told that there was no gluten free bread. Disappointing, this is the second time in a row I've been to a subway and they haven't had any. They couldn't provide a paper/email/ or MMS receipt, so opted for a hand written one, the place seems to be devolving. I won't be returning

Sandwich was all crushed and the paper had to be peeled out of it, the wedges were cold and under cooked. The so called nachos were literally half a bag of Doritos poured into a box with nothing on them no cheese, salsa or jalapenos. Just eat won't refund for these as they claim each restaurant prepares things their own way which is pathetic, you can't pour half a bag of crisps into a box and charge £2.99 for the privilege. I have a photo of the "nachos"

Wet meat. Wet salad. Wet cheese. Water logged bread. It was like it stopped to unwind in a sauna on route.

Too much tuna and could not even taste the cheese. Also slightly over salted.

Sent the wrong drink and wrong cookie. Other than that was good.

Easily the best subway in the area. Food always good vegetables always fresh, great service.

Have been using this Subway for the last few weeks and initially was very impressed - good portion sizes and attention paid to requests. However the last three orders we’ve had from here have been very disappointing. Ingredients missing each time and no regard to additional comments noted - as o LH have the veggie delite salad, asked for extra pickles and jalapeños but just a scattering if jalapeños and no pickles on salad. Not just a one off either, been like this for the last 3 orders. One of my daughters got pickles so know that it wasn’t a case of running out. Paid for double cheese on 2 of the salads and just a sprinkling of cheese given. Hardly any sauce on the salads but far too much lettuce and red onion - salad just pa Jed full of it. I never write a negative review but this time feel I really have to - am gutted as thought we’d found a great subway but will have to look elsewhere now.

Food wasn’t toasted and sandwich was ruined

The driver turned up at the incorrect address, called me and stated I had provided incorrect details. He then realised his mistake and drove to my address. After delivery, I then found that I had been given someone else's order. Completely different items and much less than what I ordered. This was especially dangerous considering the recipient has an olive allergy which was found in the incorrect order. Just Eat is now refusing to refund me, despite picture evidence. I will never use this service or restaurant again. AVOID.

Always find it hit or miss with Subway but it was the first time using this outlet and it was fab. Food very fresh and plenty there and fast friendly delivery. Will definitely be using this store every time now

Food arrived and was lukewarm.was missing a can of pepsi Max cherry.nachos were soggy but were edible.the sandwich was awful.it had tuna on it,which I hadn't asked for.tried ringing the restaurant but rang with no answer or was engaged.

Order accepted then never delivered although the app showed that the order had been delivered.

The order took nearly 3 hrs then when it arrived it was , cold the tiger bread was nothing like tiger bread and the Pepsi Max was normal Pepsi

3 subway in metro centre and not one of them is halal. Bought foood for my friends I couldn’t eat.

I ordered a footlong with hearty Italian bread and received a different bread, I also ordered 9 hash browns however got 6 which were cold when I got them and I also ordered a cheesy garlic slice which was not received.

Me and my partner Fiona went to get a bite to eat at Subway on Saturday 14th August. in the food hall on Monday we got to 6 inch steak and cheese with lettuce and onion and Ceasar sauce meal deal with a cheese and onion crisps with 2 large diet cokes. We were still hungry after eating the 6 inch so we got another one. There was not a lot of food on them which made it just right as some Subways actually fill up the sandwiches and makes a mess. We went back again to the same Subway on Monday and got 2 foot steak and Cheese meal deal. Will be going Spain soon.

I find it difficult in rating subway because they do a nice sandwich even you just want something quick but there isn't anything special about it. I got a nice sandwich and was in and out really quick. It hit the spot but didn't stand out in any way.

Didn't ask for lettuce and ended up getting lettuce, lettuce was not an option I chose yet I ended up with it, someone clearly didn't read my order at all!

Good sandwich but lying staff say I asked for double but I didn't an they charged me for a drink that i got from a different shop £9.99 FOR MY SANDWICH!!! I recommend any other subway like Down Manor walks or the one in newcastle

Went to the new Subway downstairs the other day in the blue mall and it came to over £15 just for two tuna footlongs and one refillable drink! At one time I used to like Subway but I think it's poor value for money now. We then went to the one upstairs in the yellow mall this evening for some nachos and we got about 10 crisps in each box, infact there were more jalapenos piled on than crisps! Won't be using Subway anymore after these negative experiences. The old stores also look scruffy and unkempt, they all need a makeover. The seats in this branch even had black gaffer tape on them holding them together! I know you don't go to Subway for a fine dining experience but there should be certain standards! The best one around here is in Cramlington Manor Walks. The Tesco Kingston Park one is scruffy dirty!

Really annoyed this time around. We always buy from this one and it’s always be amazing until this order! When you order and pay for double ingredients you expect that to turn up when delivered. This time the subs were nuked! Not toasted, nuked! Ingredients were missing and the double ingredients were not added as paid for. The subs and the salad were both dry, as in they didn’t even have sauce! We paid for everything but received some terrible food in exchange.

When first placed order, delivery was 20 mins-half hour, then it changed to 50mins to an hour. Then it changed to an hour and 20 mins-baring in mind had I known this originally I wouldn't have bothered (I could have got ready went myself and been back home and have ate it!) Food was delivered, but hash browns and chicken were cold.

Had a meatball sub it was delicious.

Hot food was cold, baring in mind today is the hottest day of the year you’d except it to be warm and it was freezing (like out of the fridge cold)

Having ordered from Subway Metro Center six times now, I feel it’s time for a genuine review! The team are amazing, food is always correct and we even get an extra cookie! The delivery drivers are always polite and courteous. The food is always warm and wrapped well! I’d recommend them for sure. The negative reviews seems bogus to me, considering the length of time it’s taken me to leave a review and no issues whatsoever.

Horrendous, staff could not listen to or complete simple requests. I'm not sure what the salad person was doing but it certainly wasn't listening. The woman on the till couldn't get us out quick enough, asked for bottled drinks, got cups, I actually watched them toast my chicken nachos, but because I asked for a carrier bag (a simple request) the whole order got mixed up. Ended up with no chicken nachos, cups for drinks, the only thing they did manage was to put some meat between the bread. Unbelievably shocking. Will never go back. Totally useless.

Got the order wrong got a six inch which should have been foot long and foot long which should have been six inch. Sandwiches on wrong bread also.

Not the best experience, staff did not listen to simple requests for what was wanted on the sub, twice ignoreing what size sub was wanted so sorry subway you missed out on the upsell, to cap off one sub no peppers.requested.... had peppers, next sub asked for just lettuce tom , onion and cucumber to be added... filled with jalepenos gherkins and olives lucky no allergies! Not great today cant imagine using this branch again

For the umpteenth time, Didn’t receive what I ordered. Each Individual Subway need to have control over online presence, restricting orders that are not available.

I ordered my food at 11:30 and it over 4 hours late and cold

Second time consecutively our order has been wrong. Paid twice for extras which haven't come despite a reminder in the notes section. Dressings were missed off. Wrong crisps sent. A shame because the food is lovely and can't fault delivery!

Been to this subway twice and there is a lovely young lad there he was working Sunday night and tonight and his customer service is amazing and a lovely smile I'm not sure of his name but of will you let him know that I work at duck down gifts in the metro centre he will know 😊 Samantha robinson

Just underwhelmed by this order. I ordered a footling and received a 6” meatball marinara, the cookies were hard and not soft, the nachos were cold upon arrival and barely any cheese or salsa on them so basically had a tub of plain slightly salted crisps - will not reorder

Asked for no lettuce but got it, asked for sauce but think lid must have fell off as sauce exploded everywhere. Unfortunately it looked unappetising so threw it away.

Service was terrible. Young lad who was serving messed up my order in which I had to shout at him for him to get it right because he wasn’t listening. Then he dropped my order bringing it out the toaster in which he then dropped the egg into the lettuce and proceded to pick it out and put it back in my sandwich covered in lettuce. This is clearly cross contamination. They didn’t clean the knife between cutting each sandwich -good thing Im not allergic to anything. Poor hygiene

Was missing pop, nacho bites and a cookie. Rang restaurant to be told that he had packed it and it was all there. He said I should look properly in the bag. I assured him it wasn't there and he said he didn't know what to do. Even queried the missing bottle of pop a that was obvious instantly. He told me to ring the shop.
