Sandwichs not toasted & barely anything on it. Absolutely shocking

Rubbish. Used the ordering kiosk and whoever is working there can't even read an order. Nothing right. Drive home. Had to make another trip back! It was so wrong, it was worse than mcdonalds for messing up orders! 😂 half the salad missing and wrong sauce on! Durrrr! What a waste... Also takes longer using them!

Terrible. I asked for no sauce. It turned up with sauce on. Apparently putting notes in the note box does not entitle you to a refund when they get it wrong!!

Food arrived freezing cold and took the driver 20 minutes after the food finally being ready to do a 5 minute journey.

Really fast delivery, subway never fails! only marked down 1 star as my sub didn't have cheese on as requested and I'm a big cheese girl, but was nice all the same!

Jesus Christ...... Don't ever use the Ordering Kiosks, far quicker waiting in line. I used the ordering kiosk as thought it'd be quicker, it took them 25mins to make my sandwich. Just people walking in where getting their sandwiches made quicker. Stood there 25mins, joke service. There was point no one was waiting to be served apart from me and it still took them 10mins before they even bothered to start making mine. Once I did get my sandwich and went home to eat it, the lettuce was 99% just the white stalk with hints of browness. They also literally only put 2 slices of onion on. Giving it 2 stars just because the cookie was decent. What a joke.

Estimated time was up to 30mins took over an hour

on time delivery but a lpng wait for 1 sandwich, about 40mins!. when it came it was cold, soggy and had no cheese on it which I ordered. also ordered double meat which I really don't think it was.

There is less n less filling in these ridiculous for the price.. enjoyed the sandwich.. churro was horrible and certainly not worth 3.99 what a rip off to throw in the bin.

Ordered via the mobile app, no issues overall happy with the service and the sub was great

Sloppily put together soggy sandwiches and was cold after asking for them to be toasted with the delivery taking much longer than expected for me being down the road. For the price I paid, wasn't worth it.

The driver was pulled up somewhere for about 20 minutes making my food freezing cold and me not a very happy person when ordering food u expect it to come up to a certain standard and he had it in a bag for life very unprofessional

Got the wrong order from Uber Eats (names were very similar). Went in myself and told them the situation and they sorted it out straight away. Very helpful service and the food was great

1st time I've walked out of a subway, staff member was having a tantrum and was literally throwing toppings at my bread and muttering to himself... So told him "I'll leave it thanks" And the other staff just ignored his behaviour, Shocking won't be returning. Happend around 12:20pm 10th November, and he has a beard.

Shocking service, the young girl serving made my sub only put half the amount of meat on and toasted it twice so it was burt. Also ordered a second sun that was Gluten free and she didn't change her gloves after touching regular bread. She was constantly rolling her eyes when I was asking for items.on the subs, clearly didn't want to be on her shift.

Paid 13 pound to get a foot long delivered it came as a 6 inch and when I rang to ask why they slammed the phone down then refused to answer my call very unprofessional and should be sacked I would give 0 stars if it was a option

My food came 45 minutes late and was cold.

My sandwhich has just been delivered and looks awful. My bread has been toasted but when they have wrapped it up the bread has crumbled and all snapped, I can’t pick my sandwhich up to eat it what a waste of money!

I received the wrong order, which was less than what o paid, this is the sister of the buyer because she is visually impaired and only just made me aware respond so o can contact customer service really unhappy she has been waiting for a response for a while now

Greeted with a smile by Chelsea, care was taken when cutting the foot long into 6 inch half’s and the cut finish was straight, meats evenly placed, toasted perfectly, salads placed evenly in 3s and secured in place, eaten easily with no mess as nothing fell out. Good service from all staff 💪🏽 thank you

Me and my husband went to the subway on leigh parsonage park i had to visit the toilet and i must say it kneeded a good clean not very nice we had something to eat and a cup of tea it was that full i could not get eny milk in it i went to take it back to ask one of the lads to empty some and i burned my hand

I was struggling to place an order on Uber eats so I called the store and spoke to HAS. He helped me accordingly and made the sub with extra care. The sub went down a treat thanks to the excellent customer service provided

I ordered one Gluten free 6 inch create your own sub and one Italian white 6 inch create your own and honestly I couldn’t fault the food at all. Both were delicious. With myself being GF I struggle to find a take away / delivery that actually has GF options on the menu. So this review is a Thank you to subway for moving with the times & making us GF feel included. I also love the boxes the sandwich’s come in keeping your sandwich in tact on the delivery journey. Huge brownie point for this.

I did not receive the full order and my request for a refund was refused. This is the second time from this particular subway my order has been wrong! Bo chicken in my salad first time and this time no footlong meal deal delivered! I will not order from here again and not use JUST EAT either ! Absolute joke

I ordered food off uber eats and it turned up stone cold, despite me ordering it to be toasted, I even checked my receipt. I am now having to heat it myself. And it definitely wasn't because it took to long to get to me, the cheese wasn't melted, it was not heated at all. And I'm pretty sure a while ago I ordered food from this branch and it turned up stone cold then aswell, despite also being ordered to be toasted.

Very disappointed with the size of the side salad - at best described as a small teacup amount, feel cheated! As there is always plenty of fresh salad in every one of your stores you could at least DOUBLE the size of this and still make a profit!!
