Food was stone cold and soggy. No dip included for the waffle chips despite it being ordered

Greeted with a smile by Chelsea, care was taken when cutting the foot long into 6 inch half’s and the cut finish was straight, meats evenly placed, toasted perfectly, salads placed evenly in 3s and secured in place, eaten easily with no mess as nothing fell out. Good service from all staff 💪🏽 thank you

was lovely, got free cookies as a sorry for how it was wrapped but personally I didn't see it as a problem but gesture and note was sweet, 10/10

The woman who took my order was very abrupt and had no manners whatsoever. Very poor customer service.

Me and my husband went to the subway on leigh parsonage park i had to visit the toilet and i must say it kneeded a good clean not very nice we had something to eat and a cup of tea it was that full i could not get eny milk in it i went to take it back to ask one of the lads to empty some and i burned my hand

super easy order n fast delivery

I was struggling to place an order on Uber eats so I called the store and spoke to HAS. He helped me accordingly and made the sub with extra care. The sub went down a treat thanks to the excellent customer service provided

I ordered one Gluten free 6 inch create your own sub and one Italian white 6 inch create your own and honestly I couldn’t fault the food at all. Both were delicious. With myself being GF I struggle to find a take away / delivery that actually has GF options on the menu. So this review is a Thank you to subway for moving with the times & making us GF feel included. I also love the boxes the sandwich’s come in keeping your sandwich in tact on the delivery journey. Huge brownie point for this.

I did not receive the full order and my request for a refund was refused. This is the second time from this particular subway my order has been wrong! Bo chicken in my salad first time and this time no footlong meal deal delivered! I will not order from here again and not use JUST EAT either ! Absolute joke

I ordered food off uber eats and it turned up stone cold, despite me ordering it to be toasted, I even checked my receipt. I am now having to heat it myself. And it definitely wasn't because it took to long to get to me, the cheese wasn't melted, it was not heated at all. And I'm pretty sure a while ago I ordered food from this branch and it turned up stone cold then aswell, despite also being ordered to be toasted.

Very disappointed with the size of the side salad - at best described as a small teacup amount, feel cheated! As there is always plenty of fresh salad in every one of your stores you could at least DOUBLE the size of this and still make a profit!!

we got the wrong cookies with our meal. this was disappointing, but was an improvement on the last time.e we ordered and were sent the wrong meals entirely.

Very rude Pakistani man had points on my subway card for a free 6 inch sub he tried to charge me for it said my card witch I have used many times in this subway was not registered I ended up walking out so arrogant its the last time I ever go there again

I had sticky layer of some chilli sauce on top of my bread. I cannot eat chillies and luckily my daughter spotted this before I ate it.

The sub was made to the point I order it

1st time I've walked out of a subway, staff member was having a tantrum and was literally throwing toppings at my bread and muttering to himself... So told him "I'll leave it thanks" And the other staff just ignored his behaviour, Shocking won't be returning. Happend around 12:20pm 10th November, and he has a beard.

Food exactly as requested, good temp, arrived a few minutes after my requested time on the app, though still within that time window.

Used to enjoy a subway from here but never again.

Ordered the big breakwich for delivery and sandwich was not cooked at all? Hash browns were frozen and completely not solid, sausage uncooked, bacon uncooked, cheese solid. Needs to be a cooked sandwich for safety reasons and I was served it completely raw after paying £13

Staff nice, shop clean. portions tiny 3 half scoops for a foot long steak n cheese pretty much all bread, think il stick to the one near the greyhound

To say I paid almost £30, the salad on 1 of the subs was shocking like 2 pieces of lettuce, a random piece of sweetcorn and in general more salad should of been added. Disappointed.

When ordering delivery time stated 20-40 minutes. The food actually arrived 1hr and 10mins after I order it was stone cold. Food would of been okay if it was warm and arrived when it said it would

Expected breakfast sub to be hot, it wasn’t only cold it was so so cold therefore could not eat cold sausage or cold poached eggs.

Hot cheese bites we ordered were cold. Meatball sub was cold Notorious BMT arrived with just meat and a bit of cheese, no sauce or extras that was supposed to be on it according to the menu.

Rang the restaurant up and got told it was given to the drive at 7:15 only turned up at 8:25 it was cold not very nice it’s a good job it was a sandwich that you can eat cold because if it would of been anything else it wouldn’t of edible

Quality of food wasn’t great, wrong cookie and the cheese melts where awful soggy/ mushy, didn’t come with dip, which I think they are supposed to. Driver was lovely

Spent 20 pounds on my order and they sent me someone else’s order for 13 pounds. Branch was uncontactable as they don’t pick up their phone.

Very tasty Sub & made with care instead of just throwing it together as fast as they can. The staff are polite.
