Slow service and food looks like shrinkflation

My order did not arrive today but stated it had been delivered m. It is a two minute drive from the store to my workplace

Was the person who made my sandwich on another planet cos I’ve been given a sandwich with the incorrect bread, another sandwich toasted that I wanted not toasted without turkey and peppered cheese which I paid extra for and they forgot my crisps and cookie with the meal deal. Absolutely shocking don’t bother ordering from this subway

Food arrived late and was missing items

Food still warm, exactly as I ordered everytime. Only slight thing to mention is the order is always packed with the cold drinks right next to the toasted sandwich so it looses heat during delivery

Ordered via delivery- they added cheese and toasted my subway when i didn't even ask for it to be toasted or have cheese in my sandwich. Worst of all, they managed to warm up the bread and toast it, however the cheese inside was still cold and wasn't even melted 😀 maybe replace your ovens??

Good quality food. Hot food was actually still hot. Delivery driver friendly.

Ordered a meal deal but no bottle of coke was delivered

May well be the worst meatball marinara I’ve ever had, had 1 bite - rest went in the bin, subway has a low bar but this was extra terrible

The delivery wasn’t on time, food was cold by the time it arrived and the bread was soggy

Have subway all the time and after this sandwich I didn't feel well at all. Wasn't busy but seemed a bit chaotic. Has put me off getting a subway again.

Fast delivery but paid extra for a sub filling to be added and didn't receive this on the sandwich. . Fresh salad and great cookies.

3 items were missing from my order

we ordered pigs in blankets for both 6" subs. They were not with the order. Both mealdeals included crisps. They were not in the bag. However, we did receive a box of chicken nuggets and a box of meatballs. We really wanted to try the pigs in blankets, as we've not had them before.

The meatballs were not the usual standard,they felt like they had come out of a fridge the sandwich (toasted ) was absolutely freezing,several of the meatballs were extremely dry like they had been out all day in the warmer .usually this is the best subway around unfortunately not today

absolutely awful probably the worst subway i’ve had. meatballs had next to zero sauce and tasted really fragrant with something that completely ruined the whole sandwich. very light with filling and staff were not very welcoming also v expensive!!

Tracked driver from restaurant and he did multiple deliveries whilst going the long way round to me. From restaurant to me takes 10 minutes at the very most. It took nearly 30 minutes to get my order. Not good and food was cold.

Nachos was burned Paid extra for double cheese no cheese!

We ordered our food almost a two hours ago and it’s still not arrived. We’ve given up waiting and we’re ordering from a different takeaway instead. We contacted subway but they couldn’t help because we ordered through just eat.

Good food but I'm sure they don't put as much filling on no more and is so over priced. 6 pounds for a 6inch. Go mcds and get a full meal for less than that. Staff are good but food is a rip off.

I asked for salad with sweet onion sauce however they forgot to put it on, resulting in a very plain salad! And jalapenos mixed in with the gherkins, which was quite a suprise.

Didn’t receive order. The shop had me & kids waiting round for over an hour for the courier to turn up at the shop & it was closed. The courier was the one who highlighted this to me. Charged me for it aswell. Disgusting service

Footlong Sub arrived and can only be described as a war zone. Demolished. There was nothing to physically hold; I had to resort to a knife and fork and ate the casualty like a demented zombie.

Ordered Hash Browns with BBQ dip and they didn’t arrive, hardly any topping on the Nachos, not impressed !!

This subway is the best one around. They're quick and efficient and they read all your notes thoroughly and get my (fussy) order correct every time. I'll never go to another subway

All the food was cold. The chips were hard and we were unable to eat them. Very disappointing and with the short distance from subway to the house there is no reason for it to be so cold

Rude staff, ignored us and served someone that walked in after us. On a previous visit the gentleman behind the counter made inappropriate comments based on the company we worked for. I recommend heading to the bakery further down the street, the staff are much better and food much nicer.

The driver phoned to see if I could meet him at the door but he was on the wrong walk and he wouldn’t get out of the car cause it was raining so my sandwich was cold

I was served by the owner of this franchise. I was 1st in the queue and a white male was stood behind me. He’d ignored me and asked the white male behind me for his order. (The person behind me did say that I was in front, at which point he grudgingly asked for my order). He was loud and cheerful, full of conversation about weekend plans to the white customers. One of my meals was a kids meal. I’d asked him to charge me for a standard drink for the child but to provide a cup as we were going to add ice (clearly explained this, he should know how to charge this on the till I’d expect). Proceeded to get bottle from fridge, was spoken to rudely in front of the now long queue as though I’d tried to rob a bigger drink when I’d clearly asked to be charged for it and a cup provided (would’ve expected to be charged for the bottle and a cup surely?). We sat and ate inside. No other coloured customers came in for a good 15 mins and I’d watched on how he’d greeted every customer and created small talk & was polite and welcoming to them. Throughout the duration of eating, he kept looking over giving the side eye which made me feel really uncomfortable. One coloured person came in towards the end and low and behold, behaved the same, so damn rude.. sorry let me rephrase. Racist.

Delivered early Order wasn’t toasted & items were missing probably why it was so quick !

Sandwich was bit too hard gave me toothache. Asked for mayonnaise got none. And order 2 lots of cookies but only got one.

Everything was spot on, piping hot sandwich and all the extras on the salad were great!

First Subway I've order an Italian BMT and got not ham on it.

Sons cheese sandwich was hard as a rock very disappointed.

Ordered meatball salad and meatball sub. Meatballs were stone cold on arrival and had to be put on a plate and heated in the microwave before we could eat them. They were so cold I don’t think it happened on delivery, I think they must have been cold in the shop. Once heated everything was fine.

Half of chicken was legit frozen. Like just our the freezer frozen.

Ordered for collection via the app. Sandwich ready on time as requested.

Second day in a row i receive the wrong crisp bag. There's a huge difference between oven baked crisp and normal crisps that i never eat.

Ordered a box salad with teriyaki chicken and siracha dressing & got, plain chicken with some dressing that I couldn't identify - not great guys....

One of the sandwiches missing the cheese and the sauce, also the chips were stale.

Third time ordering from here, the first time was great no issues, the second time was ok, they have a drink option on the meal deal for a Pepsi max 1.25ltr which I know is a lot but if they’re not willing to provide this then it shouldn’t be an option, second and third time ordering we only got 500ml bottles. Also third time ordering they put peppers on the meatball marinara which we didn’t ask for and didn’t provide any cookies that were part of the meal deals.

The buffalo chicken sub had no hot sauce or blue cheese dressing, my subs were made on the wrong bread that I didn't order and I ordered a Mountain Dew and was delivered a tango orange, all in all I simply didn't get what I ordered

Wrong sides for both orders . Bread was wrong on both sandwiches . No cheese on nachos and Jalepnos on the nachos when i didn’t ask for them

Toasted the whole thing when asked not too on a note, and only one was ate as they sent the wrong thing instead of contacting to ask which alternative just decided themselves what to send, one of which is something that isn’t liked so was binned

Missing doubles chocolate chip cookie

Great service, had an item unavailable so included another item that would of cost more which is great. Also had no 1.25ltr bottles of Pepsi max so included 3 500ml bottles which again is more. Very happy!

Just ordered two subs. The owner was super helpful, polite and really friendly, and he dealt with our order very quickly. Not our usual subway but would 100% go back again. Highly recommend.

Big fan of Subway but I'm biased to the one in Burnage as it's halal and I'm always happy with what I get. Have been to others like the one in Heald Green but have left a little disappointed in the quality. I think it's because that one seems to always be unprepared for lunch and hardly ever has all of the toppings so you hardly ever get a packed sub. Others have always been high quality, including the one in Levenshulme. Would highly recommend both Burnage and Levenshulme Subway.

Just ordered from here. No lettuce, no sauce, no jalapeños, no cheese. Literally the worst Subway I have ever had. I will never order from here again. Thankfully, uber eats gave me a full refund.
