Nice place for a healthy ish meal :) always tasty sandwiches.

06/03/25: great service from the lady with the blonde hair. I ordered a 999 deal, footlong, Italian BMT toasted, cheese, salad and BBQ sauce. Very polite and friendly service.

Rude staff too busy talking between themselfs while serving burnt rock hard meatballs want a good subway visit a different branch

I had a rather pleasant experience in this particular branch, the store owner was kind, welcoming, gracious and very professional. We had a great conversation and the sub was made to perfection. I believe all subway stores should train their staff in a manner befitting of the brand, as he's an absolute credit to Subways company ethos and values!

It would be nice if you could read simple orders. I have the receipt so I know I didn’t mess it up. Now I have 2 sandwiches I cannot eat all because you can’t read. I have never had a problem here before. It’s unacceptable

The taco meat tasted funny like it was off or something

The order was not delivered. I informed driver that the address was wrong and that i have mistakenly put wrong location and address on. He ask of my address and my order number which i mistakenly given. I also contacted just eat . Will not get any response within 7 working days. All i want to know whats going to happen?? If my money is lost ?? I am just stuck!!

There is nothing wrong with the food or the shop it’s self, it’s more some of the staff. Once I ordered a footlong and asked them in the notes to not mix mine with any spice and they cut my fooling with a knife that was used on something with spice on it and knocked me sick. Just eat refunded me the cash I paid but not the loyalty stamps I earned so lost just over £9. Second time I ordered again and asked for my footlong NOT to be toasted and they toasted it, so all the footlong was spoiled cause it caused the lettuce to be soggy. Just eat wouldn’t refund cause I’d thrown it and they wanted a picture. I phoned up this branch to speak to a manager, there wasn’t one in but the guy said he would get hold of just eat to see what he could do. I got no reply so phoned again to speak to a manager and the girl said yeah il pass you on to them but then replied sorry he ain’t in. I said is he not in cause he doesn’t want to deal with it and she said no he just left, bullshit. Anyways I phone next day only to be told they’d get a manager to ring me but still no manager has rang me since 15/11/24 so no wonder the staff can’t do their job when managers can’t

The staff can’t read simple orders and toasted my sandwich when I didn’t want it toasted and then didn’t even cut it in half. On my order before this they must have used a knife to cut it but had used a knife that had been on something spicey which I don’t do spice, so that ended in the bin. All they need to do is read simple orders and concentrate

Sandwich not edible salad has been warmed up , paid for large waffles got regular, cookies has an aw full stale taste , drink was warm not one bit cold as got put in the same bag as the hot food.

Normally the food from here is great. However, ordered a footlong peperoni slice and was sent some type of wrap instead. Also the delivery took 10 minutes longer that it should as the guy dropping it off appeared to get out of a car and walk the last bit for some reason, and he walked to the wrong street looking at the map. So the food was cold by the time it arrived.

extremely disappointed!!!! got the sauce wrong AGAIN! Which means can't have that sandwich at all!

Was the person who made my sandwich on another planet cos I’ve been given a sandwich with the incorrect bread, another sandwich toasted that I wanted not toasted without turkey and peppered cheese which I paid extra for and they forgot my crisps and cookie with the meal deal. Absolutely shocking don’t bother ordering from this subway

Food arrived late and was missing items

Food still warm, exactly as I ordered everytime. Only slight thing to mention is the order is always packed with the cold drinks right next to the toasted sandwich so it looses heat during delivery

Ordered via delivery- they added cheese and toasted my subway when i didn't even ask for it to be toasted or have cheese in my sandwich. Worst of all, they managed to warm up the bread and toast it, however the cheese inside was still cold and wasn't even melted 😀 maybe replace your ovens??

May well be the worst meatball marinara I’ve ever had, had 1 bite - rest went in the bin, subway has a low bar but this was extra terrible

Have subway all the time and after this sandwich I didn't feel well at all. Wasn't busy but seemed a bit chaotic. Has put me off getting a subway again.

Fast delivery but paid extra for a sub filling to be added and didn't receive this on the sandwich. . Fresh salad and great cookies.

3 items were missing from my order

we ordered pigs in blankets for both 6" subs. They were not with the order. Both mealdeals included crisps. They were not in the bag. However, we did receive a box of chicken nuggets and a box of meatballs. We really wanted to try the pigs in blankets, as we've not had them before.

The meatballs were not the usual standard,they felt like they had come out of a fridge the sandwich (toasted ) was absolutely freezing,several of the meatballs were extremely dry like they had been out all day in the warmer .usually this is the best subway around unfortunately not today

absolutely awful probably the worst subway i’ve had. meatballs had next to zero sauce and tasted really fragrant with something that completely ruined the whole sandwich. very light with filling and staff were not very welcoming also v expensive!!

Tracked driver from restaurant and he did multiple deliveries whilst going the long way round to me. From restaurant to me takes 10 minutes at the very most. It took nearly 30 minutes to get my order. Not good and food was cold.

We ordered our food almost a two hours ago and it’s still not arrived. We’ve given up waiting and we’re ordering from a different takeaway instead. We contacted subway but they couldn’t help because we ordered through just eat.

Good food but I'm sure they don't put as much filling on no more and is so over priced. 6 pounds for a 6inch. Go mcds and get a full meal for less than that. Staff are good but food is a rip off.

I asked for salad with sweet onion sauce however they forgot to put it on, resulting in a very plain salad! And jalapenos mixed in with the gherkins, which was quite a suprise.

Didn’t receive order. The shop had me & kids waiting round for over an hour for the courier to turn up at the shop & it was closed. The courier was the one who highlighted this to me. Charged me for it aswell. Disgusting service

Footlong Sub arrived and can only be described as a war zone. Demolished. There was nothing to physically hold; I had to resort to a knife and fork and ate the casualty like a demented zombie.

All the food was cold. The chips were hard and we were unable to eat them. Very disappointing and with the short distance from subway to the house there is no reason for it to be so cold

Rude staff, ignored us and served someone that walked in after us. On a previous visit the gentleman behind the counter made inappropriate comments based on the company we worked for. I recommend heading to the bakery further down the street, the staff are much better and food much nicer.

I was served by the owner of this franchise. I was 1st in the queue and a white male was stood behind me. He’d ignored me and asked the white male behind me for his order. (The person behind me did say that I was in front, at which point he grudgingly asked for my order). He was loud and cheerful, full of conversation about weekend plans to the white customers. One of my meals was a kids meal. I’d asked him to charge me for a standard drink for the child but to provide a cup as we were going to add ice (clearly explained this, he should know how to charge this on the till I’d expect). Proceeded to get bottle from fridge, was spoken to rudely in front of the now long queue as though I’d tried to rob a bigger drink when I’d clearly asked to be charged for it and a cup provided (would’ve expected to be charged for the bottle and a cup surely?). We sat and ate inside. No other coloured customers came in for a good 15 mins and I’d watched on how he’d greeted every customer and created small talk & was polite and welcoming to them. Throughout the duration of eating, he kept looking over giving the side eye which made me feel really uncomfortable. One coloured person came in towards the end and low and behold, behaved the same, so damn rude.. sorry let me rephrase. Racist.

Delivered early Order wasn’t toasted & items were missing probably why it was so quick !

Sandwich was bit too hard gave me toothache. Asked for mayonnaise got none. And order 2 lots of cookies but only got one.

Everything was spot on, piping hot sandwich and all the extras on the salad were great!

Ordered meatball salad and meatball sub. Meatballs were stone cold on arrival and had to be put on a plate and heated in the microwave before we could eat them. They were so cold I don’t think it happened on delivery, I think they must have been cold in the shop. Once heated everything was fine.

Half of chicken was legit frozen. Like just our the freezer frozen.
