Subway in Ards

Sub was dry due to no bbq sauce?? Cold as driver couldn’t come to the gate the dog was in the garden.

There is no drink with my order and I can’t get through on the phone!!!!

No dip for nacho bites which were cold subs a bit messy

Wrong order has been received . The restaurant and deluvery driver are not answering my calls. They need to have this order collected from me as it contains foid i'm allergic to, and don't eat.

Food usually ok but today both weren’t great and also no sauce in salad and just wasn’t good at all .

sadly u don't have choice to remove caramelised onions r red sauce when ordering on app, also there wasn't much bacon, the roll was filled more are less with caramelised onions & way to much red sauce, also end of roll was very hard, wouldn't recommend the bacon stack Roll

Wrong bread on my subway wasn’t pleased as it wasn’t what I ordered! Apart from that delivery was on time and received all items ordered.

Delivery amazing, but unfortunately I can not say the same about the food, bread was so hard, both foot longs were thrown together, no cheese on one, hardly any chicken and pretty much a full red onion slammed in, also a cookie missing, will definitely not be ordering again 😢

I ordered 12 cookies and didnt recieve them. When i contacted the store they couldnt find my order and told me to get a refund

It wasn’t so much as late but the order was changed back an hour from the original and when the food came it was actually cold, not look warm but cold which had to be reheated and a reheated toasted sandwich with your salad inside isn’t ideal. First and last order from subway online.

I had asked for no peppers or red onions and its has arrived with both, and I know its easy to pick then off but the flavours of them are still there.

Ridiculous. Spent 25 minutes in line because the three workers were prioritising online orders over the three people waiting in front of them. Took them 1 minute to complete my order. Did not swap gloves for my vegetarian order. Go to a different subway.

Would give 0 if it was possible, definitely won't be back. Really dirty premises decided to takeaway due to the filth, 3 staff members on and working so slow it was painful to watch. Cross contamination with the food, they didn't wipe the knife from previous sandwich to cut mine, the sandwich itself was sloppy wet and falling apar I took two bites and chucked it. Avoid.

Staff ignorant and abrupt with her face tripping her. Couldn't slice the bread open properly, shop is only opened at 1pm and didn't have various ingredients by 14.45. Which they are probably to lazy to make new batches for the customers yet to come. Won't be back near it again.

Everything was wrong with this order I ordered a salad with double cheese and got no cheese at all or double meat. The 6inch meatball sub had two meatballs in it and the sub was opened and spilled in the bag, no egg or dips came that was ordered. Down about £7 of stuff that never came

Half my order didn’t arrive. And arrived freezing. Extremely disappointed

The subways werent toasted & were cold when for them to be toasted. They left out the 6 hash browns. They left out a Diet Coke. I asked for club zero as I’m diabetic and they instead gave me a club lemon which has sugar. I went down to the ards shopping centre subway to be told their toaster is “broke” and they said they don’t have hash browns, yet they charged us for them. Absolute disgrace. I would like a full refund of this order. Won’t be back.

AVOID!!!! absolutely shocking hygiene as seen in photos and this was just one corner of counter, area where sandwich are prepared covered in sauce, food, receipts and blue roll, also chicken in a metal tray floating in water 🤢 🤢

Recieved an eyelash in my food, staff were rude and had no customer service at all - Using the same knife for all the food without cleaning them. Go here if you want to have an awful food experience

I work in catering, and if I served up the utter SLOP, I was served today, by a through MORON who couldn't even remember my order after MAKING it (I was the only customer at the time), I'd be down the JobCentre, pronto....Scamming customers with fake 'food' and service. If Reviews had minus numbers, this place would be there, and the 'Sandwich Artisan' too! 🤢🤢🤢🤢

The worst and dirtiest Subway I have ever been in..3pm on a Saturday afternoon they had ran out of tomatoes, Pepsi and cookies..Also the worst customer service and attitude from Katie (apparently she is the assistant manageress) .Her attitude towards customers was appalling. Service my salad she just threw everything into my carton. No politeness no smiles only dirty looks. I wasn't the only customer to experience her attitude. When we mentioned her attitude the male member of staff asked if we wanted to speak to her, she asked what our problem was and then walked away. We both agreed we wouldn't wany to speak to her with the attitude she has. She was just so rude and ignorant..The place was also filthy no clean tables and dirty floors. Will not be back....

Ordered 2 subways. Only 1 arrived and tried calling the store over 25 times and couldn’t get through. I’ve cold drinks placed on top of the 1 subway I did receive which made it freezing…absolute joke. Near £30 for 1 cold subway.

ordered tuna for a £1 extra for delivery and they sent my food put with any filling apart for the veg NO MEAT quite disappointed could have cancelled it or phoned me to change the meat

The worst subway I've ever had the misfortune of eating. It was basically slop on a bap. First of all they didn't have my selection of bread, which is ridiculous given it was 10.30 in the morning and not exactly packed. The staff member was the most miserable looking worker I've ever seen. The floors were dirty in the shop too. So when I placed my order she grunted something about toppings which I have no idea what she said. The food was toasted and came out let a wet blanket. It was horrible, and I had the misfortune of paying 10.50 for it. The cookie was clearly yesterday's because it wasn't soft, and it was two different colours of dough where one half was stale. I will never return to any subway after this experience, it was an absolute disgrace and looking at other reviews, the management of this outlet doesn't care about what people think and will give you the worst food possible.

Salad & sauce completely missing from sub…

The delivery driver had phoned me as he couldn’t find my address. He was then really rude over the phone even though I had explained several times how to get to my house. He asked if I could meet him at the shop and I stated no because I am disabled. He continued to ask a further three times. I found the whole interaction very rude.

Don’t order the 12 cookies. They don’t actually give you a variety. They just give you the worst ones and they’re all cracked and crumbled to pieces. No rainbow cookies and no chocolate chip - just those gross macadamia nut ones. NOT what I paid for.

Order completely wrong, missing cookies and all sandwiches on wrong bread with incorrect fillings. Tried calling restaurant and phone just rings. Completely inedible and a waste of money - never again.

Ordered my food thought all was fine until I went to go get the cookies only to see that I was given the wrong cookies and these cookies have been half eaten with bite marks in them

Very dissappinted with order today. Sub was supposed to be a footlong, instead I got the small one. Both salads were very small and not worth the money. Only 4 meatballs in the whole of the salad and that's with paying for double meat and cheese. I've ordered here a few times and my order has never been right...I will go back to using the Bangor store as they were always quick and reliable.

Forgive me if I go off on a tangent, my brain is still currently trying to process how they failed to get my order right. The description for the sun I ordered is simply “deli meats”. So I’m really struggling with how you managed to make my deli meats sub with NO MEAT. Not just missing 1 meat out of 3, but ALL meats. How???before you try and tell me I should have contacted to rectify my order… oh, I did to the tune of over 20 times these past few hours to no avail and I’m only able to leave this review now because it’s only just been checked off as delivered, hours later! For future reference it’s worth stating that a meat sub might just contain meat

So item missing in the order. Looks like the instructions weren't followed either as I asked for the subs toasted and they arrived stone cold.. also I payed for a margarita slice, not a slice of bread with shredded cheese on it

Ordered via Ubereats. Pizziola six inch missing. Uber eats refunded the cost, but still means one of our party didn't get food so I'd avoid if you want your full order.
