First time trying here and it certainly won't be the last got a kebab and pizza and both where absolutely amazing everything was so fresh you do wait a while but it is definitely worth it for the fresh ingredients

Went to order and there was a group of 5-6 kids not waiting on food. After ordering had to wait 30minutes for food which wasnt even correct. Usually service is great and quick but this time was bad. New staff seemed slow and clueless. Was also over charged for my two meals was meant to be £12.50 and ended up being £14. Not happy at all

45 mins late and literally at end of the street

The delivery was super late, over 1 hour late the food was delivered And it was notorious that the food was packed for a long time. Chips and dried meat without dressing. The salad was cooked Due to the time of being in packed. Wasn’t the first time I ordered food and always I give 5 stars . Hope it was just a bad day .

This place is so good the food quality is great and they give you a lot for 15 quid absolutely amazing

Usually very good but kebab came swimming in sauce when I asked for extra (which I usually do) inedible had to throw out

Takeaway fast food restaurant which is very well priced in Donaghadee. My two boys love the pizza out of here!!

Best pizza I've had in a long time. Delivery driver was friendly and polite and delivered 30.mins earlier than expected which was amazing because I had a hungry household. Will definately be ordering again.

Food tasteless, pitta bread soggy, house sauce also tasteless ment to be orange colour not white more like salad cream small portions. rubbish

I do have a question why does the house sauce recently taste of salad cream?

Esperance used to be really good and fresh. Now the past couple of times I've ordered it has been really really awful. The taste of the chicken kebab is horrible and the kebab sauce is terrible now. Tastes like it has been made a few days prior and been reheated when ordered, the chips were barely edible.

Ordered kebabs which were delicious and full of flavour. Delivery was prompt and on time. Will be ordering from here again.

I must say, the pizza was absolutely delicious, and the BBQ chicken was wonderfully full of rich cheese 🧀 .

I absolutely love this place, my dad has taken me here for the past six months. I went tonight with him for 2 pizzas and a kebab, after we picked it up dad was annoyed as he realised salad and sauce weren’t in the kebab. He said he won’t be eating out from Esperanto anymore. But it ain’t stopping me. This place does the best pepperoni and kebab pizza ever. Apologies if my dad was grumpy on the way back in tonight.

Ordered the food and it said it would be delivered between an hour to an hour and 20 mins after we ordered it. Phoned cause it hadn’t arrived, was told they had a lot of deliveries to go out (maybe not send out so many at once) and then they changed the delivery time. Food got here an hour and 40 minutes after we placed the order. The food was barely warm and the cold tins was placed on top of the chips which would have cooled them down. If the food had of been hot it would have been nice

worst kebab I've ever had ..lacking in meat,the chicken was like 4 dry chewy chunks with very little sauce and was supposed to be a special. The tin of Fanta was good it was freezing as was the food . Ordered as what will definitely be a one off !!

Food has always been good and service quick and friendly.

Food already delayed arrived cold and it was important that it was warm as I don’t Have cooking facilities at new home yet couldn’t eat it unfortunately

Just a double burger and onions , would have liked some relish and pickle, but they don’t do , delivered by the owner as delivery guy busy Excellent

Carried out electrical work at this establishment and the dirt and grime around all the cooking equipment is shocking. Sockets and switches covered in dust that was maybe half an inch thick. Actually had environmental health ring me regarding my electrical report after I had been in there so that’s the standard of the place. Would never eat out of here.

Rotten! Shop is stinking! I've heard environmental health is investigating them! Steer clear 👌

We ordered two sauces and both lids were off and the sauce literally dropped onto the floor when we were handed out order and the driver ran away

Food freezing and they left it on next door neighbours step both houses have number clearly on door first time order will not be ordering again

Charged extra unexpectedly upon collection despite paying for a more expensive pizza and changing half of it to a cheaper pizza version as I couldn't find half and half options in menu online Waited 20 minutes after collection time

Bones found on the pizza from chicken, almost choked on one before i found the rest of them.

As yet I am still waiting for my food and it's only in the town centre didn't think it would have been so late phone the restaurant and he said waiting on driver

Something not right with this order, the pizza is unbearable to eat, there is a funny after taste, garlic mayo tastes like there is vinegar mixed it, the wings were cold and chips soggy, this is the second meal I have got and the standards here have dropped massively, I won't be ordering again as it's not worth the money

There was literally no food in the Pitta bread! I phoned the shop and was kindly advised to make aware in future about the issue. Usually amazing but tonight left no food!!

Ordered 1.5 hours ago, then arrived 20 mins after latest delivery time given, thought it was never going to arrive, last time I will order a delivery!

Food was cold, said it was out for delivery 20 mins before it came, maybe don't send out as many delivery's if they get to people cold, not the best

I order here all the time. But this time the pizza was absolutely dripping with grease. Couldn't eat it. Put in for a refund request , which was denied ? 🤷

chicken burger was delicious, kids pizzas were yummy and hubbys kebab could feed the 5000

Great service - the kebabs here are fantastic and the prices are fair. Highly recommend the Chicken Tikka in a Naan.

1 staff member, Humzah was doing the majority of the grunt work which is the reason for the latter collection time, as other employees were standing or doing little. Other than that service was good.

Another disappointment tonight. Ordered at 6.30pm and the order arrived over 2 hours later. I'd phoned after 1 and a half hours, to be told that the order was on its way. Then at 2 hours, I was told that it was on its way. The man on the phone couldn't explain way he had told me half an hour previously, that he'd told me it was enroute. His response was that he goes by what he's told. I hung up. The pizza I ordered was meant to have extra cheese on it. Nope. The kids meal, that was meant to include a drink. The drink didn't arrive. The food tasted OK, but it's hard to go wrong with cooking frozen food from a packet. The driver had the decency to apologise, but put the pizza on the floor instead of handing it to me. Never again. Pathetic.

Havent tried it in a while because it was always so bad. Gave it another go - terrible

Food shown up cold after waiting 45 mins. Was sent back cause the driver couldn't find the address but when I rang 30 minutes or so after use sent the same kebab up. Utterly disappointed as am starving

I order very regular and tonight’s food was probably the worst I’ve had, it’s not usually normal from them but it was as if it was a mistake and they reused it to send out to me, not happy

No doner meat at all on King mixed kebab very disappointing not up to usual quality at all.

The best kebab in the British isles, cannot be beaten, sauce had the upmost perfect acidity to balance the overall flavour.

Enormous portion size and food was delicious. Couldn't fault it at all. Definitely recommend.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza which I do all the time for me and my daughter, it came and looked like it had been kicked about the kitchen. I rang and told the girl on the phone who then told me another one would be sent out and all I have to do is hand over the one that’s not edible. The girl came and collected the kicked about pizza and 45 minutes later I’ve still no pizza. I placed my order almost 2 hours ago. Won’t be back.

Kebab in nan bread is enough for 2🙂owners so nice!!I think it's hard for anywhere to deliver good chips!always best eaten there and then out of the bag wherever you order from.i have found them very quick to replace or compensate any order with problemsand for that service alone, we will be back

Was skeptical ordering having read some of the reviews but glad I did order. My household demolished the pizzas which where really tasty and hot. Delivery driver was polite and friendly. Will be ordering again

Too quality Cheese base and large cut slices of salami in particular is fantastic

Pizza dough was nice and soft, was still piping hot when delivered! Only wish there was more bbq base sauce on it but great overall

Soggy chips, bag was soaking, chicken was falling apart.

I asked for an Americana pizza (pepperoni) and I got ham and pineapple pizza instead.

I was feeling greedy tonight and got a kebab and a pizza, safe to say I’m glad I did because they were absolutely amazing, piping hot and they were bursting with flavour! Safe to say I will be back xx

Order wrong charged £5.50 for a kids burger meal and only got a burger.

First time ordering off just eat and the food was horrific. Sauce soaked into the bread. 10 mins added to the collection time when order was placed and then we were notified the food was ready 10 mins before collection time and we live in millisle so was cold by the time we collected it and got it home. At least give a realistic collection time. Very unimpressed.

We waited 2 hours or more on our food! I contacted the restaurant 3 times to be told my food was on the way which it was not. I then tried to cancel the order and they refused. Ridiculous service! Do not take orders when you cannot cope!

Went in yesterday for the first time . Ordered food . Home , opened the box of chips ,,,, awful, awful , awful . Chips looked as if they were cooked three times ,,, tasted like shoe leather ,,, and quantity for a large chip at £ 3.40 was taking the p . Not impressed
