neither of the two subs ordered were toasted. of toasting is not available as am option for whatever reason, it should be removed as an option. ita annoying when expecting hot/cooked food, to receive cold untoasted food. also the caramel sauce pot came loos en route and caramel sauce went all over everything in the bag. it was not fun to unpack that...

This has been a 1 star venue for years. New staff have converted me back! They are fantastic. Know how the app works, polite and make great sandwiches. 5 star may not be far off if these new guys keep serving me. Went from avoid at all costs to 2 a month.

All tasted nice. The sandwich was pretty poorly wrapped so half of the ingredients were pushed out of the sandwich when I opened it, but still tasted good !

Food was quite cold and there were no napkins, Now I’m aware subway isn’t the fancy establishment that it used to be back in the 70s but there’s still room for some napkins don’t you think? Methinks so.

The problem is with the restaurant, they always get my order wrong, this time it was an original coke ordered but got a sugar free coke.. I paid extra for original coke.. I had this issue before with orders from this subway and stopped for a long time as a result, this is the first time since last year I’ve reordered and they still get it wrong.. I know it’s the restaurant at fault and I’m getting tired of it.. as I said this has happened on many many occasions and I get 0% results from my co

i will give no stars, my friend is allergic to egg and in the description it stated that no egg was in it just to find out that there was and when we called the restaurant there was poor customer service and said we were the ones in the wrong.

This is the 2nd time consecutively where the quality of the food was pretty bad. First they delivered a chicken sub without chicken. This time all the 3 subs had zero sauce in-spite of choosing for all 3.

Hardly any chicken in the roasted chicken 6-inch that I ordered.

Not too sure why the Rickmansworth branch has better ratings than Watford branch ? I have been using Watford Subway King st for years and the portions have been excellent so now I have moved to Rickmansworth and saw they had better star ratings than Watford I thought excellent so placed an order. One of the subs ordered we requested and paid for double cheese and extra bacon which cost nearly £3 and out of the two small bits of bacon one was just fat and the cheese was virtually non existant! On a 2nd sub salami was requested and paid for at £1.39 and I got one small piece of salami approx 10p worth. The only good thing was the hash brown bites.(The reason for 2 star's.) I won't be ordering from Rickmansworth Subway again I will be taking my business back to the Watford branch and urge anyone that thinks Ricky branch deserves 4 or 5 stars to try the Watford branch where I always got 3 to 4 pieces of salami when I paid for it as an extra filing and the subs were full of the salad unlike the Rickmansworth branch I also paid delivery at £1.50 ?? The Watford branch which is further from my house is free delivery through Just eat ? Go figure.
