Asked for all the subs to be toasted, none of it was! Seems like the staff at Money Hill lack basic understanding of how to prepare a subway and zero reading skills of what was asked for on the order. An absolute shower!

I asked for the sub to be toasted it wasn’t, the hash browns and chilli bites were cold, and the crisps and orange juice were missing! Not great and doubt I’ll order from there again

I am writing to share my disappointment as I did not think it was possible to have a bad Subway sandwich, but unfortunately, that was the case with my order. When I opened my Veggie Delight sandwich (about 7 minutes after receiving it), the bread was so hard that it had to be broken apart with force. Additionally, the waffle fries were excessively soggy, to the point where the cardboard box was completely saturated. When I called to share my concerns, the attendant explained that this happens when the sandwich doesn’t include a patty or meat and that it’s normal for the fries to be soggy. However, this explanation came after the sandwich was already missing the vegetarian patty I had ordered. When I pointed out the mistake, the attendant implied it was too late to fix it and that it was my error for not clarifying earlier. This response was unsatisfactory, especially as I’ve never encountered such issues at other Subway locations. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to ensure that future customers receive the quality food and service they expect from Subway.

Sadly back to one star. Subway offers on the app sometimes don’t work/we get turned away. Also wheat free bread not included in some deals….. if this changes so will my review but since wheat free pay more I find this discriminatory against serious health conditions.

neither of the two subs ordered were toasted. of toasting is not available as am option for whatever reason, it should be removed as an option. ita annoying when expecting hot/cooked food, to receive cold untoasted food. also the caramel sauce pot came loos en route and caramel sauce went all over everything in the bag. it was not fun to unpack that...

All tasted nice. The sandwich was pretty poorly wrapped so half of the ingredients were pushed out of the sandwich when I opened it, but still tasted good !

The problem is with the restaurant, they always get my order wrong, this time it was an original coke ordered but got a sugar free coke.. I paid extra for original coke.. I had this issue before with orders from this subway and stopped for a long time as a result, this is the first time since last year I’ve reordered and they still get it wrong.. I know it’s the restaurant at fault and I’m getting tired of it.. as I said this has happened on many many occasions and I get 0% results from my co

i will give no stars, my friend is allergic to egg and in the description it stated that no egg was in it just to find out that there was and when we called the restaurant there was poor customer service and said we were the ones in the wrong.
