Often call in here for a little treat after I've been to the Medical Centre or pharmacy that are literally around the corner. It's clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and it not too busy during the middle of the day. I like that there is a wide choice but do tend to go back to my old favourites.

This place takes the crown for the worst subway i have ever visited , to start with the staff are that miserable they make you want to turn round and go elsewhere, the ataff that served me spoke basically no english , orderered my food which was stated at £8.39 also confirmed by the person serving me , for her to then try charge me £10.60, when i asked for the manager she was basically no help what so ever and still tried to charge me £10.60, i would rather starve than even think about visiting this subway , do your self a favour and dont bother with this subway !!!

Had to re heat only so it’s piping was warm to touch however I think with subs on delivery they can sweat if wrapped up too tight as well. Maybe for deliveries. Wrap them in foil then the subway paper. Discard the parchment. Sauce was minimal especially on the footling. Overall tasty as always

It was nearly closing time. There seemed to be only 1 staff member, who wasn't in the shop when I first arrived, but when they did return, swiftly served me. Another staff member arrived shortly after and completed my purchase with no hassle. So other than the wait to be served, all good.

Knowing any other branches and having some restaurant experience I know that when the order looks odd we should call the customer and double check if that's what they want but clearly there is no such a initiative from the staff. Staff are very childish it’s like they have tantrums for making mistakes in my order as if I have done somthing wrong. Keep lieing about who the manager is so they don’t have to be confronted. Can’t get support or help when my order is wrong. The Sub has been wrong multiple time with hair inside and order being wrong even with allergies leading to anaphylaxis. After I recovered I rung in to let them know about the situation and they started to get rude again and cut the call and didn’t allow me to speak to the manager.

Sent me a foot long sub with hair all over the sub wrapped up inside and outside of the bread. This isn't the first time this has happend at least 3 times. Manager and staff are both very rude and unbothered when I ring to let them know my order has hair inside of it or that my order is wrong. They tell me rudley they won't do anything about it and even tell me I won't get my money back and cut off the phone. Ordered from here many times and most orders have come extremely wrong and extremely dirty. Managers need sorting out this place!!!! And so does the horrible staff members!!! SORT IT OUT. Disgusting people. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

My partner entered and ordered, and paid for before recieving the products, a BMT and a meatball marinara. He asked for sriracha chill sauce on the meatball, and the worker picked up mayo, he asked them to stop, they ignored him and covered the whole thing. He informed them calmy that he wanted sriracha and definetly no mayo and the workers began sniggering to one another and instead of remaking the order, again which he had paid for, they put sriracha on top, again incorrect. He tried to file a complaint but the staff ignored him and served someone else. He asked for a new order and the staff members proceeded to laugh and shout at him, beginning in english and then in another language that he couldn't understand. They shouted him out of the store in a language he couldn't even respond to. I instantly called the store to complain, the woman i spoke to, she said her name was Christi, called me a liar, flat out used the word, said i had the wrong store, only for 2 minutes later her admit it was the correct store but not apologise, she then started to talking to other people whilst i was describing the issue. when i asked her if she could please listen to me she began shouting aggresively and so i put the phone down. I am an ex-fast food worker myself and have a certificate in hospitality and the way he was treated and the situation was handled was absolutely awful. I expect to be contacted asap, At the bare minimum he should be reimbursed for his order.

I struggle to find a halal subway and so travel quite far out to this particular branch. I have been coming here for the past couple of weeks thinking the next time the service and food will be better, but I was so wrong. I am leaving a review based upon not just one visit but a few now. Firstly the service is incredibly SLOW. You will need a lot of spare time and patience and mine have been tested each time I have visited. The service is just too slow. The employees need better training. They are so stingy with salad and the bread never seems fresh. Alongside sandwich’s I order a few salad bowls and my gosh I have to say ‘can I please have more x y and z’. Even then they don’t put hardly anything in! I can’t have a salad bowl with a strand of lettuce and one onion! Even the meat they are so stingy they don’t give you the full amount of meat you are asking for and cut corners. This store has also thinned all of their salad down and you don’t even get a decent slice of cucumber. It’s the owner who has trained his staff well to be stingy. There seems to always be a new starter when I go in so I believe because of the management staff must be leaving. On one visit I witnessed a new trainee drop a load of bread from the oven and the owner picked it up and put it back on the oven! This has totally put me the store and I will not be returning. Such a shame as this is the only halal subway I can find.

The food was not even delivered. The driver called, he didn't speak english. He didn't seem to know where it was. I rang the restaurant, after an hour and they told me the driver was rude and he told them he wouldn't take it. I asked them to cancel the order they said they couldn't. And finally when i offered to go over if they would make us some fresh sandwiches as they were supposed to be hot, they said they couldn't. Here it says delivered.

I don't post bad reviews here, but this restaurant was taking the Mick with my last order. I ordered an Italian BMT. Came with the no meat whatsoever, wrong bread, wrong salad, and wrong sauce. I don't mind vegan food every now and then, but at least get the damned salad correct! Also I paid extra for the meat. I ordered a Brie footlong. It came with no Brie whatsoever, and the wrong Salad. They got the sauces correct, so Kudos for that lifetime achievement! I hope JustEat gives you a trophy for that. I also ordered Nachos, and alongside the salsa which they are meant to be covered with, this has some sort of fizzy drink thrown on top too. I am increasingly getting the impression the sandwich-maker got me mixed up with someone who murdered their parents, insulted their ancestors, and then burnt their village down, and so they set about avenging these wrong via sandwiches. That's the only logical reason I can imagine for why my food was so terribly made. I called the restaurant, only for the staff member at the other side to make up a lame excuse regarding her accessing a computer, then hang up on me. Subsequent calls were totally ignored. A prime example of bravery and courteous service I'm sure you'll agree! The delivery driver was excellent though. Not only was he slightly early and very courteous, but he also managed to act like a decent human being after dealing with the people at this restaurant. Obviously I'll never order from here again, and sent evidence of what I received to JustEat.

Let down by cheap owner. Didn’t want to give me a free sub which I had redeemed through their loyalty scheme, told me can I redeem it another day as they’re low on bread however he had a fully stocked fridge of bread behind him… needs to learn the Subway business model before running said business. I got the free subs by giving you business it’s not rocket science pal. Very stingy.

The food was fine, very nice, however, the food was delivered over half an hour late than expected. I placed the order before 10am and asked for it to be delivered at 12pm. Your website told me to expect the food at 12.11 pm, however it did not turn up until 12.40 pm. Which was ridiculous. I had ordered food for a meeting that I had invited external visitors too. I was professionally embarasssed as the food was not here as expected and they left before the food even arrived as we took them out for food instead. The next time I will order local and not bother with subway anymore. I am a very unhappy ex-customer.

I ordered a gluten free, T.L.C subway with plant based cheese and sauce for my boyfriend who suffers bad if he has any gluten, and not only did the food turn up later than originally stated, but there was hardly any salad on the subs, and my boyfriend now has stomach cramps. He only gets this sort of pain when he's had gluten, so there must have been a mix up somewhere. He's going to be in pain for the best part of a week now. The tiny bit of salad we got on the subs was shocking. Usually the salad is falling out of the sides, but there was hardly anything on these. Not a happy customer, won't be going to this subway again

Estimated delivery time stated on uber easts was 15-25 minutes. Time went over estimated, I called and asked and they said the wait time was 45 minutes... even then it was still late. Person on the phone hung up mid conversation. Food arrived lukewarm and stuffed with what seems a whole onion and next to no sauce.

Have been to many outlets of Nando's but unfortunately in this particular one the customer service was pretty slow. The time it took to deliver the glass was a sign, but liked the thoughtful suggestion of a glass of water for me since I hadn't ordered any soft drinks. But seeing our food waiting under the heat lamp for nearly eight minutes was excruciating and really not how they serve usually. Presumably the staff were tired after a busy early evening service but it was a shame as their standards are very high.
