Subway in Sandwell

Been a few times at lunch time and the sandwiches are what they are. Last two times I've been, at lunch time, they have locked the doors sit around a table beside the window to have a chat. Tried to get in and they didn't move. You'd think Lunch time would be their busiest time... Went to Greggs instead.

Open until 10pm walked in at 2136hrs was told by staff member I’m finishing! I said thought you were open until 10pm yeah but I’m finishing. What a joke never use again. Wouldn’t care but on a 12 hour night shift Normally spend £10-£20 been using it for years new lazy member of staff get rid if I owned the franchise

So basically this is one of the worst experience of my life.. I came to the store at 5:20 i ordered two sandwiches one is chicken tikka and one veggie one. The lady who was serving was so busy in talking that she was not aware what is serving to customers. She put the wrong label of plant based to chicken one because of that i eat the chicken tikka and this is literally not acceptable. I called in the store i told this lady everything and what she said its not my fault. You should have checked it before eating . Like seriously.. this is what u r giving to customers. This lady is so rude infact she dont know how to talk and then when she recognise me she cut the call and not ready to pick up the call. Highly not recommended place ever.. unprofessional staff.. Rude staff. Service is awful.. Thanks for spoiling everything.

This RAT named AJAY.. what a rat of a guy. Allowed me to proceed with making an order which contained non-halal meat. Knowingly preparing it while I was being so friendly and having a nice chat. I was unaware at the time. However when I left I called the shop to ask him before I ate it if it's halal. He said NO and HUNG UP. So I drove back to the shop to get my refund and told him why would he not make me aware knowing that I follow a particular faith different to him as we're both Asian. He had no answer. Because he is a rat who tried to connivingly serve me non halal food

Ordered a meal deal through just eat, turned up with wrong sandwich no meal deal, I'm pretty sure it was an employee and not just eats driver that delivered the food, I asked him to hold on while I grabbed phone to show him the order he said OK I turned round he drove off restaurant would pick up the phone, just eat refused refund as I didn't take a photograph of something that wasn't there, so basically just eat and subway have stolen my money

Absolutely rubbish service. Didn’t add sauce to my order. I tried to call, they gave me some bull saying it’s not from this store it is. Told would call me back but didn’t and now won’t pick up the phone. Appalling services.

My order was completely wrong me and my friend had our orders mixed up wasn't even offered a meal deal, the poorest customer service ever and messed my order up so much I won't be returning to this branch again. Also I hated my sandwich u guys got the order wrong and have the cheek to charge £14 its pure incompetence I'm shocked and offended I'd recommend any other subway just stay clear of this one

bad franchise , they not accept any offer from subway , food quality much lower and portions smaller

Yet again I went to this store after 7 which is the opening time and they were not ready to serve as staff arrive at 7 so prep work is not done so if you want food arrive after 7.30

Went in to get some food, was told by the very rude manager that she didn't have what I wanted. I can accept that there may be items out of stock but she was just rude. Go somewhere Isle if I was you

It is not as good as it use to be. I would like to mention that if.you like salad boxes they are NO LONGER part of the meal deal this is disgusting.

I have visited this Subway on three occasions. The quality of the food products was good, but i was disappointed in that three of the four staff serving did not wear their masks correctly. Which i completely put down to the manager/owner who did not wear a mask at all and was not wearing any Subway hygiene uniform either and was just moving equipment around the back office where food was stored. Sad in this present situation. Some of their customers don’t seem too bothered either. Each time i visited i was the only customer wearing one. Perhaps if they’d had a family member who had died through COVID they may adopt a more responsible attitude to everyones safety. I will not be going back to this Subway.

Quality food, really nice & polite staff, always use this place at least once a week

The quality of the food was high, as you would expect from Subway, it is prepared right in front of you, with fresh ingredients. The problem with this Subway was the rudeness of its staff; who are seemingly completely devoid of any manners. The Subway experience is a tailored one by nature, so you would expect the staff to be both attentive and polite, unfortunately, neither of these qualities were on display. I would not recommend this branch to anyone, unless the management make some improvements.

This was an Uber eats not a visit to the premises. The food was earlier than advertised and was perfect.

This branch often runs out of different types of roll despite 9:30 visit. Otherwise pretty similar to other subway shops. I really like to opportunity to choose whatever goes into the sandwich/sub. Drinks ok but soft drinks from the machine loaded with sugar. Often has no parking close by at busy periods.

This is a great shop. Unfortunately the one on the Asda car park next to Starbucks isn't and they're not on Google as I'd leave them minus 5 stars! My daughter and I waited 20 minutes while the girl served 1 sandwich at a time then when it got to our turn she left the shop unattended to get change for the till! Whatever you do go to THIS subway by lloyd's pharmacy. The guys are fast and the sandwich is always exactly how you want it

Excellent. Not much seating but it's very convenient! Has car park shared with Asda, turn into the Asda turning, not the road before like I made the mistake of doing?

Worst meatballs marinara I've ever had, it will be a while before I try this place again.

Prices are already quite high for a sandwich which sometimes you dont mind treating yourself, however how are you charging people extra now just to get you sandwich toasted and to eat in. Think that is just wrong especially when your paying around £6 for a sandwich.

Of the two staff I have seen one doesn't care but one is very friendly. The main problem is that plain bread is only available about 50% of the time and I don't like any other type! Seems ridiculous and ridiculously easy to fix. Lazy not sorting it out.

Not a good experience today. One man put the meat on the sandwich and the other man said no too much so he had to take off half the meat. They no longer do the £3meal deal. The kids meals were awful asked for ham and turkey which we have always had but they said no only 1 meat, put very little salad on had to ask for more. Not a pleasant experience had better service in other subways.

Standard Subway. My meal was okay. Service was good. Very long wait. Long queue. Popular. I would use again.

Well done to the member of your staff working in Quinton Subway Birmingham, he had to serve an absolute douchebag tonight (around 8.45) who was talking the most utter amount of sh*te and due to the fact his voucher was out of date. He thinks it's acceptable because they have the same colour skin apparently, well it's not and your member of staff was totally professional and held his cool! He also told your member of staff he was a jobsworth and people like him will never go far. Well I sincerely hope you do go far sir and you walk straight past that moron one day. It's people like him who are ruining this country, you are making it stronger! Well done, you deserve a medal! 👍

Popped in there for a change from the usual Greggs, the new owner is lovely! Nothing was too much trouble. Very fast and efficient service. Exactly what I needed on my lunch break! Good luck with your new business!! I'll be seeing you more often!

It's a poor showing for Subway. The service can be slow and the staff are often unprofessional, bordering on obnoxious. There are normally off-duty staff members handing around the place having loud and inappropriate conversations with those who are working, in between running in and out of the kitchen.

Complete rubbish. My order (sent with others from the office) wasn't even close. A Subway Melt that came with NO MEAT and the wrong sauce.

Arrived at the shop to grab late dinner at 21:27 and it was closed! Very disappointed as it says online open until 10!

Great sandwich café, you can create your own baguette with so many different fillers and there are a few tables inside and outside to sit down.
