Subway in West Lothian

Bread wasn't cut in a half, someone decided to cut it on random places with a butter knife. It looked like a 2 year old tried to make a sandwich, it was just a huge mess.

Driver just delivered the wrong order, when trying to give it back, he just drove away. Didn't understand English very well. The phone number doesn't work.

Generous amount of fillings. Arrived on time. Very pleased. Thank you.

Disgusting food. Everything either stale or soggy because we had to wait over an hour to receive any confirmation it was being prepared. Everything is freezing cold and stale like it’s been sitting for days. Horrible.

All good except the footlong churro had no caramel sauce.

Bottles of soda were thrown on top of sandwiches, squishing them and one of the bottles was leaking, so both sandwiches were soggy. This was the second time I ordered because the first one tonight was misdelivered. 0/10 Would not recommend.

The driver STOLE my food and lied on the app stating he had “delivered” the food. I have caught him on footage leaving with the entire bag of food. I had to go to the shop myself but they did not give me the food either and said to ask for a refund

Ordered a footlong, only received half sub, not good enough

Food was rotten, cant even cut sandwich. Gave us half a cookie as well delinquent

I spent my money on food and it was all stuck together and stuck to the paper I asked for a new one she said no she won’t give me my money back She offer me a cookie

I left a review on a previous order and am leaving a second one on an old order. the old order was fine, never had this issue before. We were missing a sub. We tried calling the restaurant but the phone number does not work at all. This is more a review for Just Eat that they have told us we won't receive a refund even though we paid for a sub that we never received. Horrible service on Just Eats behalf. No one should have to pay for something they never received

Ordered here and am missing a sub. we understand mistakes happen but the issue is the phone isn't working and my husband has no sub for lunch. Reordering costs over £4 when all we wanted to do was call and ask someone to send out the missing sub.

Missing more than half of the order

the food was a complete disgrace, the person who had made the sandwich obviously took zero care about doing it, everything was just thrown in and bursting out the sandwich into the packaging, the whole sandwich was soaking wet with too much sauce

The phone number doesn’t work for the restaurant and the delivery driver didn’t deliver me my food even though it said delivered so I couldn’t do anything 👍🏼👍🏼

subs weren't cut, one of the subs were missing items ordered, both subs were ordered toasted but were cold

both subs on wrong bread. missing most toppings. Did not receive my crisps. never again!

Every time I use just eat the restaurant some how manages to get a item missing should just eat not maybe check the bags before leaving? As yous cost your customers money and frustration. Yous are terrible for a delivery company never on time and never right. Shocking service as usual but don’t expect any less from yous

Recieved a box full of lettuce and pickles, hardly any chicken or cheese

Food is nice. However the last 4 or 5 orders I've had from subway have had items missing. Don't know why it's so hard to put a bottle of juice in a bag?

Bit shocked that I paid for delivery and the delivery man didn;t even get out his car to deliver it - called me and asked me to go out to pick it up through the window of the car!!!

I assumed food will be toasted. I had to use toastie machine at home to toast it, because it was cold. I will leave note next time. There should be an option on just eat it to add toasted

My experience at Subway tonight was disappointing. I arrived at 8:40 pm, only to be told by the staff that the shop closed at 8:30 pm. However, Google Maps indicated a closing time of 9 pm. This inconsistency in timing led to confusion and inconvenience.

Food is reasonable, could be better, they scrimp on salad so need to keep asking for more of X etc.The usual staff are ok. If you want a lunchtime salad box or sandwich go in 30/40 minutes early. They tend to leave customers queuing and concentrate on just eat/deliveroo orders. I'm not sure if this is what they've been told to do, or just can't cope with the volume of business at lunchtime.

Shorter guy clearly hates his job! Barely spoke. No care at all making the sub, thought he was gonna kill himself when I asked for more mayo! lol at least a quarter of the sub had nothing on it. Wont be back Update: 1 year later, new owners running the place, if you want to wait a solid 20 mins to be served then go here! They shouldn't be doing collections

Asked for sweet onion sauce, they never put any on the footlong, asked for no sweetcorn and they put sweetcorn in the footlong. The cheesy bites should have had sweet onion sauce, non provided.

Food was great, but delivery time was extended twice, so ended up being late. Would be really helpful if each sub could have a sticker on the wrapper to identify which is which as opening each one to tell isn't ideal or easy! Please? 😊

Ordered a foot long ham sub and nachos, waited an hour and a half nearly for this order (it’s a 12 min drive), only for it to have a 6inch sub, no big deal everyone makes mistakes… so I thought I’d phone them, the phone number found everywhere for this subway… doesn’t exist, it instantly hangs up. Tried it on 3 phones. Really poor. Not to mention how terrible the half sub I got was. Insane amount of sauce

Order was late by around 35-40 minutes and we were missing one 6" sub which meant one colleague had to go without lunch. This was the first time in a long time we decided to try an online order again from Subway as the previous experiences also included missed food!

Some of the order was wrong, soggy & cold. I ordered a tuna melt & got something completely different - it had pesto & tomato sauce in it which I don't like & definitely no tuna so, it went in the bin. The food was cold(ish) & soggy. I didn't bother complaining as I had to go out. Pretty disappointed for a subway to be honest.

driver couldn't find address, had to go meet them. food cold but juice is warm. driver had an attitude about not being able to find the address and tried saying she went to another street like maps showed her yet I pointed out it was correct on the order but she shouldn't find it

I requested a 14:00 delivery, which was accepted by the restaurant. I checked at 13:55 to see that it was still "awaiting an update". The delivery time then changed to 14:29, which was not acceptable to me, as I was on my lunch hour from work 13:15-14:15 and meant I could not eat my lunch at my expected time.
