Subway in West Lothian

Popped in at 3pm only to be told , 'We're not serving customers for the next 20 minutes or so! Not useful when they're supposedly open!

All we got was 4 bits of toasted buns with raisins

I think you need to speak to the driver as she has blamed me for putting the wrong address when i havent she drove right past it. It also arrived cold

Worst subway I've ever used. Actually no it's the worst subway I TRIED to use. Waited for ages in line while delivery drivers turned up for people too lazy to leave the house. Delivery prioritized instead of human beings stood in the queue. I gave up after 10 mins. Worthless branch I will never return. Pro tip: serve the humans waiting in line I know that might be a radical idea but give it a try see what happens.

had double delivered, so been charged double for a cold soggy sadwich, no waffle fries and grwasy hash browns. the delivery driver wouldnt leave till i gave him 2 codes. horrible expeirence 😪

my delivery driver came with double my order. he wouldnt leave till i gave him 2 codes for the 2 separate orders with the exact same stuff! my meal is wrong and ive been charged double. so ive paid £38 for a cold sandwhich deal and side! can i have a full refund please?

Servant was rude never gave enough time for order, never listened to order correctly & after a few interruptions and breaks I had to remind him several times what I wanted. Absolute 0 customer skill, how these people get a job is beyond me.

On 01/12 at 13:30 - Absolutely ridiculous. Stood in queue with other people for 15 minutes to eventually asking why is nobody getting served. Delivery was being prioritised instead of customers that come into the shop. 1 hour wait apparently if you wanted to order. Wrong priorities

The sandwiches were a bit squashed, but tasty enough.

I order here a lot and usually always great however this order the salad was completely wrong with 3 missing elements and the wrong sauce. rather I was just refunded.

The delivery driver was lovely and on time. The 2 items were incorrect and unable to phone the restaurant due to an invalid number. If they didn’t have the items to send these should be noticed as out of stock / try to contact the customer to offer alternative not just put in anytbinf.

Very little chicken on sandwich ,, basically just crumbs of chicken. Nothing like the slices of chicken in there picture of the item. Same for the philly steak sandwich, pitiful amount of meat. Nowhere worth the price of the items.

The delivery time kept increasing. 5-10 minutes is forgivable. But almost 30 minutes is awful.

Bread wasn't cut in a half, someone decided to cut it on random places with a butter knife. It looked like a 2 year old tried to make a sandwich, it was just a huge mess.

Driver just delivered the wrong order, when trying to give it back, he just drove away. Didn't understand English very well. The phone number doesn't work.

Disgusting food. Everything either stale or soggy because we had to wait over an hour to receive any confirmation it was being prepared. Everything is freezing cold and stale like it’s been sitting for days. Horrible.

All good except the footlong churro had no caramel sauce.

Bottles of soda were thrown on top of sandwiches, squishing them and one of the bottles was leaking, so both sandwiches were soggy. This was the second time I ordered because the first one tonight was misdelivered. 0/10 Would not recommend.

Ordered here and am missing a sub. we understand mistakes happen but the issue is the phone isn't working and my husband has no sub for lunch. Reordering costs over £4 when all we wanted to do was call and ask someone to send out the missing sub.

I left a review on a previous order and am leaving a second one on an old order. the old order was fine, never had this issue before. We were missing a sub. We tried calling the restaurant but the phone number does not work at all. This is more a review for Just Eat that they have told us we won't receive a refund even though we paid for a sub that we never received. Horrible service on Just Eats behalf. No one should have to pay for something they never received

Missing more than half of the order

the food was a complete disgrace, the person who had made the sandwich obviously took zero care about doing it, everything was just thrown in and bursting out the sandwich into the packaging, the whole sandwich was soaking wet with too much sauce

subs weren't cut, one of the subs were missing items ordered, both subs were ordered toasted but were cold

Every time I use just eat the restaurant some how manages to get a item missing should just eat not maybe check the bags before leaving? As yous cost your customers money and frustration. Yous are terrible for a delivery company never on time and never right. Shocking service as usual but don’t expect any less from yous

Food is nice. However the last 4 or 5 orders I've had from subway have had items missing. Don't know why it's so hard to put a bottle of juice in a bag?

Freezing cold when I requested toasted option.

I assumed food will be toasted. I had to use toastie machine at home to toast it, because it was cold. I will leave note next time. There should be an option on just eat it to add toasted
