Went in at about 5pm on 16/11 and asked for a BLT, was told it hadn't been on the menu for "about 8 years". Said he'd worked there for 5 years and never saw it on the menu. It's part of the Saver Sub menu, which they apparently don't offer - could have told me they don't offer the full subway menu instead of treating me like an idiot for asking for it when it's been a standard sandwich offering since sandwiches existed.

We went in at 2pm 12/09 & waited 5-10 mins before anyone appeared. Eventually John appeared who we assumed was just having a bad day, however reading previous reviews clearly it’s a regular theme. Terrible service, rude attitude & very mid food. Have been numerous times before and have been satisfied with the experience when the younger guy & ladies have served us. John seems to be loosing you business by being rude to customers and having a stinking attitude. Will be travelling to the subway in town in the future for a more pleasant experience.

Visited at about 2.15 on Monday 26th August. Older guy working was so incredibly rude that we left without buying anything, so can’t comment on the food. Perhaps he was having a bad day (although he’d only just swapped on from a younger guy who’d been working) but hopefully he’ll learn to speak nicely to potential customers before other people vote with their feet too.

6pm is still dinner time, service station was busy, they had no chicken, then they had no cheese, got offered a ham sandwich, at which point gave up as saw half the tubs had been removed. Sorry the premium price is for the selection, no a ham sandwich! Never been to a subway like that before.

Food was a large chips and I got about 6 chips. Price was shown as 3.89 got charged 3.99 got told before my order I can't order a sub by the way no explanation given. I was the only customer, and probably the 2 most grumpy staff I have ever had the displeasure to meet, they looked like excaped convicts. Needless to say I won't go back ever... especially at those prices for what you get ... Extortionate!

The staff were lovely, can't fault them, two gentleman and they were very attentive to my young children who were ordering, they were fast and listened. Our food was delicious, but I must say the site itself is pretty depressing. None of the tables were clean which wasn't pleasant to eat in. Burger King certainly had more business and more staff so I don't believe the fault lies with Subway but it couldn't hurt for a member of staff in either department to ensure the eating environment was hygienic by spraying the tables and giving them a clean.

Absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the older chap working 24/11/22. We came in at roughly 9:15 When we turned up we wasn’t seen to for a couple of minutes so just waited nicely. The chap comes out and goes “Yeah I’ll be with you in a minute” so we just assumed he’s been busy and stressed so waited patiently. He then takes our order. Every reply from him was like he didn’t want to be talking to us or be at his job. Then my partner asks for TLC (taste like chicken) and didn’t hear the man said they didn’t have any and then says to my partner “I did just say we dont have any, it’s still defrosting so I can’t use it” which wasn’t too bad at first, I thought he’s had a stressful morning, it’s just the sassy way he was saying all of this. Then my partner asked for hash browns, if they had any for him to go “well of course we do otherwise we wouldn’t be able to do the festive sandwiches” and started to talk to us like we were stupid. I had to walk off with how angry I was with his attitude. I understand it’s neat Christmas and stressful, I work in hospitality myself and serving food, but never in a million years would I talk to a customer like they were so little below me.

I would like to give it no stars. If you fancy wasting half your lunch break then definitely come here. 2 people managed to serve the 2 people in front of me in record time. 25 minutes. Absolute joke. Fast food??? You're having a laugh absolutely pathetic. And must say not the most hygienic people to serve you either. Will not be going there again.

If you’re ever in the area and you fancy being in less of a good mood then fly in here and these ladies will sort you out. Service with a smile isn’t a concept they understand and while subway in general is a bit clunky and time consuming these guys have taken it to an elite level of glacial sandwich making. So in short if you want to wait ages for a sandwich that looks like it’s been passed down the back line of the England rugby team and be made to feel like you’re a massive inconvenience then this is the place for you.

Clean shop, good portions and served with a smile. As one would hope or expect from a subway. I feel the negative reviews are not justified: Note that the toilets are part of the services and not Subway. Yes they smell and not the cleanest toilets, but this is the responsibility of the services.

Was a bit concerned about the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with this small service station subway. Staff were friendly and efficient, shop was clean and quality as expected of a subway. Refreshingly, despite being located at a service station the prices weren't over inflated. A handy stop off on the way home from Center parcs. Some of the negative reviews seem to be aimed at the service station toilets rather than the subway itself, and I agree they are not the best.

I have been there today and was served by a nice gentleman, it was his second day there. Although I enjoyed my sandwich, I did not enjoy the attitude of the two other workers who just said to him 'you serve them' and left for a cigarette. The man was clearly stressed as he was not sure how to prepare my sandwich. I would have given zero stars because of their attitude but the man was so nice I decided to give 2. The girl and boy really need sorting out but the short guy was very nice and my sandwich was delicious.

Tap falling away from the sink in the lavatory. Handdrier does not work. No hand towels. No toilet tissue. Care is required in choosing your seats in the restaurant as the a/c blasts cold air into your neck and back.

Never even recieved my food. Calls were not answered and had to place the order through twice because the owner set up the uber eats app with a wrong minimum order and insisted that I place the order again all for the matter of £1. And after all this never received my food. Never ever order from here terrible experience all around.
