Subway in Gateshead

weren't toased, sandwiches placed on top of cold bottles of pop. poor really.

How many times can Subway mess an order ? I ordered a 6" Sub with Tuna and requested Lite Mayo, what I receieved was a Tuna Sub with some Orange coloured dressing that was so spicy, I couldn't even tolerate it. What on earth is going on at this Subway store ? Another ruined order !

Food 10/10 as always, found it a little strange that the driver has sat in his car outside my house for 15 minutes after delivery

Only thing I’m unhappy with is that I paid for double cheese and was no cheese at all

One server blonde with glasses is absolutely terrible with fillings, sandwiches and salad are always sparse.

I had waited over an hour before there was even a courier at the restaurant however the courier was very good.

I didn’t receive my food. The app got my address wrong and my correct address is just 15mins from the wrong address but rider refused to come.

Wrong sandwich delivered asked for rotisserie chicken received tuna

No dipping sauce and tasted like it was made by a 2 year old

the bread was not fresh & the salad was more defo not fresh so I not be goin to this one again

Ordered a vegan sandwich on Italian white, the sent cheese and herb bread, so not vegan. The also forgot the vegan cheese.

Very nice, call from Subway to inform me there was an alternative in my order which was fine. A lovely hand written note in bag too.

Great salad and well packed with not too much sauce which can overpower it.

The order was perfect as ordered but the delivery was an absolute joke.. I’ve had trouble in the past but food has always been delivered but yesterday it wasn’t , The delivery driver called me to say he was standing outside and no one was in I explained the address is not correct on maps and I told him it was a blue door and he said he would ring back, I tried 3 times and it was delivered to the wrong house.. luckily whoever it was delivered to rang me and came around and gave me my order.. if h

Staff are always really chatty and friendly and pack your sandwich.

Nice food. Enjoyed the breakwich more than the bacon and sausage one (personal preference, nothing against subway themselves). Nice staff.

Ordered gluten free option but wrong ingredients added to bread. Not able to eat it, wasted money and food.

Food was late, food was cold. Completely unenjoyable. The food isn't meant to be prepped until a driver was designated, but this food was made a very long time ago.

Waited 2 hours for just warm food and for 1 of the subs to be missing the sauce we ordered for it. I know it’s a busy time of year but can’t help but be disappointed.

Ordered My choice of sandwich a chicken pizziola (without pepperoni) and was told by blonde girl behind counter "what's the point having that without pepperoni" then went on to pull faces to her Co worker who actually looked embarrassed at her behaviour! I told her to leave the order.

No nachos came with order so request a refund pls and not cookie that was requested although they did send an alternative.

Nice food but could of been hotter, tasty breakfast sub, unfortunately hash browns were average. Nothing particularly bad but also nothing amazing. Good food for price.

Unfortunately the breakfast sub I ordered was dripping in ketchup! So much so, that I had to remove the bottom half of the bread! Unfortunately I couldn’t taste anything but ketchup on the rest of the sub so it was binned. The deli meat sub was perfect! Shame 🤷🏻‍♀️

just bought two salads and there really was not a lot in it there must have been a shortage of lettuce i only got a few leaves, the box was half empty and they aint cheap

Burnt my sandwich due to staff talking about things on their phones my sandwich was left in the oven to toast for too long. A staff member was filing her nails near the checkout desk. She also put her phone on the bench unprotected where staff make customers sandwiches. Creating a decent amount of cross contamination with both of the things she's done. Also didn't offer to give me my reciept at all.

Absolutely appalled I ordered a 6 inch sub meal meatball it only come with one meatball! I also ordered a deli meat 6 inch syv meal and I was hardly any salad and the sauce was dripping everywhere, obviously the sauce has been watered down. Avoid !!! If I don’t get a refund i will be speaking to head office with my photos!

Ordered meals 2 wraps showed up then told delivery driver to ring them he took the food in his car then drove away so no food and wasted £20 pisstakes shop won’t answer the phone
