don't bother ordering here, order from heald green instead, cheaper and much better service

So this place used to be nice but now its just gone down hill. Ive been twice in the past month and both times the staff dont listen so you dont get what youve ordered. The staff dont seem to know what their "melts" are and just dont seem to be bothered. If you dont want to work there dont work there. The subway at the petrol station in northenden is 10 times better

Subs weren’t Toasted and Sauce missing off one of the Meatball subs

Twice I have ordered from here & said no egg & no ketchup & neither times have they done this!! This is the last time I order from here

This sandwich was absolutely a joke hardly any filling whatsoever

Hardly any lettuce, bread not toasted and no cheese on sub either.

Wrong bread for both footlongs, no cheese on one and no cheese or toasting on the other, no sauces

completely the wrong sandwich delivered for part of the order. not even bothered to cut it in half.

Ordered 2 x ft long (melts) came um toasted and half filled. Never order from here be warned

Why ask which salad we require if you have no intention of putting it on ? I suggest if you want subway get it from a different shop this one has been constantly lacking.

Really it's ridiculous experience, long guy who is working there who have no sense for using the same gloves for vegetarian and non vegetarian, we asked him he replied I just changed .another lady has heard of hearing , My son ask for tissue paper she literally ignore him , I say never go if you have self respect.

Absolutely do NOT bother ordering from here! Half our order missing spent nearly £47 on 3 meal deals! Rang store the guy couldn't do anything, apparently everything went in 1 bag, 3 drinks, fries, crisps, 3 cookies & 3 sandwiches i don't think so.All we got was the sandwiches & a packet of crisps. Told to claim on just eats!

Just been and this is the worst Subway ever! Avoid if you can. The staff are rude as hell. If you don't like serving customers, find another job!

The food was really good (as usual), but I had ordered two white chocolate and macadamia cookies and only received one. I could see immediately that the seal on the bag had been previously opened, so I kind of knew something would be wrong when I opened the bag……99% certain that the delivery driver ate one of my cookies….not the first time I have experienced this.

As usual they messed up the order , half the items were missing I had to go through Just eat app for a refund

Slowest Subway I have ever visited. Staff just stood there having a conversation and a laugh with my sandwich sat in front of them for a good minute before they just turned back to me and stared at me, as if I had been the holdup. In need of some basic manners and customer service training

Not sure why customers hanging around waiting to be served, service slow, staff busy chatting with each other, charging for extra items that a) other stores don’t when you are having less items on said sandwich, not thinking outside the box, tunnel vision! Too many Subways to choose from with better service.

My order wasn’t delivered. I had to collect due to no driver arriving to deliver the order. Not impressed with just eat 👎🏻

First time visiting this subway What happened to service with a smile The lady that took my order was ok even though she didn't say hi The older lady that did the salad said nothing if you are having a bad day don't take it out on others or if you don't like your job find another job. I felt so uncomfortable never again

Today, I while I was about getting my order, the staff (Chloe) ignored me and another lady standing and waiting without saying anything. When I asked to be served, she was very rude and ended up not serving me! Her actions just Subway to lose 2 customers who witnessed it and left as I left the shop shocked and embarrassed.

Messed my order up ordered a footlong got a 6inch but charged me for the footlong, this was on the 14th December and still waiting for just eat to sort it out so i wouldn't recommend subway or just eat

A VERY good Subway!! Bravo! No issue with requesting a gluten free sub. Staff helpful, accommodating and friendly. Lots of ingredients added. Really tasty. Clean inside (eat in). Will definitely return.

ordered 2 salads with different things on each and they were all mixed up, there was jalapeños on my mums and she is allergic but the other had a sauce she doesn't like.

Order delivery perfectly however the order received was drowning in mayonnaise I could not identify the filling to the mayonnaise very disappointing I have awarded 1 star as there was no option for zero stars as that’s what it deserved

It wasn't what I ordered. I had jalapenos which I didn't order and instead of chicken was beef.

I ordered 3 cookies and only received 2.

Can't fault the actual food itself, and the service as always is delightful. I do wish the focus on the new Subway menu wasn't so enforced and don't agree with making it more expensive to create your own Sub. The atmosphere based on where the shop is situated whilst not the fault of Subway itself still lends to an intimidating atmosphere and I do wish there was more seating inside too and that the seats that are available aren't hogged by people who aren't actually dining.

Ordered just before they closed and seemed to affect quality of order. Pickles (which wasn’t in order) made up about a quarter of my salad. Seriously ruined the meal.

Very very poor, the wrong food was in the bag, the sandwiches that were delivered were squished and broken. Most importantly the bread on both was dry and hard to eat. The amount of filling on both was meagre. The cookies were crushed and broken. For the extortionate price of £29 for 2 meals, I was horrified with what was sent. I will never be ordering Subway for delivery again.

Gave me a wrong order, instead of meatball, they gave me ham and sweetcorn. And no drink.

Over an hour late, food turned up cold and the drink turned up warm.

Ordered a sandwich through Just Eat and it came out completely wrong. Now, they asked me to either go and get a new one (which they cannot send to my address even though I paid for the delivery charge) or just get a refund through Just Eat which does not include the delivery charge. Thank you for the poor service!

Order was made incorrectly. Wasn't watching them closely because no reason to assume they'd get a standard menu item incorrect. Had to go leave before could get the order rectified.

I love the food from subway but I honestly can’t believe the salad that I got it cost £6.49 it was so so stingy. I’m not a person with a big appetite so I’m actually quite shocked that they would send it and actually think it’s acceptable to send so little. The food is always tasty and fresh though

Absolutely disgusted, sent cold sides, wrong sub and missing other parts of my order, called them and they wasn't interested, told me they knew driver picked up the wrong order and only thing I could do would be to go back on myself with the receipt or contact justeat for a refund. Now have to go through all the messing around to try and get a refund and still couldn't eat, allergic to the food they sent me so have to pay out for more food from somewhere else and wait upto 10 days to even hear back from justeat. Shocking, no accountability or help from store, won't be returning again!!

absolutely disgusting service from the staff as someone who works for hospitallity i think it’s disgusting that you prioritise deliveries over customers. also choosing the quick way isn’t always the safest way,i went into subway earlier to get a sub for my father who’s ill in hospital when i went in a lady went to serve me whilst doing a delivery which then she proceeded to get my bread out then continue with her delivery then waited for a few minutes as the colleagues talked away then a man went to serve me he did my tuna and did my cheese then proceeded to serve another lady,he then put both of our subs on a tray and put it in a toaster noting my sub had fish the other had chicken and bacon my father doesn’t eat meat so i requested for a new one to be made and was left to feel like a burden,please just be a bit more cautious because it could’ve involved allergies and your negligence could’ve been a whole different situation. in total i was in your shop 20 minutes….

I received somebody else's order instead of mine. The product that arrived was a monstrosity according to my personal tastes, rendering it inedible.

I went in with my son on two occasions. The first time there was a group of staff sat swearing and shouting at each other at a table, and I had to try and avoid explaining what a c#nt was to my 5 year old. This was followed by food being thrown around at the staff that were serving behind the counter. To say I was not impressed was an understatement. We then visited again as my son loves the sandwiches. This time we were pretty much ignored by the staff on the counter who just seemed to pretend we were not there. Eventually, one of them thought I suppose they better do something, so turned to me and snapped at me that I should be at the other end of the counter if I want to order. I said I stood there for a few minutes and you ignored me! This followed with the staff being quite rude to us and having a seriously bad attitude. I wouldn't recommend coming here with kids, as the place seems to be staffed with abnoxious teenagers with no supervision.
