One of the servers serving us had terrible heigine. Picking his nose, coughing without covering his mouth. Didnt wash his hands, Overall discusting, thankfully he didn't touch any of our food otherwise would have gone somewhere else.

Order delivery Wrong order delivered for someone else. The number on website/Google/just eat does not work. I have had to go through just eat complaints. I work from home and can't just up and leave and go to the store because of their own incompetence. This is second time its happened . Will not buy again.

the reason i am leaving a 1 star review is because i am disappointed with how they have the wrong menu up in the restaurant and then charging me a completely different amount to what the menu says and i spoke to them about this and they offered me a receipt as if u wanted to stare at the £12,50 price i was charge for not even a meal outrageous!!

i think its my favourte subway, i dont even lice in frimley and its not the closest one to me, tbey make sandwiches neat and nice

Been a few times now and can say it needs some improvements, food was good but they are very stingy with the salad. The employees were no where to be seen when entering and even when they came out they had no priority on serving and then when it came to pay I was charged different prices for meals every time and it seemed to come to a higher total than when ordering online which also comes with extra side. Cautioned advised to this place.

Very small portions of ingredients selected unlike other subways eg 2 thin slices of red pepper had to ask for another and was given an extra slice ? It was like every piece of sweetcorn was so valuable about 10 bits so asked for more No tea or coffee as machine broken I asked for Italian bread Twice and was twice given plain white bread and told to get spicey sauce the list of small matters made it feel like this was a smaller than expected salad roll no meat no drink £5.40 seemed expensive Avoid this subway as there are better options ones The layout of seats were clean so you can eat in. The toilet was not working I went into this subway to use he toilet and get a cup of tea so this was disappointing which motivated me to write a helpful review and warm others this is not up to subway normal high standards

WARNIBG AVOID! i’ve been here twice now, 1st, unfriendly staff & questionable hygiene. today, i politely questioned staff member about messy/dirty work surfaces & crusty glass screen. i was spoken to aggressively & laughed at. i even saw pots of meat not in the fridge: the whole establishment is dirty & uncared for. certainly a disgrace to subway stores

Worst place for delivery driver. There is no sign of which Cornor to collect the delivery from, if you stand anywhere else in the shop, you will get shouted and treated very rudely. That's disgusting.

I placed an order with Frimley Subway for collection. When I arrived at the restaurant I was immediately nearly ran into by two children who had toys sprawled across a table. This wasn’t much of an issue to start with as mistakes happen, it then appeared there was no adult with them, only for me to realise they were the children of staff working there. These children were running around the whole of the shop shouting and screaming the top of their voice. This was just the start of a visit which went from bad to worse. As the lady behind the counter was preparing my sandwiches, a man walks out from behind the counter BARE FOOT, sits down at the table next to me, starts to wipe his bare feet with his hands and then place his socks and shoes on. This was not pleasant to know he had just walked from behind a food prep area bare foot to start with. The man then went behind the counter and attempted to start preparing a salad box I had ordered, without washing his hands but admittedly wearing gloves. I challenged the man and asked of him to wash his hands before he starts to prepare my food. The man very bluntly said to me he is the owner of the business, that he was wearing gloves and tried to continue preparing the salad. I challenged him again and told him to stop touching my food. I explained I had just watched him touching his own bare feet on a chair next to me in the seating area and it was disgustingly shocking that he is now preparing food without even washing his hands, regardless of wearing gloves or not. This owner was very rude and told me ‘come behind here and do it yourself then.’ I was genuinely horrified by his disgusting hygiene standards and his abhorrently poor attitude towards paying customers. The lady then prepared me a new salad, however didn’t throw away the one he touched, leading me to think it was just placed back into the salad bar when I left. Just when I thought it was all over, I saw the staff then pick a handful of hash browns from on top of the merrychef oven which were just stacked on a metal tray. The hash browns were not covered or stored in a refrigerated setting, constantly heating and cooling with the continuous use of the oven. This is not only a hygiene concern but also could lead to illness due to the poor storage and bacteria buildup of food not refrigerated and constantly heating and cooling with the use of the oven. I am never normally one to complain and I understand sometimes corners are cut at busy times however the shop was empty and I have never seen, heard or been spoken to in such disgusting conditions, I am surprised they have not been flagged to environmental health agency.

Make sure you ask and check your receipts at the checkout. On multiple occasions, I was charged for a more expensive sandwich than the one I ordered. The first time this happened, I assumed it was a mistake, but it occurred again during my subsequent visit. While it may be a small difference, it adds up, plus its robbing people of their money. Hopefully, the management will address this issue to ensure fair and honest practices unless the lady behind the counter is the owner herself, then there is no hope.

Absolutely disgraceful Service! Asked for more salad in my sub as there was literally 5 pieces of lettuce and about 4 olives and when I asked for more they said they would need to charge me more money and on top of that when my partner asked for more lettuce and jalapeños he was told the same thing. Was going to have to pay £3 extra for asking for extra salad!!! The lady behind the counter argued with us to the point we walked out! Would never go back. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Had lunch her yesterday with my granddaughter. Will not be going back. Poor service, food was not good and two children of manager running around all of the time and their bikes in the store. My granddaughter wanted to go to the toilet but one of the young boys was in there for nearly 10 mins, making us wait. I didn't even want to give this place one star.

Kids running around the shop and the staff are talking in their own language while i was waiting to be served. Was trying to peacefully eat my food and the kids are screaming around. Although last time there was 1 guy doing 7 orders at once! Disgusting how they get treated.

Pre-ordered to collect but still had to wait in queue and have order made when I was next which defeated the object! Limited staff though so felt sorry for the lady working.

Shows open till 9 pm, came at 8pm and it was closed already.

Great little Subway, no complaints and sandwich is always made the way I want. Seems to be run by a family with kids which is nice. Usually my order is misunderstood (e.g: putting cheese on when I said no prior) but always quickly solved.

As a regular customer of Subway I must say that the staff and atmosphere of this branch was not up to scratch. They seemed very disinterested in giving the usual smiling and polite service we are used to. It may have just been a bad day.

Some staff talk to their colleagues instead of doing what they are paid for. However, if you are lucky, they give you good service. I come here at least every once a week, so I have had my fair share of bad experiences.

They don’t put the right amount of fillings in there subs, only 6 meatballs in foot long and they space meat out more so can put less in. Avoid if you like full portions. Also staff are rude when confronted about it

Do not go to this subway it is awful, waited 25 mins for my food to be prepared. Had to inform the employees that when things run out there is a store out the back to refill the containers.... They concentrate more on food for take outs rather than walk in customers, I will not be returning.. STAY AWAY!

Apart from the fact the place was suffering from a faulty fridge that was leaking water all over the floor, we met with polite helpful staff and the usual quality food
