Never open when posted staff are ok but have no work ethic

They don’t sell food they sell rubbish.

Lots of fillings not available, higher prices than other local Subway stores (turkey and ham footlong was £7.59!) and do not accept vouchers received through the post.

Got busy with 'just eat' and the likes making instore customers having to wait longer than usual + could see cookies but told there wasn't any ??? saving for deliveries obviously

Food was standard subway, but the prices are very inflated compared to other branches in town (you’re looking at at least £6.89 for a 6 inch sub meal deal). They didn’t have any hot drinks or meatless meatballs and don’t accept vouchers which the entirety of Sheffield seems to have received through the post this week. Definitely worth walking even just to west street or the moor to save a quid.

I swear to god I've never left any negative review in my life and I'm not young... I've been eating at Subway probably for 3 years now, never had any delivery, always in person, very good food. In the last few days I had two deliveries from Uber Eats. In my first order, one of my orders was Meatless meatballs (amongst other things)... A Lady called me after 20mins I ordered (Sheffield, Devonshire street), they've ran out of meatless meatballs. I was like sure that's fine, just give me a half foot sandwich, kinda the same price. She said no problem (nice customer service). But, they gave me 2 cookies instead... Which is much cheaper than meatless meatballs. And additionally I'm allergic to a lot of things so thats why I ordered vegan stuff. And I didnt know if thats the vegan cookie or the dairy one or anything but anyway how you can compare meatballs with cookies. I was like it happens... Not gonna complain... (I wasnt happy). Second order. I ordered the same from the same place. Maybe the other day that was a busy night or anything, it could happen I gave them another chance, because I like their food. My order (which one was the same as my first order, totally the same), they just forgot the meatless meatballs (not even cookies this time :D )... I asked the driver (who has nothing to do with it) whats up... He said if anything missing just call them. I think they put the phone aside or i dont know, but after 30mins of trying to call them I gave up. My food got cold, they owe me £9 (it depends if the cookie was vegan or not at my first order, because the vegan one is cheaper, if it was the diary one, then they would owe me in this case at least £7) but... I don't care about the money. I just want you to know (so you wont get through this as well), DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PLACE. If you walk-in in any other Subway place, really nice, I loved it. But because of this "stealing" I wont ever eat again at any Subway restaurant.

I have my own subway recipe and Reshima here made it a lot better, great service 10/10

Placed an order for delivery, time was changed THREE times. Ended up having to chase round to find the delivery driver, as he could not understand simple directions...how hard is it to understand 'you're on the wrong side of the building' Finally got the order nearly 2 hours after ordering, and it was stone cold. And what happened to the cheese, on the steak and cheese sandwich ? Rang the store to be told they only had one delivery driver...in that case, why say our delivery would be there at 17.05, then change it to 17.30 and then again to 17.50 ? Even my 7 year old complained about her sandwich, and she's a walking dustbin ! Will NEVER be ordering from here again .

Friendly and welcoming staff, tasty cheap food

Manager is really bad at communicating with customers, and in all honesty was very rude to his staff as well.

To my question are hash Browns any good I've got philosophical answer - they are processed potatoes. I did give them a try and I have to say I love it. Second Subway I've tried in Sheffield and so far my fav. Why 4 stars then? Well it could be the fact I didn't get as mutch red onion as I always get in other subs. Or the cheese was not toasted as it always is. Or maybe it was the bloke whom to every time I've said anything related to my order said sure. Unless the last thing its typical Sheffield thing. In which I'm moaning and it should be 5 stars! This way or another, great service, food, place was clean and tidy.

On Friday 9th August 2019, I tried their new Tuna Nicoise salad. I would have preferred the tuna without the mayonnaise, but it tasted very nice otherwise. 😋😋

Went here for breakfast. Food was burnt when toasted, took way too long to prepare, poorly prepared with way too much sauce. The hash browns were undercooked and tasted off. The fellow working in there did not care one bit about the preparation of the food. Overall, won't be going again.

Nice subway with seating area and bathroom

The bathroom was disgusting, AND it didn’t have any soap. I asked the only guy working if he had soap for the bathroom. He said the thing has been broken for a while. This means to me that the only person working all day to serve me food has not been washing his hands. Disgusting.

Bread advertised but not available ...toilets shut off not happy

No toilet and items on menu that were discontinued

An ok subway that is overshadowed by the other subway couple blocks away.

The subway on Devonshire Street unlike all the others is more often then not a quite place to be with relatively fast survive and friendly staff it's not a bad half an hour, the food is nice but like all subways it never look like it dose on the adds, the only thing going that let's it down is that they often run out of tea bags with for me is a big No NO.

Now Open ! It did close for a few weeks recently but definitely OPEN ! Busy as ever ! Delicious and yummy ! Staff are patient, helpful when there's a long queue. Open after midnight. Great offer Valentine's Day- buy a large drink get a free 6inch sub ! Basically our meals cost £1.50 each !!! Definitely OPEN !

It is a shame that subway have made some incorrect assumptions about their customers needs and wants.... As you will no longer offer me pork, I will no longer shop here.
