Useless staff, card machines that don’t work. It declined my card multiple times but took the money. Bank issues a refund but the staff at this location said it was my fault.

We eat here regularly, the sandwiches are always on point, and the service is quick even at busy times. There’s a large upstairs seating area with comfortable seating that plays Subway radio.

Absolutely love the salads. Plentiful and such good value. Coffee is good too.

I have been to subway plenty of times but the service I received in Meadowhall near tui holiday shop this afternoon was appalling, I asked for a philly steak and because I asked for the wrong bread the guy told me I couldn’t have that sandwich without plain bread, I understood that there is a set bread so I tried to reenact it with the oat bread, and his attitude changed towards me, I then asked for nachos for my partner and I just asked him to change his gloves as she is allergic to bread, he wasn’t happy about that and started slamming the nachos down on the counter, the lady on the salad bar asked me what salad and sauce I would like on my sandwich, she dumped the toppings and the sauce on my sandwich then, did the same with the jalapeño’s on the nachos, she then slammed my sandwich and nachos on the tray, for me to pay, not once was I rude and I even apologised (for seeming like a pain) I don’t expect going to a subway and having rude arrogant staff serving me. I definitely won’t be going back there.

This establishment has been around for years now, and we know what we will be getting beforehand. Nothing really changes in subway so no new surprises. It's a sandwich shop, and you choose either the menu or you can make your own sub up. I was in a rush, and this establishment happened to be there, so I used it but did not go regularly.

Really surprised how good the food was.

Good prices, efficient service and decent food

ALMOST £5 for a poxy "6inch" sandwich and charged me for 4 cookies instead of 3 then had the audacity to give me a broken half cookie. Almost £9 for a tiny sandwich, 2.5 cookies and a small diet drink! 😡

Food was as you expect. 3 people behind the counter, not one could crack a smile or offer any element of emotion. I get that it's only subway but if it makes you that miserable working there then don't.

totally fuming and disgusted with the service today ordered my children’s lunch wanted to order mine and the chap decided to service the person behind me didn’t ask if i was finished or anything i stood waiting and got blanked so i said fine i won’t have any more then thanks and carried on one lady said i’ll make it now but to be blanked made me so so angry i won’t come back again what’s point when they ignore you disgusting today and had a tiny baby i wanted to eat and feed but no thanks subway

Decent sandwich but the staff are a bit rude. At the checkout, the lady didn't say a word to me. No smile, no 'hi', no 'thats £x please'. When I asked for a bag she just slaps it down on the counter and doesn't even bother to put the sandwich in it. They don't bother changing gloves for veggie sandwiches either

Staff are clueless took onions off a sandwich covered in chicken and put them back in the onion box extra flavour for the vegetarians next time around I suppose? Shop is filthy 3 staff behind the counter not 1 customer while every table is absolutely filthy.

Be careful of what they ask you to pay in this fast food shop!!! As ordered and clarified that I wanted just a classic deal meal £5.89.which include a sandwich a drink and chips. They asked me if I want the bread whoole or divided in 2 parts. I said ok its fine to get it in 2 small parts. I just asked extra of the deal meal another drink and turkey meat which I had to pay extra just £3 above the £5.89 . When I received the receipt with about £14.5. I asked why this amount, they responded that was 2 sandwiches not 1.. So i had to refuse the walkers chips which reduced this receipt to £13.66. Very disappointed from this fast food. They make great offers which visible in big pictures.Then I had to pay extra for everything that suppose to be inside the offer.

Been here multiple times and there is one manager who just cannot get it right has tried overcharging me for deals twice now until I queried the price and he instantly apologised and changed it, he also has given me normal cookies instead of vegan ones twice

Upstairs the window that looks over the counter is filthy and stuck on dust, the shop has been shut. Why didn't the give the shop a deep clean.

Food was well prepared. They however were not making people stick to social distancing. I had two women with pushchairs who kept standing directly behind me and trying to push me forward from the dedicated areas, the staff then began talking over me meaning they moved even closer.

Best Italian Bmt I've ever had & been served by a happy face. Thanks for a very tasty dinner 😋👍

Food was the usual subway but the restaurant wasn't very clean. And it was very outdated. The staff were ok but no smiles all looked fed up. Suppose it was a sunday

I like this particular subway at meadowhall, as the staff always seem to be very helpful. They're efficient at serving the food too. 😊

Very clean but basic and in need of updating. Very quite, well maintained pool and grounds. Reasonably priced. Roula and Catarina will cook decent meals for you at the café on the premises. Not far from the sea.

Staff were very rude as in they didn't seem like they wanted to serve us. I asked the lad serving if i could add my points on after as my subcard wouldn't come up on app and he gave me wrong receipt so i lost points.

As most Subways - nice food and quick service. What I loved about this Subway was 2 floor for seating, also kids meniu and a selection of salads available.

It was amazing. And delicious. Lots of seating available and scrumptious food.

Fantastic place, good attentive staff, ordered 6 inch sub custom made, and sat and ate it and drank a superb coffee at one of several clean tables with comfortable stools just outside watching the world go by. Hugh Webb.

Subway is great if the staff cares about their job, been twice in that branch not happy at all. Food was far from being fresh, tables, chairs and floor was so dirty

Great place for a good healthy alternative fast food, great fast service, great for on the go or to eat in, very comfy seating area upstairs and also on the front of the shop, prices is also nice and cheap and the food is very tasty.

I went to subway in the oasis staff didnt really listen to what u asked for to busy rushing peoples orders through which resulting in half my salad and chicken missing from my salad bowl
