Subway in Liverpool

Went with my partner. When entering one female was serving, as we’ve approached the counter she has been placing cookies out to cook, never looked up just carried on doing what she was doing. When she had finished asked what we wanted, her attitude was disgusting. We asked for a chicken salads, she never asked whether this was hot or cold or whether cheese was wanted. My partner asked for cheese she never listened. We was then asked what salad we would like as we told her she just grabbed a handful of each and threw in the box. Her whole personality and attitude stunk. Me and partner told her we did not want it and walked out. I have never met a more ruder person in my life, she obviously don’t like her job and certainly shouldn’t be working with customers making there food. I did wonder whether she would have ate it. I will never attend this Subway again. Never. Awful staff.

Ordered online, queued and was told food wasn’t ready. No problem I will wait over there I advised. Took a further 25 mins as the 2 staff continued to serve people at the counter who walked in and ordered there and then after I had been waiting?! No proper apology, then the food order wasn’t correct! Not taken food back as to be honest I haven’t another 30 plus minutes to waste!

Great service. Was in a rush and popped in to pick up lunch. The person serving was very efficient. Can't beat a subway sandwich

Can't rate food as didn't have any but coffee was good. Signed up for app and got free points for doing so , so free coffee for a couple of days . Winner Winner.

Nathan is amazing he slays 💅 best sandwiche ive ever had

Toilet out of order, no meatballs, no chicken, not all bread choices available, no southwest sauce, bad attitude from staff, ended up walking out and leaving the sandwich. Joke of a gaff.

Time says 20.30, walked there in the rain staff were horrible and closed at 19.00 instead of 20.30. Would not recommend

The delightfully smiley girl behind the counter took great pride in slamming the bread on the counter when I dared to ask her to make a sandwich 10out of 10 for the service. Also told me she had no meatballs when they were on the counter next to her! Suppose she wanted to help my waistline. Cheers hun. P.s hope I wasn’t charged for the cheese you threw on the counter when I asked for the toilet code 🥰

Amazing service from Jaime Lea today, new exactly what they were doing with the gluten free options and very friendly! Will definitely return!

The disgusting staff member left me aoth a livy hair in my Subway. Totally didn't listen to my order either.. never returning to any Subway again.

The best outlet in Liverpool. I just loves the people here, they are very polite and friendly. They always makes my day.

I came here today on my work break, there was only one man working with a massive queue and he smashed it. The man needs a raise, it’s not fair to have him working alone. He let everyone know it may be a little wait and made the sandwiches spot on. Subway need to appreciate what a great staff member they have. Thank you.

Bit disappointed as I couldn't get what I wanted due to not being able to get the stock not staff fault

Passed loads time, stopped and had an amazing ham,Turkey,cheese with full salad torpedo with savory chips n cookies. WONDERFUL,STAFF were great, place very clean,won't pass again without going in!!! Thank you

Can't go wrong here for a decent sandwich

Whilst the sandwiches were OK, the attitude of the staff were awful. They wouldn't accept an advanced order and despite there being more staff in the back, 1 poor lad had to make our 10 sandwiches up himself which caused a queue. Won't be back here until some new faces show up, will recommend our business uses another supplier.

What cab i say? Subway is Subway. Quick service. Clean tables. What you would expect if you went into any subway.

Very handy location coming from town and looking somewhere to eat. Also a Heritage Fish & Chips next door.

It can be hit and miss at subway, some jobs worths count the cucumber haha some dont, subs of the day are great value, salads boxes are nice too. Caramel lattes are lovely especially any christmassy editions the bring out.

Fresh salad with beef wrap, bursting with ingredients.

Gutted that my regular meal deal salad is £1.10p more expensive here than in the city centre.. 🙄

Foods great, but parking is a nightmare at lunch time.

Food great fresh and tasty, the toilets however where a different story. Floors soaked with urine, the toilet bowl dirty and rammed with toilet paper and toilet seat was filthy, really disappointed. Must be honest though staff did go and endeavour to clean mess up.

Staff didn't understand the NHS discount scheme although we can and have used it in every other store we have been in. They gave us a free cookie instead of discount...
