Love it in there food is brilliant cakes are to die for banging place ever such helpful staff

Excellent tasting food. Ate solo and not rushed. Caprese salad was nice but needed a little more sweetness (as tomato is out of season). Had a very nice olive oil dressing, I'm not sure if the glazed buttons on the plate were Vincotto. This dish does need some sweetness. Otherwise well seasoned. The watercress offered a nice bit of heat the the dish. Could have been a little bigger. Main course was very nice. Very thin cut aubergine and an excellent well seasoned, caramelised, simple and delicious pomodoro sauce. Served with dipping bread (for the sauce). Was entertaining to soak the bread in the sauce and wrap the aubergine around the bread. Outstanding high quality napkins. The house red wine is very good.

asked for salt and vinegar but came dry

Dirty tables, staff who clearly had never worked behind a bar before, gin and tonic no lemon or lime, run out of branded glasses… really poor, come on it’s not that difficult!
