Abhinav honestly one of the nicest workers you will ever meet and the reason I keep coming to this subway.

So slow I had to leave, pointless! The worst service I've ever had in a Subway.

Was nice food only fault they have is on the Uber eats they say they do 1.25 lt bottles for 1.30 so we got 2 but they sent us 2x500ml bottles so we phoned them me and the misses and spoke to someone about that and thankfully they said if we come in they will give us a extra 2 x500ml so even tho we came into a issue we got it solved and the woman that we spoke to was very helpful so thank you.

Not sure what the gentleman's name was, but I was politely greeted by a new staff member who ended up making me the best Subway sandwich I have ever had, Fantastic service! Fantastic food! Incredible quality!!

The Staff are very friendly towards me but it's a shame that they start cleaning the toilets about 5p.m when they are open until 10 p.m I am putting this forward because I go through to the one at the top of Piccadilly usually on a Wednesday evening from Bury Market but when I arrive there because I have trouble with my bowls I keep wanting to go to the toilet and not only that when I leave the Piccadilly Subway in Manchester I have all the way to travel back to Burnley so it would be a good idea if you would allow the workers to allow them to use them especially if they have bought something but I know why they have started to close them at 5p.m it's because people keep wanting to use them from outside who haven't been in as customers but through those sort of people they are putting regular customers of from wanting to come if it got made clear to your staff to allow customers that have bought things to allow those sort of people to use the toilets then I would like to consider coming back to the Piccadilly Subway in Manchester yours faithfully Donna Grogan from Burnley in Lancashire

Subways as great range of food including vegetarian options which good.

I usually have mixed experience here but today the guy this afternoon who served me provided great customer service.

Food OK, but sat here at half two in the afternoon with a fleece jacket on and I am almost shaking with cold. It is freezing in here.

Look, the sandwich was standard for any subway, however, ther service was 5* really great bloke, personable, had a bit of banter, genuinely lovely bloke. Miles of smiles.

I went there on Friday night around 10 o'clock and I've never met a nicer guy before than the one who works there🤗🤗

Waited 15 minutes on two occasions now for the same staff member to take absolutely forever to serve one person, don't go if you're hungry and need a quick fix

Under staffed and very poor knowledge of sandwiches. I had to explain what a chicken pizzaola was and how to make it! Also the staff had no idea what an iou recipt was or how to print one. Very poor experience

Probably the worst Subway I've ever visited. Got the impression the staff weren't trained properly and generally did not care. Was asked three times if I wanted cheese on my sandwich. Once before, once during, once after. Sandwich fell to bits as I opened it. Massive queue, slow service. Pathetic really. Won't be returning.

So, I went to this place this morning for a bite to eat. I asked for a 6 inch hearty Italian with chicken tikka toasted no cheese. The man then got some bread which looked terrible. He then toasted it which was fine and had trouble getting it out. He then placed the sandwich on the salad counter and didn’t say a word as if signaling me to speak. And so I did which was very ignorant of him. I asked for lettuce onions and mayo. He put on a mountain of lettuce a few onions and did the standard side-to-side sauce motion and only a small blob of mayo came out and I asked for more , he made it better and actually asked me if I would like a drink and I wanted a water so I said yes. He wrapped it up terribly and the sandwich could of fallen out, I could have done a better job myself. I opened my sandwich and the tikka was on one side and the mountain of lettuce had fallen out. Awful service and awful staff

Crusty dried sandwich 2 pieces of bacon undercooked asked for a triple rancid will not go back due to favourite staff leaveing

An excellent establishment. I like the fact you can sit down, eat your sandwich and watch free entertainment. Last night we watched a kid called ponytail. I'm not sure why he was there, I don't think he knew either. He had no intention of purchasing a sandwich. I've given this 4 stars as a subway bouncer was needed for ponytail's safety as he was annoying everyone. However I would definitely return.

Been in lots off subways never experienced this before. went to the toilets floor was wet and vomet in the sink unable to wash my hands went to get served, hot milk not available for latta. Told the assistant about the toilet when she went to clean it she had a pair of your gloves what you serve your food with. After cleaning she walked at the back of the counter where the food is with the same gloves on. surely you should use rubber gloves and they should not go round the counter where food is.
