Never even got food, guessing the driver got hungry and drove home with it, great.

Waffle fries were cold and chewy or mushy. Cheese not melted on wrap as requested however the wrap was well made. Ice cream was half melted. Driver took ages to get to restaurant and delivering food.

I literally can’t believe they using same gloves for veggies and chicken side. Staff Start arguing and saying this is not a vegetarian shop. Really bad behaviour and bad attitude of staff towards customers.

I really can't understand what's happened to Subway in general. The prices have gone through the roof and the quality has gone the other way. I can't see why anyone would use them anymore. Local sandwich shops offer better value for money. Subway should change their name to Subpar....

The order was wrong . We ordered footlong , and was delivered a box salad! Really disappointed. The receipt on the bag was our order , but the contents of the bag were wrong!

Missing lettuce, not much of the other fillings and way way to much mayo which had spilled out covering all the sandwich inside and out in mayo

Ordered just eat from here....ordered 3 things and they couldn't get it right. No drink and no cookie with the meal. On the receipt and paid for. Completely useless

The food was ok, it's a subway, it's exactly as good as you expect. Really disappointed by my delivery though. I watched on the map as he swung past my street and drove away. I tried to contact subway, but there's no number. So I just had to wait and hope my food showed up. Now it has, it's absolutely freezing and it's all going straight in the bin. 20 quid might not mean much to you, but this was our only treat before new year and you've ruined it. Utterly unimpressed

Never received my food. DO NOT order from this place unless you want your food to be stolen by either the driver or staff… and you want to be charged for goods you never received. Wished I read the review before as many people had experienced this. Just waiting for JustEat to refund me. I have also raised a complaint with my bank as JustEat charged me! Order at your own risk!!

Just got our order and found a hair in the sub we found a hair in it last time we ordered as well and thought it might of been my girlfriends but now we know it wasn't vile tramps hair nets exist for a reason you little rats.

The order (of just 1 sub and 1 wrap) took 1.5 hours to be delivered - absolutely ridiculous! The expected delivery time just kept going up and up - the drop down option above just kept resetting to “5 minutes late” but it was clearly much much worse than this and we would never have ordered had we been aware it would take this long for just 2 sandwiches, dreadful service.

I didn’t order any toppings and it had onions, lettuce cucumber tomato was disgusting

Very poor customer service missed item on order, refused to deliver saying if I wanted the item to collect it after making it clear to them I was unable too and when asked why it was missing refused to answer me

Ordered Italian herb and cheese bread, ended up with normal bread. Even if there wasn’t any left of the original thing I wanted. The restaurant could of at least consulted me.

I phoned Subway and the man there didn’t even know when my food was going to be delivered. I asked if the food was there. My partner went to collect it but then my food turned up. Disgraceful. I need a refund in full and response from you

I have just realised none of my order was right, no cheese on any and I paid for extra cheese on all three

The sandwich’s were good, but even through it was in the menu, there was no avocado, that is my only complaint, but still, as good as subway always has been, delicious.
