Lovely food , delivered on time .

the order didn't have the cookie ordered, the restaurant replaced it with cheesy doritos. marinara footlong, was cold, and squashed with other items . this time packing of the items were careless. disappointed after paying a hefty £19

Delivered earlier than expected and food was spot on! Can’t fault the staff for preparation, portion, ensuring all items ready for collection and accounted for, the packaging and then delivery. All round great service 🤩

Footlong completely wrong, salad and sauce both wrong. Nacho chicken bites weren’t delivered with order and cookie was wrong aswell.

2 hour wait and nothing arrived. Now saying it was delivered 90 mins ago which is wasn’t

Third time now, items have been missing from an order. Partially JustEat's fault, partially SubWay's fault - not happy with either of them. I would recommend not giving the Delivery Code until you have checked all items are present.

Food was cold on arrival and was missing one sub. Phone number for contacting the store is an incorrect number so only way to rectify and get correct food is to either order again and incur a further delivery charge or travel to the store personally

Popped in after not visiting for a while & was greeted by a really nice staff member who explained the new touch screen but we ended up just placing our order at the counter. He was really helpful, especially as my old mum isn't a regular customer, so wasn't sure about what to get. He was patient & kind. I never got his name, but he had dark hair & clean shaven & was on about 2pm on Tuesday 20th August. The restaurant was clean & tidy & our food was lovely.

Ordered for collection and got back to the house to find 3 items missing. The only reason I have not given a 1 star for collection is because the lady who handed me my order was very polite. Once again another order that has went wrong from a just eat collection or delivery

This place was fantastic but not now,not the staff fault but the failure of the company,stupid order machines absalutley hopeless,a 2 minute order turned into 15 munutes just to get the order correct,AVOID any subway with these they don't work.Also the meatball marinara has changed,WHY.

Been going here for years and really disappointed today that my sandwich I bought and brought home included corn which was off! Taste was disgusting and went through the whole sandwich! There's nothing worse than binning over priced food! Best check how you're keeping your ingredients as I may have taken this else where! Shame as the young staff and female owner are lovely!

The new waffle fries were very hard and can't even chew them. the veggie delight and the slices could have been toasted a little bit more. Excellent packaging, presentation and delivery on time by a friendly polite delivery man. Thanks

Staff really helpful, in with my elderly Dad and the Gentleman that worked there, I think his name was George (but I'm not sure) was really patient and helpful with the new video screen ordering process, made the visit as stress free as possible well done that man and keep up the good work, a credit to the company.

Ordered 2 packets of crisps as part of the order, only one packet was delivered. Tried to phone the restaurant, phone was answered and could hear everything going on in the background but no one was talking on the phone

last order I had no sub delivered with the sub melt meal. This time no cheese on my doritos "cheese" nachos. it's getting a bit ridiculous now

I ordered a chicken breast sub with peppers and red onion with sweetcorn and olives and lite mayonnaise, the chicken breast I could could with my fingers and the peppers was non existent, I can tell the person making my sandwich was being stingy with the mayonnaise and I was given the wrong bread! What if I was allergic to that bread which was given to me??? I’m absolutely displeased with my order! It’s Better to go in store to see how the sandwich is made then trusting them to do it with no eye

Food is done well, staff are lovely and friendly. Store has a modern but comfortable look to it.

I've ordered plenty of times and this was the worst subway I have ever received first of all it didn't taste or look like there was double cheese which I paid extra for further to this 2 out of the 6 meatballs I had were hard I struggled to bite into it it is clear that the meatballs were put in the microwave with not enough sauce and cremated beyond belief frankly I won't be ordering from this subway again

Ordered a tuna sub melt and the cheese was not melted and bread hardly toasted! Sub was drenched in sauce and i even called the restaurant to say please not to much sauce. Waste of money and won’t be ordering from here again!

I am missing over half my order and would like it either sent out again or refunded

Hello I was in your establishment Yesterday roughly at 3.40pm being served by the two girl's on shift whom were taking it in turn to serve, one doing fillings the other doing salad. The girl with blonde hair was serving my 10 year old son and I was observing, he was politely using his manners through out when asking for salad he would like on his roll, however once she asked him "any sauce" he relied "no thank you" and started to get a little shy, the next thing she stared at him and said "no thanks" her tone was not nice at all and instantly made my son uncomfortable as well as me, if you check the cctv you will be able to see his behaviour change, I just looked at her confused as to why she was taking on my child to what appeared to remind him of his manners and why she felt the need to do that when he had already replied "no, thank you?". I have been a loyal customer for year's and don't expect for my child to be somewhat disciplined by a staff member, that is myself and his father's role to do that certainly not a shop assistant and certainly not when he had used his manners. I found it interesting listening to the man behind me being served whom was not using any manners, yet the same girl never corrected him? In my opinion I felt she was showing off somewhat in front of the other girl serving, when in fact she should remember that we are paying customer's, keeping her in a job and do not require her input or rudeness. I would like to add that I have noticed a big difference when the younger staff members are on shift on their own without supervision from a more senior staff member, they appear unbothered with customer's and the conversations they have together are somewhat questionable.

A little concerned that hot roll was placed in same bag as cold rolls, resulting in 3 warm rolls when delivered! Also, next time place bottles of juice at bottom of bag so as not to squash rolls. Other than that, rolls were fine.

Subs were absolutely saturated in sauce. Far too much & ruined the fresh salad filling I had asked for. Not appetising at all & dripping everywhere. Not happy about this at all.

Best food I've had from subway in a long time

Squished flat baguette, not hot

Food was freezing and the crinkles were stale and not nice so they was wasted and went in bin

No hash brown so sent Gatorade instead! No mayo with wedges. Couple of onions, no double cheese on the sub and Everything was cold. Extremely disappointed with the delivery and took driver almost half hr to get here!

I had an issue with an online order, paid online and was given a time to collect. When I arrived my order was not ready and the staff struggled to find my order on the system. My sub was not made the way I had asked, they seem to have a training issue or prepare food differently from other Subway's. I contacted the owner who was very responsive and explained the situation. On my next visit to the store I met the owner who was pleasant and rectified the previous issue. The store has a nice atmosphere and appears to be extremely clean.

Drink was missing but everything else was fine, couldn't report missing drink due to the options meaning a full refund for the order

For once leaving a positive review for Dumbarton Subway. Normally really stingy with toppings but I'd asked for extras and I got them and ticked on my receipt. Quick delivery too. Now just the ridiculous price for a sandwich to sort and they're golden 👍

A couple of days ago I visited subway, as I was driving home I bit into my sandwich and found not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 ginger hairs in my sub!!!!!! As I got home I realised there was mould on my melted cheese so obviously I was sick🤮along with this the customer service was very poor. I have tried contacting the manager, however, no response!!!!!! DISGUSTING will never be back to subway

The sub was not halved, the nachos were cold and without jalapeños, not much cheese and salsa either. Garlic cheesy slice not garlic, just melted cheese on bread.

A Perfect Sub! The bread was fresh and so were the salad. Excellent friendly staff which made my stop here worthwhile.
