Subway in Dundee City

One of the most polite workers i've ever met. Kind, understanding and thoughtful.

I visited the branch again today, and it was great! The staff was very accommodating and accommodated all my requests. The food tastes good anyway, especially the cookies ;)

Recommended :D EDIT 05.11.24: Both today and two days before the waitresses were subtly unfriendly. 2 out of 3 people. Totally annoyed facial expressions, derogatory tone. Not to mention the uncoordinated work, so that toasted subs are just lying around, but new orders are still being taken instead of getting them ready first. I understand that it's stressful at times. All good. But you still have to remain professional and nice in a job like this, in my opinion. Apart from that, you don't even have time to scan the app. No, it is assumed that payment is by card, you get an annoyed roll of your eyes when you politely ask if you can scan the app. Unfortunately I really have to go down from the first impression of 5 stars to just 2. I really don't think it's cool. Know better locations. EDIT 04/02/25: I was back yesterday after a long time. And what can I say? The service was even worse, I really have to take a star down, same with the food. There were three customers in front of me. Two behind me. Of course a little stressful. But that doesn't justify the fact that, as mentioned above, you are treated unfriendly, especially at the checkout. And at Subway there is a regulated process, just as how many cucumber slices should be put on the sub. Then WHY do you do it differently? It brings nothing but confusion. Why should I pay straight away when my sub is in the oven and let the customers get their sub in front of me? Then why should you squeeze through, pay, squeeze back again or, better yet, say what you want on the side? Most of the time everything is assumed. Why not just: “What’s allowed on it?” No. All I get is a “With everything?” and the handle already goes to the salad. I personally don't think it's good. And then you get rudely jostled at the checkout, no time to scan the app, 20€ order points lost. Even when you asked, you were ignored, the EC reader was slammed down and that was it. The quality of the food has also somehow decreased? Comparing how much salad is made on two identical subs, for example, is very interesting. With only 4 ingredients, very little salad. The other one has everything, lettuce galore. How come? There are regulations about how much should be added so that everyone is equal, or have I missed something? I would rather go to other locations, but unfortunately this location is the closest to work...

0 stars if I have my way. According to the opening times, the door opens at 9 a.m., closed at 9:30 a.m. and no one opens it. Very annoying when you take a special exit from the highway and take a 10 km detour 😡

Simply perfect food, the best subway in Göttingen by far.

The food is good but expensive. Additionally, the employee added water to our bill that we did not order in the first place.

Used to be a good subway. However, over the last few months there has been less and less deposits, and now coupons that are shown as redeemable in the app are first displayed at the checkout and then removed again. The amount simply jumped from 10.99 euros to 5.49 and after the employee typed something on his screen, back to 10.99. If a branch decides not to participate in promotions like these, they should at least ensure that the app does not show the branch as participating in the promotion. Just a rip-off because you can't unsubscribe from the sub. Would recommend everyone to just go somewhere else instead of this branch. Edit: Coupons are now being accepted. I'm glad that the feedback was taken into account and this was changed.

I always order the same thing and therefore have the same expectations, regardless of location. But if the staff is super unfriendly and the sub has maybe half the toppings from other branches, you definitely won't come back. When I asked why so few vegetables were put on the table, even when I asked for a little more, all I got was a disinterested "that's just the way it is". Three employees on site, one less friendly than the other. No hello, no goodbye, just a “what’s up”.

Be careful, order everything first, then pay... Ingredients are not always available. There was no hint from the staff, as a customer you have to see that the ingredient is not there... what a service :-( In any case, I paid the price of the new sub and actually ended up getting a Classic sub. Good daily average if it happens like that more often than not... But kindly the next customer received an incorrectly ordered sub that was left behind... False ones seem to happen more often...

I liked the old sub of the day more than the new stuff. And the fact that you could refill cups earlier was much better. However, it is still good but unfortunately only 4 stars and no longer 5. Maybe you can change back to the previous conditions.

Früher war Subway eines meines Lieblingsessen, jetzt schmeckt es leider nach nichts und die Portionen sind kleiner bei höheren Preisen. Das Personal in dieser Filiale ist aber nett, dafür ein Stern extra.

Lecker wie immer, super freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter - vor allem großes Lob an den Kollegen Franc!

Ich bin oftmals hier und habe bis heute keine schlechte Bedienung gesehen. Immer offen und man wird gegrüßt. Es werden sogar einfach Subs empfohlen. Die btw sehr sehr gut schmecken, die wissen was sie tuen. Es wurde sogar renoviert, jetzt passt das Ambiente auch zum Personal. Vielen Dank und immer wieder gerne!

Sehr beliebt und dauert dementsprechend länger bei viel Kundschaft. Aber es lohnt sich.
