Premier Inn Dundee West hotel in Dundee City

Absolutely amazing hotel friendly staff always on had to help stay here quite often always blown away with the service.

Excellent stay at the Premier Inn, in early January, 2025. Premier Inns are generally Premier Inns, but this one had a nice touch. It was clean, as most are, but had a nice feel about it. Staff were also brilliant, doing everything they could to help. (We requested extra pillows, and they were brought to our room in minutes) We were also warmly greeted both on arrival, and on leaving the hotel. The little things, make a big difference. I've gave the location 4 Stars, only as it's a little bit out from the city centre. As it happened, we used the Beefeater twice, which is right at the hotel, and it was also very handy for the Ice Hockey, (and bar, McD's etc) just 5 mins up the road. Would definitely recommend a stay here 👍🏼

Lovely staff and very nice rooms

Very handy to get to when travelling north. Rooms are warm and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond.

Room NOT clean, very noisy, Also got the meal deal at the restaurant and was horrible

Very comfortable, quiet and spotlessly clean, but beyond all the staff were brilliant at a very difficult time after a hospital discharge, arranged interconnecting rooms, helped with everything we needed. Great breakfasts also. Many thanks to the staff, Jada and her team were fab.

Great location just off the Kingsway, plenty of parking good food , recently refurbished , plenty of places in waling distance .

This is the second time I have stayed here and this time in a premier plus room. The hotel has had a refurb and is really nice. Room was excellent and very clean. Will be back next year when up seeing family.

Great stay! Not long had a refurbishment so very clean rooms are very modern. Only grip would be early check in fee at £10

Again a nice Premier inn, clean rooms, really compfy bed, quiet enough and still with good access to major roads.

This is my first time here and all i can say is am shocked for the room and price there is so many things wrong with the room the bed feels damp the bath had no bath mat in the bath for my partner that has disabilitys no slip mat either and the amount of bugs i have found dead on the floors and bits of popcorn and 2 live crawling on my towel and one on my top i feel sad and dissapointed the railings in shower were dirty and the bed quilt has a old blood stain on it aswell as yellow stains on towel and called the morning befre arrival to ask if could have a fridge for my partners insulin to be told cant do anything for u and then to top that of i asked for a manager as im appauled at such litte help friendlyness or service i then was told there isnt a manager to spk to today i so eventually was told u can use staff fridge which still didnt happend when arrived also have no fone in the room incase u need to call reception and when u go no one is at reception ...still at point wasnt offerd the fridge staff room for the injections and no email adress like when u book some where else so no way of getting throught to them ....bath with no step or slip mat to get out of bath after shower ....partner struggled and hurt his ankle im so shocked and will be reporting this in the morning how they can expect so much money for so little is shocking the location is terrible had food in the restaraunt it was nice but well over priced there was and is still a dead fly on my window squashed which was there when i arrived unfair is putting it politley i would like if someone sees this to get in touch with me i did pass reception earlier after dinner on the note and on day of leabing but no one was there while i went for some milk :( and today reporting it still no one at reception and again waiting on them calling how disgusting to be treated like this and the hygene is shockin in the room i had i really hope someone can wb to me thanks u

Not the best experience we had with Premier Inn very disappointed with it didn’t get room made up receptionist didn’t ask us if we wanted it done fast smell floor to the restaurant or sticky and so the tables definitely wouldn’t stay there again

CAN YOU TELL PEOPLE WHAT TIME THE BUFFET BREAKFAST STARTS AND ENDS PLEASE AS I AN FIND NO INFO ON THIS

Had a grate experience, great service, knowledgeable staff and fun to talk to.

Best and quietest ever, very clean and well maintained. Loads of free parking and WiFi.

I stay here regularly, although the rooms are a little dated but they are spotless. The service at reception is outstanding! Nothing is a problem. Food is standard premier inn , so no complaints. Again the service in the restaurant is excellent!

Great Staff. The location wasn't great, the building is old and in need of renovation, there's a damp smell in the hallway and the room itself which put me off straight away, there's no lift for people carrying luggage and prams etc for kids, fell below my expectations against better Premier Inn branches that ihave stayed in.

Great night's sleep, clean spacious room. Very welcoming front desk staff. Love the Premier Inn brand, always consistently good & have never disappointed. Would happily recommend a stay at Dundee West hotel.

Good place to stay,staff very friendly and helpful..

Have tried to phone them repeatedly on various days and times to discuss a booking They simply do not answer it. Infuriating! Now it makes me question if the hotel will be as poorly run as their telephone answering

The room was basic but clean. In bath shower.

Gonna send some positive vibe to this place, one of the better premier inns for friendly staff. Happy days, Kenny is the Don on the reception. Gold bars all rooond. Nice one.

Service very slow we were over an hour from ordering to being served and food was not upto expectations for price paid

I have never found so many pubic hairs on a duvet cover and sheets at a Premier Inn. I stopped counting after 10......😬 Emailed the company with photos, but never got a reply tho??
