Absolutely rubbish timing, only one worker, queues going out the shop, ordered 20 minutes ago on kiosk but worker is serving the queue instead.

Subway one my favourites love me a steak and cheese. And wasn't disappointed

Not good service staff very bad too long time

Absolutely rubbish service there will be 2or even 3 people behind the counter but will still watch the queue build up and only 1person will be serving the customer and let 1person serve the customer. Really inefficient and frustrating.

My scores, review and comment in this case, in no way reflect upon the young man who was doing his best at trying to attempt at serving 6 people / orders, take the online orders and bookings and deal with the delivery drivers, all by himself. At approx 10pm on a Saturday, I do not understand how and why the management would only have 1 person working on shift. The poor guy serving, did so with a smile on his face at all times, whilst everyone including myself were looking at him waiting for our orders and all you could see was the orders building up on the monitor as "preparing" but nothing in the ready to "collect" section. Had to wait over 45 mins just for 8 boxes of Nachos and some Cheese Breads. All respect to the guy working there, but management should never have to leave the staff in such a position, hence my scores / ratings

1st time in visiting this shop, great service, will use again.

I came with my partner and even there was no queue in the counter (we were the only ones in there) we decided to use the self service kiosk. After we placed the order the machine glitched and didn't allowed us to check out. We started again twice and no luck. At that moment my partner left to go to the toiled so I stayed to try to sort it out. In that moment I asked the lady in the counter to help me with the machine. Say that despite she was just replenishing the veggies that were half full, there was nobody else. She looked at me and say shes one second but she just took the phone which started to ring. She stayed 10 min on the phone. I thought, that may be important and she may be alone. She wasn't, another colleage come for just a minute to the front and disapeared. During that time the machine cancelled the order (because I wasn't checking out), I decided to order directly to the counter. She hung up the phone and continued with the veggies, despite they were plentiful. (She looked at me a couple of times). After 5 minutes, I asked her "hi, escuse me, I am ready to order" she looked at me once more and told me "give me few minutes...". When my partner came back it passed 20 minutes and I was still un-attended. Then I told her with my partner there, "escuse me, don't bother, I am going somewhere else you are being very rude". She looked at me the last time, smiled and continued in her world.

The women and guy at the front counter are rude and have no respect they actually deal with us like We ant pay for are stuff I watch the guy made my sandwich and scratch his face the continue making my sandwich with I give to my dog and went and by a different food by a different place.

We came with family we came especially from M6 there is no good service we ordered but they didn’t have in stock which is unbelievable .

Needs more staff!!! Very sad on the only 1 person dealing with all orders.

This is a good subway especially in Finsbury Park, because it is not very busy so if you're in the hotel (for example) and you want something to eat if you go to the subway then you'll get your food quicker. I went by myself, because the wife is vegan and gluten free, but she wasn't keen on Subway this subway because last time {Finsbury Park}she had to ask the server to change his gloves. I went there at about 9:30p.m.

Came here as no queues thought I'd try the self service kiosks. Time and time again I see them serve the single customer that walks in and leave my order in the preparing queue. Simply not acceptable. Don't have those kiosks if it's going to be longer to be served then if I went up to the counter

They added a seating area plus self service ordering touch screens.

Where do I start with this place? Absolutely awful service from the staff, they served my food after 30mins of waiting, they looked at me numerous times as if I was standing there enjoying the view. Had to ask three or four times just to get my food. There is always this woman with an angry face. they always speak in their own language as well which I personally feel is poor service and makes the atmosphere awkward. Also the tables are always dirty and some of them are even broken as well. Poor, poor and poor.

The lady who was serving always looks angry. And no English between the staff . Also very bad service. Really needed to get this sorted. Night staff especially Indian Ladies.

Not going to knock off subway this one, but this Indian born worker had a such a bad attitude I’ve had to leave from their and go to next nearest subway which was in city, No offense to Indians who are born here because they are different and they speak like humans These Indian Pakistani student visa couples have such a bad attitude and think they some Bollywood or lollywood actors.

Customer service is zero,no please no thank you even she taking order with rude attitude,they really need to improve customer service,drink machine was not working and I been told they going to change drink because it’s runout and after 10 minutes I been told oh machine is not working properly you need to pay more for bottle of drink which I don’t mind but when you taking the order and taking the bill you need to make sure your machine is working or not,my food was cold because of all this wait, really disappointed with customer service.

The only halal subway near me so it's the best tbh and food is always up to standards and always tasty so can't complain. A lot of good choices on the menu also.

There was an issue with the order but it was resolved straight away. Many thanks.

I like Subway when I am on a controlled diet, and it is best for dinner(my preference)

A well maintained store with friendly staff. Bought “big bombay” deal of the month sandwiches several times during the month of August and they were all yumm. Staff also tell us before ordering anything about the deals and offers they have. Will always recommend this place and definitely going back again

Extremely disgusting place with zero hygiene standards. Food was being prepared on board where flies have been crawling. Flies all over salad and meats. Very moody staff who have no customer service skills. Gave us diarrhoea. Do not come here.

Zero stars due to zero hygiene...Went here today for tuna subs, was waiting to be served but walked out because the woman serving behind the counter removed her gloves and coughed in to her hands then without re-gloving used her now coughed in hands to serve meat balls to the customer ahead of me she then used her coughed in hands to touch a new set of gloves all over and put them on then proceeded to use now cough contaminated gloves to reach in to grated cheese and put it on meat balls...the customer being served had no idea as was distracted at other section. Absolutely disgusting no sense of hygiene this all happened at 1.10pm 4.8.23 unhygienic woman with glasses and cap on. Won't be coming back.

Shortage of Statf, very long wait, Stay 30 minutes in a queue. Kindly Increase your staff at night. Minimum need two people of staff at night. Only One staff member can't manage the orders. Many customers return just because of long wait.

Terrible service 4 women behind the counter none of them seemed bothered, very rude to say the least. Asking me what you want not what you would like, then when coming to pay the lady shouted at me what you ordered felt like she was doing me a favour. I think the owner needs to send these Indian women on a customer service course. Won’t be coming here again.

I want to tell you that your staff members do not have the manners to speak at all. When I went over to your shop, I only ordered a sandwich. He said that it would take 25 minutes to get it ready. I asked him, why would it take so much time, then from now on he misbehaved with me. I want to tell you that if you cannot manage the restaurant then you should shut it down and go home.

Went here as I have done many times, everytime I go there is usually a queue which doesn't move quick (queue time around 10 mins) due to only one member of staff working. Food itself was lovely, nothing to fault however I must mention the lack of drinks they had which wasn't great however not a major issue. Atmosphere was great, not hard to find seating as most people take out as opposed to eat in.

It's 03.15am I've ordered uber eats spent £19 worth on food . I phoned in & asked the women who's working could you please provide me extra sauce which she refused unfortunately there's no option on the app to click extra sauce hence why I phoned in and asked. Was very rude and refused said I had to pay extra i then said it don't allow me any option to pay extra or click extra sauce. She then replied not my problem and I asked for her name and refused to give me. Very rude and arrogant staff. Not very happy . She also can't speak proper English which is highly unprofessional.

They do not accept any voucher even when they are down as a participating store...very rude service by the staff.. avoid this store!

Food itself was fine, Its subway. Its a sandwich…but thats the point, its only a sandwich. £8 for a footlong is extortionate in my opinion. The icing on the cake for this particular branch is simply the incredibly slow service…there was only 2 people infront of me, one halfway through making hes sub and the second only wanted a tea and coffee. The member of staff stood and watched the coffee after fumbling to find the correct option for quite sometime. Honestly, if you in a hurry and see maybe one person waiting…try somewhere else unless you have 20-25 mins to spare.

Disgusting service ! Ordered here and the night staff cut me off when I tried to call them to see whether order has been confirmed and then they cancelled my order! Staff need to be changed! Good place for instant food if you are hungry. It's HALAL, economically ££. Place is kind of services. Do have eat-in space. Parking is good enough. Something strange I feel last time, they didn't except Subway discount vouchers (keep in mind 😉)

Slow terrible service, staff dont care!!! 1 staff was serving. There was a queue of 6 people. 1 staff stood in the back cleaning, when she came to the tills to clean I asked her if she can serve. She said only one is serving she's doing something else. Rude! Ignorant! No manners! You never make a customer wait!

Awful experience, lots of workers sat at the tables not eating waiting to be picked up so couldn't get a seat. The staff were rude and our server Wales out the back without telling us where she was going, when she didn't return after 4 minutes we walked out

I waited 45minutes 11.30 19th november 1staff 7 people waiting my food was cold the worker is so tight with the toppings your machine totally gives me wrong change after ordering a footlong NEVER AGAIN.

Worst service possible. I only went in for 3 cookies. They served 2 other people before me. I told them that I have been waiting 10 mins and she replied there’s only 2 of us working here. I don’t think it takes 2 people to pack 3 cookies in a packet. A poor excuse for their poor communication and service I left without the cookies.

The slowest subway in the world...if you have an hour lunch...you will spend it standing in line at this subway it's ridiculous..I work 2 mins away and I always spend it in a queue...the joke is it only ever 4 people at most infront of me...there is always only one person serving while the other hide in the back...it takes 15-20 mins to serve each person 🙄 please don't ever order a footlong that's even more of a ridiculous wait...when someone does finally emerge from the back they all become confused...the fixing of her glasses and flicking her hair behind her is gross...I'm just shocked at the very very SLOW service....considering that it's inside a very popular petrol station I'm disappointed with the service given...I'd AVOID at all costs unless you have plenty of time to spare...

Nasty, nasty, nasty Ordered off deliveroo, spent £28 on food that was supposed to be hot! The chips were supposed to be crinkled cut and hot, they were soggy, cold and all mushed up. My sub was over filled, too much mayo going everywhere when trying to eat it and was freezing cold also. I ended up throwing it all away. £28 quid spent and still hungry!! Save your money and go elsewhere, this store is a shambles. I will not be ordering again from here ever again. For some "unknown reason" not letting me upload of pic of the disgraceful food they had the cheek to serve

This place never has enough staff on. Every time I go in, hoping for a better service, it’s the same. ONE member of staff, running around trying to do 20 things at once. Online orders, walk in orders. Whoever is managing this place should know so many people walk out because they don’t want to wait so long. They’re losing more money than it would cost to have on another person per shift. The management is definitely not qualified to run this Subway.

When early in the morning 05.55 the lady was working was very rude even you say to her good morning twice she did not answer at all I ask her who is your manager she dont answer she is so rude honest ask her what is her name she reply faizal is a name of a man stupid woman very very rude indeed no politeness at all that in west brom I dont know why she was so impolite with us mecand my brother was really upset the food was nice

These Indian women don’t have a clue what they are doing I asked for salads on my sub even pointed it out she put the wrong salad on wrong sauce this has happens to many times I’m contacting subway head quarters and there hygiene’s is disgusting learn to wash your hands and don’t touch your face whilst touching customers food also the Pakistani woman with a head scarf she re done my sub and it was spot on please stop employing these Indian women from Abroad there language barrier is poor and they are really awful at there job I’m fed up and the manager will read this and won’t do nothing about i but this time around I’m taking it all the way as I have video eveidence which won’t let me upload this

During the night i travelled a distance to go to this subway as i knew its 24 hours. Having reached there the staff member refused to serve us as he has been alone most of his shift. This was so disappointing as there was enough food present and his excuse of not serving customers did not make sense. The worst thing was he didn't even want to serve us a cookie so seemed like he was really upset with the management, such poor service and the staff member ability to speak enough was poor so i did not understand what so ever why he was refusing customers.

Only bread they have is cheese & herb! So no matter what your ordering that’s what your getting!!! Woman on phone couldn’t be bothered or interested either!

Good stuff. Nice clean subway but be warned it can get very very busy. It's just off the motorway between West Bromwich and handsworth. Subways is a good choice to be fair, the selection is quite extensive for just a sandwich. Fantastic vegan and vegetarian options now. Unfortunately it's always got to be a foot long! Bigger is always better!

Awful selection and awful quality of service. Asked for a breakfast and was presented with an awful Turkey burger. My friend had a normal sub and asked for a small amount of sauce and the server put so much on her had to tell her to stop. Ended up using a spoon to take some off.

18th feb 2022 6:30pm been there served by a girl, a girl wasnt looking happy on that job, she wasnt polite, no greeting no hello,l, rude girl.. she did not wrap food properly, when i opened my food at home it was everywhere. Subway owner should check before hiring someone at work..

recently I started liking Subways, this shop is really good and maintaining standard as a customer you expect.

This boy that wears a black shirt makes the best sandwiches. The girls are not good enough to even work there. The boy gives the best service and is soo polite. He needs a payrise.

Some freshy rude woman tried to sell me a ruined sub , only till a very polite younger girl made my sub the right way ….0/10 for the franchise, younger girl deserves a pay rise since she has to work with her.

Open 24 hours but not on delivery sites. Some people want a delivery, they don't want to come in store and stand in a queue for ages.

Flies in the fridge where meat is. I told the woman she killed it with her hand and left it smudged on glass. Then the second fridge had 3 flies in it. I stopped my order. Place is not hygienic. Also saw woman change bins then make someone's sandwich. Will raise complaint direct myself. What a shambles

This is one of the few Halal Subways around my area and the best thing is its opened 24/7. Its always busy which confirms customers are happy with the food and services.

Served by lovely gent food was great.

Very nice park, multiple sections of play areas including sand pit. And massive green areas. I've been here a couple of times and definitely recommend. Parking is very good at 40p an hour that is far better than pretty much everywhere else.

Went this morning for a subway, the girl serving us seemed very unprofessional, the communication was poor, getting dead answers, seemed like she was at a funeral rather then a place of work.. the bread was doughy and the way she was slapping my cheese on was absolute joke. Keep up the day job love.

Good place, helpful staff, service was quick despite the rush hour. One thing I want to mention is that there platter is non-customizable and you have to order 24 hrs before hand

It's okay sometimes the is a long queue to order. Also depends on who is serving you as sometimes you get decent portions of everything and sometimes you get portions like they are rationing it.

I ate from this store on the 30th December 2020 I had a tuna sub since then I have been so ill and not been able to eat or drink since it’s gave me the worse food poisoning ever and I still can’t eat or drink and having severe stomach pains I really would not recommend iv got in touch with the food hygiene standards and also subways customer service honestly i really wouldn’t bother
