Subway in Stratford-on-Avon

Sack the girls and the guy on tonights shift 11/8/24 19:30pm. Absolutely no urgency to serve a huge queue. 2 people had actually ordered before me and they got their food out of the oven and left it on the side ready for salad. The guy disappeared and the other girl disappeared. I could see her just pottering in the back. The girl who was on the checkout just stood there as if its not her job to do salad and the guys in front of me just watched their food go cold and they left the queue annoyed. No one bothered to come serve me and so I left. They cannot be bothered to be there so please sack them. Waste of space and not only bad for business but costing you money having to throw half made food away.

This Subway is situated in The Motorway Services near Warwick. The staff were efficient, the area very clean and my lunch was as expected. A much better choice than the usual burger on a motorway.

Pretty hungry by the time I landed here. No McD on site so tried the subway. Service was SLOW. One guy going not so fast. Bacon and egg roll was limp. Egg looked nothing like the ad (a soggy omelette). Hash browns also soggy. Not sure I will try again !!
