I didn't receive my powerade or the cookie.

First of all the small meatballs in what you call a bowl it's not a bowl it's a very small tub with four small meatballs and some sauce with a sprinkle of cheese definitely not worth £2.99 ) the meat ball marinara was very tasty enjoyed every bit of it thank you for that 😋😊

very nice and enjoyable and all the contents i asked for where in the sub this time nothing missing 😋😊

Nice subs apart from the sauce i picked xtra spicy chipolata never again too hot for me other than that everything was fine 🥵😁

my daughter was disappointed by the lack of ingredients in the BMT this seems to be happening a lot with the subs missing cheese in some cases.

delivery driver needs to go get some people skills he was very arrogant and cheeky.

Nice sandwiches the only problem is that my daughter asked for American cheese on her's and there was no cheese on it she was not happy.

looks like someone was in a hurry to wrap my sandwich when i opened wrapping the sandwich fell apart bread was twisted and broken not what i was expecting hope it doesn't happen again.

Our order was running late & we got a call from the delivery driver saying order was outside!! we never received it, THANK YOU!

6" sub supposed to come with cheese and sauce. Arrived with neither

my food wasn't delivered to my address then it was processed as deliverd. this happens all the time with just eat I'll be asking for my money back.

They Always forget items. Waste of money. Go to the other subway

Items so much more expensive than subway lomondgate and it’s only along the road,the salad items you add are literally terrible it’s like 4 little bits of sweetcorn on a foot long sub,definitely not worth it for what you pay

Very good service but a little cold maybe due to the weather, but happy overall.

1hr 40mins wait. Terrible. Food was nice

Unfortunately not a good experience at all. Gave us the wrong cookie and the complete wrong subway. Placed an order for 2 different subs, one gluten free with lots of veg and the other was normal bread with no veg and put the same ingredients on both so the second one couldn’t be eaten. Wrong cookie as well and the pigs in blankets were cold.

I would like a refund for my meal as I was given the wrong sandwich and not the right amount of cookies

salad items wrong on all 3 subs, wedges cold and hard, subs not toasted and no cheese

Sub was over cooked and hard and the wedges were brick hard

Bread seemed a bit stale as if it had been sitting out for a while other than that was OK

Specifically ordered an UNTOASTED sandwich, it was toasted. Ordered sweet onion sauce, got no sauce. Greater attention to detail gravely needed when reading orders from a receipt.

Wanted only certain salad on sub, left a note with order but came with salad I didn’t want unfortunately!

Driver side was nice and chatty

Closes at 19.30 or earlier. (when staff have had enough)

The Subway takeaway is located in the newly redone Jamestown petrol station. Very nice sandwiches on offer with friendly staff who are willing to custom create your sandwiches for you. Will call again!
