I visited today at 4:30pm. I ordered veggie delite and clearly told to lady that I don’t want “olives”. But then after she put olives. Moreover I also bought dark chocolate cookie, but it tasted like “not fresh”. I didn’t suggest this Rayners Lane subway to anyone.

I went there Sunday night at 8:40, 20 minutes before they closed. When I walked in to the shop that was unlocked and still had their open sign brightly shining, the server immediately said "we're closed" and when I said that the door said 9pm he said he had already packed everything away and there was absolutely nothing he could do. As someone who also works with food I understand the annoyance with customers coming in so close to closing but completely denying service during your hours of operation is so unprofessional and displays horrible customer service. I much prefer the branch at South Harrow than this one

I recently attempted to redeem a 50% discount offer on a footlong sub at this Subway outlet, as advertised on their app. However, upon arrival, the cashier, seemingly aware of the offer, denied its applicability, citing a nonsensical reason about pickup availability. Despite the QR code clearly visible in the app, indicating the offer should be valid, the cashier insisted on providing false excuses instead of honoring the deal. This experience was not only disappointing but also raised concerns about the honesty and transparency of the Subway brand.

I was really impressed with the man who was serving this evening. His name was Abhie and he was very helpful in fulfilling myself and my family's Subway order. There was a queue before me and a few online orders that were pending. But the man handled himself very well. He was patient and he also managed the expectations of the customers. He was good in fulfilling the orders very hygienically. By ensuring he was changing his gloves every half, a minute to ensure that there was no cross-contamination and that was very reassuring to witness as a Muslim woman who eats only halal. Spraking from an experienced management point of view, the only suggestion I would have is on Friday nights or busy evenings to perhaps have more than one member of staff fulfilling orders as the capacity was high for only one person to manage.

Yesterday I went to this store bought 2 sandwiches, service was good greeting was good but upon paying with the points which I earned by buying the subs , she refused to pay with points like she said owner(shri) has not allowed us to use points after requesting she took 1 sub with points , i would like to ask @subway that is this legal???? Very rude and terrible staff. The salad I asked him not to put, he placed them in and ehen asked to take it out then replied very rudely. Then, Asked to put the extra sauce so, he replied very rudely saying that "be clear, man". Also, no receipt was given, when asked, gave me a very weird look and gave it to me. Will not return to this outlet.

This is like any other Subway with layout. Staff using gloves and changing them in between rather than touching the hot pepper and then making my sandwich, I am scared of hot pepper so much prefer gloves to be changed if they have been touched for someone else. Staff were also polite to me and recommended me using my points to pay for my sub which I totally forgot about my balance. Sub was nice and fresh and exactly how I wanted it

Good decent place, always like the aroma of freshly baked bread. Sometimes, the tables are unclean, which the staff is quick to clean when you point out. Tiger Pig Sub is a new addition, however my personal favourite remains 9-grain multi seeded veggie delight with no lettuce. The shop has only two tables, the location is good for a quick grab-and-go to the station!

NEGATIVE 5* REVIEW.WORST SUBWAY.FRAUDSTERS. UNHYGIENIC STAY HUNGRY BUT DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY VISITING THIS PLACE. Please avoid this subway. No hygiene at all. Gloves are not changed. No sections to differentiate vegetarian and non vegetarian offering. Staff are big fraudsters. My son went to purchase today and was sold 2 cookies as offer, instead of 3. Drinks were over priced when calculating and didn't give receipt saying that the printer was out of order. A big shame to the SubWay. This branch is ruining all the goodwill Subway has earned for themselves.

Absolutley disgusting every single time. 100% of the time they are poorly made. Go the extra mile to Eastcote subway, 100% cleaner and nicer. Also store sign said it was open until 9:30, yet was closed at 9:20? Thanks for wasting my time. Go to Eastcote, it clean and the staff arent rude, a lot of the time the lady with blonde hair (the larger one) smokes cigarettes in front of the store just before making your sandwich.

I don't bother writing reviews but I feel this is necessary. Awful service. The man who worked there on 4th May at around 7:30 was very rude. No hello or any interaction what so ever. I made my order and that was it. I asked for ketchup with my hash browns and the man made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I asked for it in a tub . Hs refused and wanted to put it on top of the hash browns which were in a paper bag?!? I walked out without my ketchup and that's the last time I'll be in there. Also very overpriced. No wonder it's always quiet whenever I walk past...

I went here yesterday evening with my kid to get her a Sub. When I asked the staff to use fresh knife to cut the bread, she refused to do so and questioned me on why it was necessary. Should the customer delve into details for a request as simple as using a new knife.. Aren't the staff trained on health and hygiene? And even if the staff was super-confident of zero contamination, how difficult would it be to just get another knife and use it? There is zero regard for customer concern, and zero respect for the customer itself. Anyway, the lady refused to do so and I walked out. Other Subways have been co-operative in the past so I was surprised and dismayed. Not going here again.

We went here after spending the day in Harrow. I love Persian food so was excited to try, however we were left very disappointed. The food was tasteless and service was poor. If you want good Persian, go to Persian Palace or Alounak

I ordered these takeaway, the steaks were overcooked and very chewey, looking at other reviews this seems to be a common feedback. Hope management do take note and improves the quality of the steak and the cooking method.

Stay away from “Thai Green Chicken Curry” Stay away from UBER Eats. Don’t bother calling the restaurant if you are English. The lady on the other said if you didn’t like it, then don’t order it again and hung up. Our order tastes like boiled water with everything in it. UBER Eats with their splendid service say it’s a food quality issue so please call the restaurant.
