Disappointing !!! Pizza was alright, But the foremost thing was the staff who made my pizza was chewing pan-parag ( kind of chewing tobacco ) when he prepared my Pizza , which infact doesn’t meet the health and food preparation standards and extremely unhygienic and doesn’t meet the standards of Pizza hut , Which made me dubious whether even to eat the Pizza At all, If i getting my pizza delivered I wouldn’t even aware of these events going on in the store , Luckily I opted to collect my order which made me Realise how Pizzahut Rayners lane is being run.

Monak was very quick in taking my order, worked out the best deal and the pizza is absolutely A1! Back to how it used to be! 6/5

I ordered vegetable supreme pizza., and it was not cooked properly. Because of that I suffered from stomach pain problem. So I will not recommend your Pizza Hut to anyone. It was my worst experience with Pizza Hut(Rayners lane branch). Topps pizza and many other are better than you..

There was hardly any sauce or cheese on the pizza and it was cold. It wasn't great.

Food was cold, soggy and was in a messy condition. Awful experience

Pizza was 40minutes late, but they did call me 20mins after ordering to tell me it would be late. Mac and cheese was ok, but very plain like from a powder, not even commercial kitchen level which is what you would expect. Wings were disgusting, Pizza Hut wings were amazing when I was a kid but these tasted old, dry. Pizza was ok but extremely greasy at the bottom of the pizza and box, but not nearly enough cheese to be considered a New York slice. Henvi Patel's review made me laugh though, I'm assuming it was made in irony, because this is a simple counter based delivery branch, not a table in sight!

Today night we ordered a vegetarian pizza as we never eat even an egg because we are strictly vegetarian instead they had delivered a non vegetarian pizza it was so disappointed. The worst experience ever since we have landed in uk. The worst management ever. We came from work so tired so ordered a pizza and the moment we opened we felt so bad. Very wrong things are happening with customers.

I wouldn't recommend getting pizza here. It's overpriced, tastes bland and the starters are so small and look nothing like they're advertised on their website. Don't waste your money!

The driver delivered the damaged bottle of coke and he took it back. He didn't care to give so I could have taken a picture and send it to just eat. Very disappointing.

Not happy with the quality of the pizza. The pizza seems to be stale and chewy.

Pizza was not a large as described, deal was not at advised and chicken stripes were poor and undercooked has to be thrown away.

Lovely pizzas. Buy one and get second for an additional £2. Bought meat feast and vegetable sizzler for total of £23. Pizzas were delicious and get for 2 days. Staff were polite and efficient. Will be visitting again.

The food was awful; tasted stale, hardly any tomato sauce on the base of pizza, so everything was dry, but but had a sticky texture like all the ingredients had gone off. Not a branch that I would order from again unfortunately.

Please read the Edit section of this: "Used to order from here a long time ago, and after a few bad experiences I don't think I would ever again. Firstly they're awful at answering phones, with no phone etiquette at all. Secondly the pizza itself is AWFUL. I seriously mean that. The dough is frozen and you can tell because there's no crisp to it whatsoever, sauce is all dry and the cheese can either be very oily or very dry." EDIT: After 4 years of writing this review I thought I'd give it another go. To the point, little has changed. The timing of delivery is hit and miss, the dough is still frozen and you don't get that nice leavened taste to it. It tastes like when you reheat stale bread. I don't think the sauce is bad but the cheese is so greasy you'll be on the toilet for it. Furthermore you'd think 4 years on from writing my initial review they would at least give me a response which demonstrates their customer service has not improved at all. and finally, if you genuinely love pizza... The supermarket counter ones across Asda, Sainsbury's and Morrisons are nicer, for £5-6.

I normally love Pizza Hut and ordered the meal deal pepperoni with green chillie extra topping. The green chilies were pan fried and put on top of the pizza. This was the greasiest pizza I have ever had. Come on Pizza Hut - shape up or ship out! Will return to pizza express.

I had order 2 large pizza and surprise to get no dip in thay ad well all vegetables looking waste over and also when I call them the guy say I am working here from last 9 year so what’s there take it or bean it have no knowledge how to talk with customer rubbish customer service and west of money please do not order

Terrible customer service. Ordered food, was told to collect it at a set time. To arrive and be told it's not been cooked yet. Wait around for our food to be cooked, then be charged extra for a sauce. Very rude and unhelpful staff.

Pizza Hut Express often visiting this place at St Ann’s Shopping centre. With more choice at the mall this place is always a good vibe pizza & meal deals are reasonable..!!

Just called Pizza Hut Rayners Lane for office staff (over 15 people) the most unprofessional female lady answered the phone. She was not interested in taking any orders and just wanted me to do online as (i feel) she was being lazy and looked like she was being force to work. Message to the owner i think you need to change all your staff looking at your reviews 2.5 stars is very poor standard for a company like Pizza hut. I have just ordered similar pizza from dominos (across the road from this branch) straight forward . My order was over £70

The food came cold and they messed up with our order.

They messed up our order but quickly fixed it and showed compassion they gave us two free pizzas thank you to all the staff working there on 7/10/2022, I even gave one pizza to a homeless couple near by.

Awful experience and very disappointed as usually Pizza Hut has never disappointed me before. Both pepperoni pizzas I ordered on 28 March 2021 were literally moving inside a pool of oil. There was so much oil that the pizzas were totally soaked in it. Extremely low quality and no care was shown at all. I addressed this to the manager and he said he cannot see anything like that in his records and he didn’t do anything about it. I told him that I can send him my receipt of paying for it and a picture but he refused to deal with it. People order elsewhere because here is just a waste of money!!!! Please see my picture!

The potato wedges were almost raw, not cooked properly at all. Food was only warm on top but not on the inside, and tasted very bland, no flavour. Terrible.

Do not order from this place. There is always a drama when ordering from here, sometimes burnt, however often inferior ingredients are used. I ordered on Saturday a Veggie Sizzler. The ingredients used were inferior and the pizza base stale. It tasted weird.. The pizza was wasted as it tasted awful. This branch in Raynes Lane is despicable. Do not buy from here!

Tried to order online but it crashed. We went in and asked to order they took my order but won't allow me to use my 'slices' to get free food even though I couldn't order online despite wanting to. Also the attitude of the person taking was more towards rude.

Me and my partner had pizza and sides from here. We finished a long shift working at the hospital and thought let's get pizza. The next day we both ended up with food posining.We contacted head office and it was just a waste of time. They didn't even refund our money!!! So technically the idea of customers are always right means they don't care. We both had bad stomach ache and were unwell. Aviod this hut!!! Clearly people in head office don't do proper checks or they can't really inspect things accurately. Would not be going here again!!! You are better of using Domino's!!!

WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered beef sizzler classic crust no beef at all got all my order deep pan. Pizza Hut should train franchises to do their job properly instead wasting our money.

I would love this pizza hut a 0 Star. They were late delivering, then it said they had delivered when they hadn't i called to find out the lady was so rude not sure why she is working in customer service when she doesn't have the skills, she didn't apologise just hung up the phone is that how you treat a customer paying your wage and you bills and expenses! The pizza where undercooked very sacey and made me feel ill the next day (food poisoning) I will never be wasting my money here again! better to go Domino's and Papa johns or any other pizza place. Don't waste your money here.

Unbelievably bad customer service. There was dry garlic powder all over my pizza which I showed the rider befor he left. Spoke to a person in pizza hut from the riders phone... He refused to rectify the issue... He said because I didn't make a note to say no garlic it was my fault. I went through the entire process of making the order again just to prove that THE PIZZA DID NOT STATE IT WAS GOING TO HAVE GARLIC, NOR WAS THERE AN OPTION TO SAY NO GARLIC... The guy kept saying there must be an option so there was nothing he could do. WHY WOULD THERE BE AN OPTION TO TAKE IT OFF OF IT'S NO SUPPOSED TO BE ON THERE??? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE??? He then told me to contact customer service so I asked for their number.. He said go on Google. Last time I order from here kmt

Don't order from here, this branch is not serious, they WILL send you a burnt pizza and get your order wrong, don't waste your time and money. I received a burnt inedible pizza. This branch will waste your money, don't recommend at all. Grose.

Then they told us to drive to the store and collect ourselves and refused to let us speak to someone senior and were rude to us when they made a huge error.. The pizza was not base was under cooked and had a massive stomach ack! After a long day doing building work which we only do few times a year so are body’s are not used to it, thought let’s just Order Pizza Hut as not had for a few years. we had a bad experience a few years ago but thought the they must have improved but they have not. Both times the pizza has come from the Rayners Lane branch.

I had the pleasure of being served by JASON from the RAYNERS LANE Branch this evening. The speedy yet safe delivery my pizza was impressive, and his customer service was absolutely excellent. His presentation was impeccable, and his manner was polite, pleasant and friendly whilst remaining completely professional throughout the delivery. His attention to detail alone should easily make him your employee of the month. Excellent prompt professional and friendly customer service from JASON at the Rayners Lane Pizza Hut branch. He deserves a promotion or certainly a pay rise. The pleasure was all ours. Thanks again JASON. Ultimately it was a real pleasure to be served by him and I feel that the management team at this branch, that I have been visiting since 2005 could learn so much about customer service from JASON. I look forward to my next pizza home delivery from Pizza Hut and from JASON.

Very bad experience with this Pizza place. Driver told me to F off because I did not want to come downstairs and collect the pizza. I've got a child at home and I am afraid I can't leave her without supervision. Tried to call the Hut again, asked for the refund and it seems Manger sent the driver again to deliver my pizza. Driver downstairs said I have put some extras in your pizza and you can have it... what a shameful experience...Stay Away from this Hut!!

I seem to find Pizza Hut have ridiculously good value for pizza then other chains... had some family over, ordered a dozen or so pizzas and they had a fantastic 50% off when you spend £40 voucher going on. Great value, great quality absolute lifesaver if you need to feed a group👍

I usually go to the pizza hut in picidily circus and their is never any complain. But this store in Rayners Lane, tarnishes the franchise brand by undelivering what you would expect. Pizza barely has much cheese or toppings, and I've made big orders. Order from other pizza huts.

Sorry! The Rayners Lane Hut has just closed. No money was taken. This was the message that popped up just after entering my card details to complete my order. Not what you expect to see at ten to six on a Sunday evening! After reading these reviews perhaps I've had a lucky escape!! And guess what the money was taken from my account the next day. Will now have to wait up to four weeks to get it back, ridiculous.

I ordered the pizza to be delivered at 7.I called up at 7:10 pm . The lady who answered struggled to find my order at the Rayners Lane branch and then she said that the driver is coming by car and would have been stuck in the traffic. It then arrived at 7:30 pm. I checked Google maps and found that in spite of the traffic ,it should not have taken more than 10 mins. Clearly, if I have asked the order to be delivered at 7 ,the driver should have left much before 7 so that it can be delivered in time. It spoilt the whole ambience as the young kids were eagerly awaiting pizza. Very very poor service.

Have ordered from them regularly for over ten years. No problems. I do tend to order at non peak times and the pizzas turn up as scheduled.

Appalling customer service- delivery was one hour later than advised. They offered a discount on next order but then dishonored it. Delivery man appeared amused at the inconvenience
