Subway in South Ayrshire

Food was all cold and hard no salsa on nachos very very dry very poor compared to usual and as a regular customer I have to say I'm disappointed.

staff read instructions and put right ingredients 10/10

First class service , food good n arrived hot .

i never actually received my order. waited over an hour with the app saying the delivery time was between 3:10pm and 3:30pm. checked at 4:50pm to the app saying my order had been delivered, nothing has been delivered.

I order every week from the same place 3 weeks in a row something missing or wrong thing sent. Todays Sandwichs were just threw together things missing lots of lettuce pity I didn ask for any.

sub is perfect but ordered peach tea and got fruit oasis

The sandwiches were fine, but mine was supposed to have jalapeno cheese bread, and it was impossible to tell it apart from a normal sub. I am also annoyed the delivery driver refused to look me in the eyes while handing me something.

Ordered at 11 didn’t get delivered till 1.40 stone cold and bread was stale and rock hard

Every item in my order was made wrong or the wrong item, was not toasted either and order was submitted 30 minutes before closing

1hr 45 min delivery time when it was advertised as 15mins, the waffle fries were so cold they have gone rock solid and are inedible. No sauces with my fries, the nachos are freezing and have barely any toppings. sub is cold

Disappointed no cheese on Philly steak sub,sent hash browns instead of waffle fries,no churro sent , disappointed for the money I spent missing items n wrong items sent definitely wouldn't recommend and won't order again.

Chilliheatwave nachos, delivered stone cold and hardly any cheese or salsa on both of them. Disgusting. No effort put in to the order at all

Received the wrong drink wrong cookie and never received my crisps. I also put the just eat order to get delivered to 17 Berelands Avenue but the map set it to 17 Berelands Road so the delivery driver was at the wrong house and was about 10 minutes late. Would like to be issued a refund ASAP

We were in today and the staff were really cheeky to a delivery driver, the guy had been in the shop before we got in, we had waited about 15 mins when the guy asked about his delivery and the staff were cheeky, telling him to cancel it and saying you just drive you cant do our job, guy was trying to explain himself, and when he left they were slagging him off i front of everyone

Awful preparation of sandwiches, all completely wrong toppings.

Came on to find out where my meal is and states it’s been delivered. But not to my address.

It wasn’t the best. Had things missing from my order like my cookie and also forgot to add the BBQ sauce, crispy onions & caramelised red onions in my Philly Steak Sub. So overall not good. Probably not order from here again.

Never got what I ordered and food is inedible and burnt

Never ever get what I order correct. Ordered pigs in blankets got gave cold stale chips. And the roll was cremated that bad it was inedible. Worst place to get food in Ayr

every single piece of food was burnt in the order. burnt sandwiches, burnt nachos, burnt cookies?!

The original ordered subway was unavailable, received a call to inform us of this. Updated our choices. Food delivered in time, but items missing, wrong bread and over toasted.

No sauces sent that I had ordered, veggie breakfast wrap only had hash browns in it no egg as described

Normally this restaurant is on point with it's orders, but this time I did not receive a footlong which I ordered.

Ordered 3 meal deals and only received the cookie crisps and juice for 2 of them. So basically paid nearly £10 for just a 6inch sub.

Ordered a bmt cheese was missing and was falling apart as hadn’t been wrapped properly. Also got nachos which were flung together and stuck to the paper so couldn’t eat them

Always clean,always busy. The food is great all prepared fresh on the premises,and the cookies are amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful very pleasant. Good atmosphere,they always have a laugh and a smile for us when we go in. Definitely recommend this particular Subway shop.😁👍👍

Their food is very good. Service is good too. Small downside is you have to wait longer than estimated. But not a big issue. Thank you.

Let me preface this by stating that I understand this review will negatively affect the restaurant, but I feel the need to point out this order took over two hours from the order time to arrive. This is not the fault of the restaurant. It is the fault of Just eat. Get your house in order, Just eat.

Salad box poor . No tomatoes and meat portion small despite ordering double portion . Pricey for a salad

I ordered 4 meal deals each was supposed to include a sandwich, drink, Crisps and a cookie. I ordered 1 of the sandwiches toasted but they toasted all of them. they also missed 1 cookie, drink and 1 packet of Crisps. not really good enough when I've paid for it.

bread was stale couldn't even eat it 14 pound for a waste of food

on-point food prep and delivery, thanx 2 both parties. (driver may have forgot 2 pick up their tip however and didn't want 2 insist, so apologies).

No Coca Cola was delivered, I want to be reimbursed immediately.

Wrong food was delivered. Not the first time this has happened either. Complete waste of time. Called for amend it and let them know and I've to sort it out with just eat who are a joke! Never ever get a full refund either. Never using just eat again.

£16 for one foot long and it's not even right, asked for hearty italian and it's just normal, also paid extra for bacon and there's none on it, for the price being charged you'd at least expect to get what you asked for.

2x Bacon & Sausage, Footlong with Egg only 1 has egg and both dont have ketchup and one with not egg has all most no beacon. Very poor.

Worst customer servicing in this branch, just walked in to order my food, the first thing been asked was "are you Just eat driver? ", rather than saying HOW CAN I HELP or what can I get you, etc. Waited too long to be served, the salad which I asked to be on my sandwich was frozen ( hard iced) , staffs are not welcomed for serving, If you are not happy with your job, simply change it.

Didn’t get salsa with nachos most sausages came with no bacon on my pigs in blankets got given the wrong cookies

Asked for the food to be toasted, and even put in the notes for it to be extra toasted and it wasn’t toasted at all.

Very well made and very well presented, our subs were all particularly specific and bespoke and we give a 10/10. This is our Subway of choice now.

Pizza sub was missing by everything else was good

No drink, several sides missing wrong side sent also, footlong sandwich burnt to a crisp, wedges that did come were undercooked and stone cold

Staff cannot read orders, most of the time I receive the wrong juice and crisps, I also order a separate 2 cookies along with the one from my meal deal, however i usually only receive one which is ridiculous

3 occasions the delivery time changed and still it was late!! My toasted bread was soggy. It broke up with food falling out of it!! I've ordered from Subway a few times and have always been more than happy, but sadly, on this occasion, I was very disappointed

Gave me the wrong drink and wrong sub

They gave me gatorade instead of robisons still juice not pleased as I don't drink gatorade rubbish.

Nachos was cold salas and cheese not melted in and the cheese crisps were hard because back must have been left of and chicken wedges were frozen first time ordering and will be the last totally waste of money

The salad was super generous, the salted wedges n dip were delicious and the subs were packed. Will definitely order from these guys again.
