Subway in South Ayrshire

ordered 2 x ft long meatball marinara subs with italian hearty bread and double cheese got some other bread and zero cheese just awful and disappointed

they put less and less on the subs every time plus they always forget half the order

No problem with the driver as it was a fast deliver but the footlong sandwich had the complete wrong sauce on it that isn’t vegan when my order was a vegan friendly one

The wrong crisps and the wrong drink!

Forgot my bottle of juice which has happened multiple times by now

Phoned me to tell me they had no meatballs said they would cancel my order and I proceeded to order something else. Never got a call back and ended up getting 2 deliveries leaving me out of £30 and the boy at the subway said my only option was to come in on Friday with all the food still in tact (3 days) and get my refund. Absolutely joke was cheeky on the phone aswell saying he needed to get back to his job and he was wasting time trying to rectify it. Absolutel joke

Food was a bit cold and was given completely wrong item (ordered caramel latte got a small bottle of orange juice)

This is probs the 3rd time I’ve ordered collection and the orders been wrong. Don’t ask me why I’ve continued to go despite the order being wrong everytime. Staff are lovely, give them the benefit of the doubt but the last 3 times I’ve been the orders been wrong. I ordered a BMT with extra Salami and crispy onions, they have given me pepperoni and meat with crispy onions, NO salad that comes with the bmt and no sauce. Bit are a joke

you gave me the wrong cookie you gave me a chocolate cookie instead of a double chocolate cookie. it it's fine I still had it just saying need be careful and give me the right cookie next time

Might be the worst subway in existence, every time I go in store it is always chaotic, some of the staff are rude and the service is extremely slow, especially if you pre order on the app. Whenever I order online there is always something wrong with the order i receive, I have never once received what I ordered, whether it be a missing item (drink, cookie, crisps) or the complete wrong sub (I received tomato instead of peppers and no cheese once, and mayo when I ordered no sauce another time). Always a bad service here. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, ORDER FROM THE AYR CENTRAL STORE.

Ridiculously disorganised, ordered online and got notification it was ready to collect so turned up at the store and they hadn't even started the order !, then had to wait 30 mins whilst they prepared our order which they got wrong, quite hard to be this bad

Received my order unfortunately none of it was what I ordered!!

They forgot our drinks and crisps and our cookies so we had to go to the shop and collect them after waiting 40 minutes

Love the vegan options but I ordered 3X 3QTY vegan chocolate cookies and only received 1X 3QTY of the cookies. I understand it’s an easy mistake to make!

Worse sandwich I've ever had from subway no care in preparation just flung in the bread and wrapped up waste of time and money !

i never actually received my order. waited over an hour with the app saying the delivery time was between 3:10pm and 3:30pm. checked at 4:50pm to the app saying my order had been delivered, nothing has been delivered.

I order every week from the same place 3 weeks in a row something missing or wrong thing sent. Todays Sandwichs were just threw together things missing lots of lettuce pity I didn ask for any.

sub is perfect but ordered peach tea and got fruit oasis

The sandwiches were fine, but mine was supposed to have jalapeno cheese bread, and it was impossible to tell it apart from a normal sub. I am also annoyed the delivery driver refused to look me in the eyes while handing me something.

Ordered at 11 didn’t get delivered till 1.40 stone cold and bread was stale and rock hard

Every item in my order was made wrong or the wrong item, was not toasted either and order was submitted 30 minutes before closing

1hr 45 min delivery time when it was advertised as 15mins, the waffle fries were so cold they have gone rock solid and are inedible. No sauces with my fries, the nachos are freezing and have barely any toppings. sub is cold

Chilliheatwave nachos, delivered stone cold and hardly any cheese or salsa on both of them. Disgusting. No effort put in to the order at all

Received the wrong drink wrong cookie and never received my crisps. I also put the just eat order to get delivered to 17 Berelands Avenue but the map set it to 17 Berelands Road so the delivery driver was at the wrong house and was about 10 minutes late. Would like to be issued a refund ASAP

We were in today and the staff were really cheeky to a delivery driver, the guy had been in the shop before we got in, we had waited about 15 mins when the guy asked about his delivery and the staff were cheeky, telling him to cancel it and saying you just drive you cant do our job, guy was trying to explain himself, and when he left they were slagging him off i front of everyone

Foot long sub was wrong, had cheese on it which my son can’t eat

Came on to find out where my meal is and states it’s been delivered. But not to my address.

It wasn’t the best. Had things missing from my order like my cookie and also forgot to add the BBQ sauce, crispy onions & caramelised red onions in my Philly Steak Sub. So overall not good. Probably not order from here again.

Never got what I ordered and food is inedible and burnt

Never ever get what I order correct. Ordered pigs in blankets got gave cold stale chips. And the roll was cremated that bad it was inedible. Worst place to get food in Ayr

The original ordered subway was unavailable, received a call to inform us of this. Updated our choices. Food delivered in time, but items missing, wrong bread and over toasted.

Always clean,always busy. The food is great all prepared fresh on the premises,and the cookies are amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful very pleasant. Good atmosphere,they always have a laugh and a smile for us when we go in. Definitely recommend this particular Subway shop.😁👍👍

Let me preface this by stating that I understand this review will negatively affect the restaurant, but I feel the need to point out this order took over two hours from the order time to arrive. This is not the fault of the restaurant. It is the fault of Just eat. Get your house in order, Just eat.

Salad box poor . No tomatoes and meat portion small despite ordering double portion . Pricey for a salad

I ordered 4 meal deals each was supposed to include a sandwich, drink, Crisps and a cookie. I ordered 1 of the sandwiches toasted but they toasted all of them. they also missed 1 cookie, drink and 1 packet of Crisps. not really good enough when I've paid for it.

bread was stale couldn't even eat it 14 pound for a waste of food

on-point food prep and delivery, thanx 2 both parties. (driver may have forgot 2 pick up their tip however and didn't want 2 insist, so apologies).

No Coca Cola was delivered, I want to be reimbursed immediately.
