Bombay cuisine in South Ayrshire

Horrible experience stuck in smoked out eye stinging tiny corridor for over half an hour. Curry was obviously defrosted, nan dry as the proverbial. Shocking.

Won't take a card payment, nearest cash machine is asda which is a 30 minute walk. Found your some of your team members quite cheeky when I asked why they couldn't take a card payment. Spent a small fortune at your cuisine over the last 10 years.

Frozen Onion Rings and Pakora bought straight out of Iceland £1 or less aisle….The saving Grace was the Bhoona and the Korma which were like they were from a different takeaway lol. This place has to stop selling the frozen starters and make their own as this really lets the place down.

I really liked their food. If a place can make a basic biryani sing with flavour, it's worth going to again.

Ordered a large Chicken Tikka Kebab with sauce and salad. Chicken was a bit dry and tasteless, sauce was a sweet and sour type?? and in the same container was the pathetically small amount of salad. Very poor

All food was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Twice I've ordered from here.. . First time they melted cheese over a munchy box which we didn't ask for. Asked them to change it and they said no.Tonight I asked for a large munchy box as I have family staying. It arrived late..... kebab didn't even fit 3 plates and the chicken pakora was like stripes. Only 4 of them. NOT worth the money

This place used to be good. Hadn’t been in a long time but wish I hadn’t tonight. Only got 1 sauce when I ordered 4. Hoagie had very little in it. Small portion of chips with cheese and poor amount of donner meat considering price is up to £8.50 now. Rip off. Won’t be coming back

Best food and service in the Town, by a miles. They cook dishes to your needs without any problems. The delivery guys are always on-time and very pleasant. I would recommend Bombay cuisine for all your food greats.

Half the order never come and the one that had come had very little chicken and the calazone come 30 min late and was full of cheese and 1 piece of doner meat so basicly I'm paying £10 for a cheese calazone and over £10 for Bengali korma and got 3 pieces if chicken the shop is a joke wouldnt order from just eat as after 24 hours your complaint is cancelled and nothing gets one so a waste of money

you don't get a lot considering the ridiculous price of the food and as usual the food was almost cold when it arrived. I ordered chips as part of the order, they were the worst chips I have ever had.

Delivery was late and had an item missing from our order but after contacting the restaurant the issue was resolved! Have to say, the food was delicious with no complaints regarding the quality.

I love going here when I’m passing in the truck if I can get stopped outside it, the mix doner wrap is the amazing, come with chips and a can of juice for £5.50 The staff are friendly and funny, definitely recommend this place as girvans No.1 takeaway

Ordered a doner kebab. Ate it and during the night woke up and vomited more than I ever have before. I've eaten 100s of doners in my life and never had this reaction. Do not order the doner meat. It is tainted. I won't be eating here again.

wedges are the only warm thing, pizza is cold donner meat n chips - cold absolute joke pay for warm food n get slapped with something straight out the freezer, absolute joke won’t be back

Ordered this meal and waited over 2.5 hours for delivery. Shocking time. If I hadn’t contacted the take away after 2 hours would it have ever came! Food quality was also poor, food was very cold and everything was soggy!

Had a cheeseburger meal here recently.burger was fine.chips were backhet.not edible at all.hope they take this on board and sort it.

The pizza is cold, not a bit of heat coming off it. The garlic breads bag was soaking along with it actually being freezing same with the wedgies. Worst pizza I’ve had in a long time

Delivery was 30 minutes early but it won’t let me choose that option above (keeps jumping to 5 minutes). No salad supplied but I couldn’t be bothered phoning as the rest of the kebab would’ve been cold by the subsequent delivery

Delivery times are shocking. Waited for over 90 mins.

Tastes fine, but not much chicken in their Chasni. Usually ok, but took three deliveries to get our full order. This is bad, particularly as it was an online order, so it’s there in black and white and not down to misunderstanding over the phone. Some people were finished their meal before others were started. Very poor.

I was given mayo sauce instead of what I ordered, I foned and asked for the correct chilli sauce, am still waiting

I regularly order from Bombay Cuisine, I've never been disappointed the food always arrives hot & always within the time scale & the staff & drivers are lovely, always friendly.

Food and order time was decent, however the delivery driver left the food on the step and didn't even wait for me to answer the door and just jumped back in the car. The least I'd expect is your delivery drivers to wait 25 seconds of their time for me to open the door.

Food was good but I ordered a kids chicken strip meal thinking I would get chips with it but I didn't wasn't happy about it as had to make my wee girl chips while my kebab got cold along with her chicken strips.

My goodness is the food gas, however the staff was rude and I am suspicious they may have done very cheeky things to my food.

Pizza was good they did mess up my order mind you wanted regular sauce on the base and they put BBQ on it

The food wasn’t good. The curry chips were covered in actual tomato curry (not the sauce kind) and the wrap was filled with some kind of mayonnaise mixture instead of just chicken and salad. Arrived super late too, disappointed.

Where to start… £6 for delivery and made me come to meet him after calling.. After charging £6 to deliver.. Driver was clueless had no tickets on the food and could not tell who meal was who..Tried to blame me for the food having no ticket on it .. Shambles off a place food was rotten aswell who gets carrot and sweet corn on a kebab.. Do not use if u want a good meal..

Ordered two kebabs and one cheesy chips. One kebab not quite as nice as usual but, still good, the other kebab was lovely and the chips had a huge amount of cheese at the bottom. Regular user as normally top notch.

The driver wanted us to walk a 10 minute walk to collect my order despite me giving him the code for the barrier then when it arrived the pizza was badly burned around the edges. Very disappointed.

Macaroni and chips... I didnt order cheese sauce and chips if it can even be called that, the pasta?? Was there any?? if so its baby food and chips, the macaroni was mush and tasted vile. Defeinetely avoid macaroni and chips. Decided to go for something different, gads.

Ordered a super mega kebab…..absolutely nothing mega about it. Very little meat within the kebab, not even enough to feed 2 people. Poor show Bombay Cuisine not to mention the vast price increase as of recent. How to lose a weekly customer 😡
