appalling service, 2 phonecalls to subway to be told its on its way and the items ordered were not available. Phonecall from driver saying doorbell not working - couldn't have knocked?! Subway now not answering the phone! Never again!!!

we waited over 1hr and 30mins to get our order and our food was cold

when i first went to order the food it said 20 minute wait. it didn’t arrive til one hour after the time i ordered. driver said sorry but disappointed

Food was great and delivery was fast.

Staff were lovely however delivery time was longer than expected and food items that should have been warm arrived cold apart from the cookies that appeared freshly cooked as they were warm and gooey.

we waited over an hour for our subway, pre ordered it for a certain time, when i called to ask where it was they said he left ages ago so food is probably not going to arrive, its now 2:15 and we ordered it for 1:15

My order was massive and all arrived packaged nicely and warm- delicious food and when I called the restaurant to ask them to change an item a little they were really friendly and happy to oblige. The delivery driver was also very friendly.

So clinically clean, ordered and bright that is has no real atmosphere. Menu is the same as any subway with the specials, and the subs are well presented and standard. Would prefer take out had napkins on offer. I'd assume this place will be good and consistent if it remains.

A complete shambles - and duly reported to Trading Standards! Two of us arrived at lunchtime on Monday 18/09/2023 to discover a pre-set menu. Not accustomed to this as past experience offered customer-friendly options according to tastes. Asked if any option existed to substitute an extra ingredient for Bacon in the Breakwich offering, was told 'No, because it comes off my stock' - my fellow diner requested a Tex Mex' only to be told there was no Chicken available. We walked out immediately - as would any other sensible diner from this abomination which brings down the tone of Lichfield South and should be removed - as will any further custom with Subway based upon this experience. Would ZERO STAR to the 'Nth Degree' if the facility existed here. By definition, the term 'Subway' indicates an underground passage - the sooner this corporate embarrassment finds such a place to disappear into, the better!

I ordered 30min for a collection when I arrived my food was not ready and I'm still waiting

Nachos were stale, I didn’t get extra cheese on my foot long and it was cold

They changed order time twice driver sat for over an hour waiting for order but the delivery driver was lovely friendly and polite but won't order from the restaurant again.

Everything was fine apart from the food was fairly tasteless this is not knocking the establishment it seams to be the same as other subway’s I have eaten from in recent times

A bit mixed but a person that employs a lot of people, in Emma they have superstar. Only two people on at lunch so seemed under staffed but Emma welcomed return customers took the order, made the bases as well as toasting all that required that and still did 70% of the rest of the sandwiches. Whilst her colleague was polite I’ve never seen someone so tight with the salad and all the people in front of me ask for a top up of certain things ( eg the person in front had a footlong on which she put 4 gherkins). They need to hope Emma likes being busy as without her today they would have had a lot of issues and unhappy customers.

I am disgusted at my experience today. I ordered food for business purposes and the food was over an hour late than the estimated time. We had to go to the restaurant to collect. When we went to collect the food they wouldn't let us until a driver was found. When we got the food it was cold, we had paid for delivery we didn't get the service of. I am just so disappointed and embarrassed.

I will never ever order from this Subway again!!! I ordered this as a special treat for my son who’s birthday it was ( his choice ) at 7pm on Saturday 10th December. According to the printed ticket on the order was ready at 7:13pm but when looking at the app my driver was waiting for this order for over 2 hours and it arrived at 9:20pm. The food was cold and congealed and I’m my opinion uneatable as it was over 2 hours old. My son was ever so upset and he ended up having just beans on toast because it was getting to late for home to eat at this time. I work in the catering industry as a catering manager so I know that this food should have been discarded after this amount of time. Yes I understand that England was playing in the World Cup but if the drivers wanted to watch it I suggest that they shouldn’t have been working last night.

Had a wonderful experience today, Clare was extremely helpful and her customer service skills made my trip one of the best subway experiences I've ever had, she was quick and very efficient, will definitely be coming back, store is well kept, lots of parking, I just can't express enough how amazing Clare made my experience, hats off to her

Ordered 9 grain multi seed got mormal white bread. Not what we asked for.

Wrong order, cold, inedible. Tried calling repeatedly within no response.

I requested my sandwich cold and it was toasted. The bread was rock hard and tasted burnt. I have covid and wanted something soft, this is unacceptable.

Words aren’t enough to tell of their service. Brunch was scrumptious . Staffs were helpful. Especially Mr. Rahul, He attend us and favoured well. Will visit again and again
