Excellent quality great tasting sandwich

My food never arrived yet it says delivered

Didn’t get the drink with meal deal

The fact a full foot long meal deal is missing

Food was cold also missing my drink

Left out a cookie and crisps, bottom was cut the entire way through so most of the food inside fell out

I didn’t get my order so unhappy

Small portion compared to ordering at shop (and didn’t get crispy onions which I requested. Also frugal with sauce on salad

No sauce in my sub! Dry and awful

I don't understand why the ratings are low. never had an issue with these guys. sandwiches are unreal! 🤤. kinda have an addiction to the garlic philly steak. please never stop doing this one..

Basically, I didn't like the fact that the lady who served me didn't put a plaster on her scratched arm( it wasn't simple scratch - raw pink ). When serving foods, any scratch or tiny cuts needs to be covered.

Gave me the rong sorce but still ate it

sandwich was missing all veg from footlongs, also missing one of the cookies and the dip. Really poor , I get they have busy periods but messing up that bad is not good at all

the driver just dumped my order just outside my door, maybe cos my dog was barking but I'd put her into the living room before opening the door. never saw the driver, no idea where he or she went as was no where near my property or path

We ordered 3 meals, missing a drink and side and one was the wrong drink. ordered cheese on two, no cheese. arrived cold even when asked for toasted. I've never been more disappointed.

Given the wrong fillings and sauce on my sandwich. Obviously making a sandwich is too hard of a task for some people

The staff are lovely here, they're not the ones at fault here, the delivery guy never delivered the food. please report that person if possible, it's unacceptable to steal people's food. it's gonna take 7 days to get a refund..Not cool!

Went to subway today got a meal deal for £3,99 told me I can only have lettuce tomato and chicken with the sandwich. got the sandwich it was that small I gave it to my son, it only had 3 small bits chicken, 2 bits of tomato and a peice of lettuce. I did not ask for sauce and they put some kind of sauce in it. Hardy anything in it definitely not worth the price. The same person who sold me it was little and young she was a bit cheeky and had an attitude problem. The young lady with the glasses was lovely who gave me the cookie.

Ordered hash browns on my salad, they were straight out the fridge freezing cold.

Bread stale literally rock solid and there was no cheese on any sandwich. Potato things were super soggy too. Gutted

Had to throw salad away as had an olive in and allergic to olives. Manager needs to have a word with team members and themselves and check orders throughly as potential lives could be at risk due to allergies

my food never even showed up, very disappointed with this and have complained twice and still have not received a refund for the food that I paid for and didn't have a chance to enjoy, I am still owed £21

The bread was hard like it had been left out

Updates were great, let down was the delivery time as ordered for 11.30am and arrived 12.02pm.

Food was inedible ! Bread so burned it was rock hard! Wedges not cooked! I’m so disappointed. I’ve been unwell since Boxing Day and haven’t been able to eat a meal. This was my 1st proper thing to eat since Christmas Day!! It’s gone in the bin and I’m £20 out of pocket!! Livid

Late coming and missing half the order

ALL SAUCES WERE MISSING & 2 MAIN ITEMS WERE MISSING. THE REST OF THE FOOD WAS TASTELESS. NEVER AGAIN

We often visit Subway in the Galleries and the staff are so friendly and helpful I have Coeliac and need to have gluten free food and am always reassured by the knowledge of staff about changing gloves etc Food is always lovely

All sandwiches were toasted when only asked for one to be toasted. Sauce was added to my daughter’s sandwich when asked for none. Also missing a drink

Over prices not enough money to order any food

Too busy dealing with orders from delivery firms, normal customers at the counter have to wait for ages , not the staffs fault , the system is wrong.

Kate who served me was totally amazing. Great customer service, polite, helpful and I hope she becomes a trainer for subway throughout the country.

Never buy from subway in the galleries . Ordered food from them today and it was discraceful 20 minutes late stone cold so soggy it broke up as you tried to pick it up over 40 pounds and half of it went on the bin never again,, but

We're here quite regularly, my husband liking the 6" Indian subways, I like the salad bowls as you choose what salad is made up with so don't get anything you don't want. Drinks there, one unfortunate thing they have no tables at the Galleries in Washington although you'll find alt places around precinct to sit for meal.

customer service is below avarage along with poor staff communication they seemed to be tention among staff at the time I was served made me feel uncomfortable

All sandwiches made fresh, pick your own

Flies all over the place, service not amazing... Had to tell the lady what salad I wanted 3times... Too busy chatting that they couldn't pass me a sandwich over the counter. Had to reach over while they chatted about who was 'looking after their bairns that night' the only saving grace was that they wrapped the sandwich up beautifully.

Some nice combination of sandwiches however they don't do decaffeinated coffee or tea and theres no excuse

Food is always mouthwatering fresh, especially the baked on site bread in a choice of flavours. Great choices of fillings at decent prices. For those on a diet, you can choose the salad bowl option and fill up on lovely crunchy salad. Coffee is lovely. Cafes are clean, bright and welcoming and staff friendly and helpful! Points add up quickly on loyalty cards too! Well done Subway.

Meatball subs are tremendous with a hangover and that's all I need to say really. I've don't try the rest of the menu as the chicken and other meats look like they were processed in a factory in the Baltic States.

Had salad bowl with salad and meat I wanted, staff wore hygiene equipment and seemed very clean. Food was fresh and tasted good

Went for a christmas cracker and was told they only had 2 ingredient for it butvi could have extra salad, no thank you

Would leave a 0 if I could. My husband ordered a steak wrap but was told they had no guacamole when they had already started making it. He asked if he could have extra cheese since they didn't have all the ingredients that are advertised and included in the cost and was told by whom I assume to be the manager in an aggressive manner NO WE DONT SUBSTUITE ITEMS!!!..... Well if you do not substitute items then you should have all the ingredients that you advertise in a sandwich/wrap. Safe to say we will NOT be going back to this subway. Just as a finish he did get extra cheese but was charged for it.......

Waited in que today and looked around and 2 of the staff were walking outside for a cigarette while there was still a big que. Time was 12.50 bloody disgrace. No the wonder people walk away.

Very limited seating and compared to the other subways not very generous with portions. Ok for a quick bite

Much better now meals are done as salads as well as sandwiches as there's too much bread in sandwiches for me. Thoroughly enjoyed last salad there, will go more in future.

£3 for a 6" sub and any drink, well worth it. Fast and friendly service. Would give them 5 stars but has limited seating due to its small size.

Standard small Subway with an average service time and staff were 'functional'. Could maybe help by giving service with a smile. I opted for beef and cheese with jalepenos. Looked OK and tasted OK. Not much cheese so tasted like steak sandwich. As my teacher used to tell me... Could do better
