every order from this place is absolutely beautiful been going here plus 10 hears now always fantastic, balti naga pizza is the best pizza I've ever had!, the peri peri chips are lovely spiced, chicken wrap my girlfriend loves and my son loves the cheeseburger with no salad, unreal food good priced and tasty asf

Menu doesn’t match the price they charge, told it was 10% on top after I questioned the price, very poor

Very friendly staff, soon as i rang up to adapt my order the guy on the other end of the phone was very polite and happy. When my order came it was exactly hiw i would expect it other than the pizza but iordered a donner wrap with salad and chips and a a cheese burger meal too. What i would say was wrong with the pizza is very greasy and too much cheese it was almost as if my little pepperoni pieces were dancing in the box lol. Overall i would say very satisfied, kebab wrap is honestly the best kebab wrap i’ve tasted in sunderland so keep on doing whatever you are doing. Cheese burger meal was tasty.

balti naga pizza with chicken tikla and spicy beef was absolutely beautiful one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life! really spicy definitely made the lips and tongue burn with the naga but was packed with flavour at the same time it was an amazing pizza, chicken strip meal was also really good juicy tender chicken and the kids meal was also really enjoyed by my son with chicken popcorn and fries 11/10 pfc keep up the good work, 10+year customer 🫶

I ordered a wings meal, everything was absolutely stone cold. Not exaggerating there was not one bit of heat in the chips or the chicken wings leaving everything really dry. Really disappointed it was awful

I've been ordering from PFC for 3 years now, the last 2 orders were horrible. Doner meat is very greasy and tasteless, fries are way too salty, peri peri sauce is overly hot, and delivery is late. I don't know what's happening with PFC, but I don't think I'll be ordering again.

Pay at the door because When the delivery driver goes to the wrong house then denies it and you call up and ask where's yours order your treated like scum trying to rip them off and you have already ordered from there several times before they refuse to refund your money and make you out to be a thief for £23 and tell you that they will send out your food after a long argument because the driver claims he gave the food to some random standing outside my door ( that never happened). I work on the theory of don't upset the people who cooks your food so it will go in the bin anyway

The new spicy bolognaise pizza is unreal

First time I called after 45 minutes delay the person told me I should’ve known better to place an order on Christmas. After two hours of waiting got the food and the most of it went into the trash. Everything except the chicken burger was too salty, to the point that it wasn’t eatable.

The food was excellent and the delivery driver was punctual. Overall a great meal and service.

Best fried chicken in Sunderland by far! Always hot, fresh and juicy. And the fillets in the burgers are massive 👍

The Bolognese Pizza was dry and salty. Pizza dough definitely weren't fresh. The fries had a taste like the fryers need cleaning and I asked for the delivery to be delivered for my daughter getting back and it arrived 30mins early. Food was cold by the time she came back... Really won't be ordering from here again

If I could I would give it zero stars, I will never ever spend my money here again. The cheek on the driver to say he has no change just to fraud an extra 50p of paying customers. In addition the burger didnt contain a hash brown as per menu, thats another fraudulent theft. The fries looked like its been cooked over night. Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost

My burger bread was burnt and I asked for cheese and got none. I asked for 7up and they gave me Pepsi which was warm not even cold. About more then an hour after I placed my order, I called to ask where my order was and the guy on the phone didn't even let me finish my sentence before saying "going now" and when the delivery guy came, he didn't have any change on him, his tactical fraudulence earned him extra money. The chips looked old and half were rock solid. Not ordering from here again.

Great takeaway, really affordable. The staff are really friendly and provide great quality fast food the chicken tikka wrap being my favourite but the pizzas are also exceptional. The place is clean and the kitchen looks hygienic and the prices are cheaper than Mcdonald's for a better meal

I ordered some food it took 1hr 30mins the food was cold, I called them and they replied just warm it up in the microwave, and the person didn’t even apologise 😡

Midweek order so wasn't expecting a long time for delivery. Food cold and spicy wings were inedible - spicy tother point of burning has zero flavour!

Delivery took a while today..was supposed to receive food around 8:20 - 8-40, but got order at 9:30.. same time got text saying foods on the way at 8:20.. food is good here but having to wait this long ain’t good..

Every time I order from pfc, they’re always missing out an item, ALWAYS. I would understand if it was a one off occasion but it’s an ongoing thing. Careless customer service.

Driver needs to learn some manners I let him in my flat building told him.twice the door was open and he completely ignored me you need to tell him when people live in high rise buildings when we press the door button it means to enter the building he was very rude
