balti naga pizza with chicken tikla and spicy beef was absolutely beautiful one of the best pizzas I've ever had in my life! really spicy definitely made the lips and tongue burn with the naga but was packed with flavour at the same time it was an amazing pizza, chicken strip meal was also really good juicy tender chicken and the kids meal was also really enjoyed by my son with chicken popcorn and fries 11/10 pfc keep up the good work, 10+year customer 🫶

I ordered a wings meal, everything was absolutely stone cold. Not exaggerating there was not one bit of heat in the chips or the chicken wings leaving everything really dry. Really disappointed it was awful

I've been ordering from PFC for 3 years now, the last 2 orders were horrible. Doner meat is very greasy and tasteless, fries are way too salty, peri peri sauce is overly hot, and delivery is late. I don't know what's happening with PFC, but I don't think I'll be ordering again.

Pay at the door because When the delivery driver goes to the wrong house then denies it and you call up and ask where's yours order your treated like scum trying to rip them off and you have already ordered from there several times before they refuse to refund your money and make you out to be a thief for £23 and tell you that they will send out your food after a long argument because the driver claims he gave the food to some random standing outside my door ( that never happened). I work on the theory of don't upset the people who cooks your food so it will go in the bin anyway

The new spicy bolognaise pizza is unreal

First time I called after 45 minutes delay the person told me I should’ve known better to place an order on Christmas. After two hours of waiting got the food and the most of it went into the trash. Everything except the chicken burger was too salty, to the point that it wasn’t eatable.

The food was excellent and the delivery driver was punctual. Overall a great meal and service.

the food hasn’t even arrived despite only being a kebab pizza tried ringing pfc they put the phone down on me also blocked me and 2 of my mates numbers after trying to get information on the whereabouts of the order

Best fried chicken in Sunderland by far! Always hot, fresh and juicy. And the fillets in the burgers are massive 👍

They never disappoint, we loved all the food. We ordered grilled wings, fried wings, fillet burgers and chips, food arrived hot and on time, we will definitely order again yummy.

Ordered Naga donner but gave regular donner and chips were over cooked.

The Bolognese Pizza was dry and salty. Pizza dough definitely weren't fresh. The fries had a taste like the fryers need cleaning and I asked for the delivery to be delivered for my daughter getting back and it arrived 30mins early. Food was cold by the time she came back... Really won't be ordering from here again

We order from here nearly once a week and honestly the food is amazing the spicy donner kebab is unreal thanks again 😋

I don't know what part of the chicken I got in my box but it was all bone, was really disappointed with it cos the foods normally nice in here, don't think I'll be coming back

If I could I would give it zero stars, I will never ever spend my money here again. The cheek on the driver to say he has no change just to fraud an extra 50p of paying customers. In addition the burger didnt contain a hash brown as per menu, thats another fraudulent theft. The fries looked like its been cooked over night. Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost

My burger bread was burnt and I asked for cheese and got none. I asked for 7up and they gave me Pepsi which was warm not even cold. About more then an hour after I placed my order, I called to ask where my order was and the guy on the phone didn't even let me finish my sentence before saying "going now" and when the delivery guy came, he didn't have any change on him, his tactical fraudulence earned him extra money. The chips looked old and half were rock solid. Not ordering from here again.

Fantastic service and food every time, our local go to takeaway!

Great takeaway, really affordable. The staff are really friendly and provide great quality fast food the chicken tikka wrap being my favourite but the pizzas are also exceptional. The place is clean and the kitchen looks hygienic and the prices are cheaper than Mcdonald's for a better meal

I ordered some food it took 1hr 30mins the food was cold, I called them and they replied just warm it up in the microwave, and the person didn’t even apologise 😡

Delivery took a while today..was supposed to receive food around 8:20 - 8-40, but got order at 9:30.. same time got text saying foods on the way at 8:20.. food is good here but having to wait this long ain’t good..

Driver needs to learn some manners I let him in my flat building told him.twice the door was open and he completely ignored me you need to tell him when people live in high rise buildings when we press the door button it means to enter the building he was very rude

Usually banging Ordered 2 wraps and both come absolutely dripping in garlic. Tasted like shi* . Glad I have a week off work

Food arrived late and was cold but the delivery driver said there was heavy traffic on the road. When ordering, the option for spicy or regular for the chicken we chose reg but the food come very very spicy so a lot of the food was left and thrown away as it was children eating it also. Chips were nice and the cheese burger too. Would of been better if hot

I think by far the best fried chicken in Sunderland after trying many fried chicken takeaways. We ordered fillet burgers, peri peri burgers, peri peri wings, fried wings and chips. All food was extremely tasty and delicious, we will order again soon.

The delivery driver has been outside for the past hour refusing to give me my food because I can't answer my phone... I'm just going to go get something else

Ordered from here upto 3 times a week for around 2 years..... online order through website is very unclear and ended spending £12 to put food in the bin, chef didn't not care about the website issues and was happy that I was not ordering again. Very upset after spending so much money so often.

PFC is definitely one of my favourite take-away's. It one of the best in Sunderland without a doubt, I've been having it since a kid and it has never disappointed me.
