Subway in North Lincolnshire

Received a bag of Doritos paid for the foot long Nachos very disappointed

Food was not as I expected but delivery was fast

Driver couldn’t find house, demanded that I walk to his car then asked for £5 for the trouble he had finding the house. Sandwich also a bit dry and hash browns were cold

Excellent will definitely be ordering again

Came in the other day and was served by Kaylie think her name was. She seemed very unfriendly, uninterested and fed up. Bad attitude towards a customer. Also gave me the wrong cookies after confirming with me which ones I wanted 🤣

Paid for extra but they wasn't a difference

We came here as a treat to take home after shopping. We was served quickly and by a lovely lady who interacted several times with my son. A tall lady with a bandanna on she's a credit to the store.

Went here yesterday for some dinner with family . Received the food which was nice but got charged more than we should have. Should have been £27 and we got charged .£32.30 not happy about it rung up and they said they would get back to me received no call back won’t be returning there

Never received it ordered it at about 3 o’clock says it has been delivered at 16:27 still waiting for it

Shop was empty when we arrived other than the staff of course but we did go before normal lunch hours. Meant for very quick service and the lady who served us was fantastic. She was very kind, just the right amount of chatty and seemed to be in jovial spirits. Really seemed to care about what we wanted as well. Would go out of my way to use this Subway vs the others in town based on this experience.

Not sure how good it is inside because the times I have tried to go after work they have been closed. Usually get there between 7-7.10 pm and they’re supposed to close at 8. Change your opening times if you’re not going to stick to them.

didn’t get the option to get it toasted which i would’ve preferred.

Order to my work, they wouldn’t leave it with the security so now I’m without my food, I want a refund asap.

Delivery driver was rude and impatient, if I hadn’t caught the bag when she went to chuck it on the floor it would have been ruined..

Foods always nice, and always served by cheerful and happy woman. Night and day difference in sandwich quality and customer service at the Subway (asda entrance) as opposed the the sandwich quality and customer service at the subway opposite morrisons. I would recommend going to the Asda one.

food was cold (not sure if this was the restaurant or delivery) the presentation of wrapping was wonderful however whatever employee prepared these does not know how to layer a sandwich way too over packed,ingredients not in a appealingly ratio, and overall the texture was way too dry

Ordered Italian bmt footlong with lettuce onion peppers and sweetcorn. They put olives on and when I pointed out I didn’t order them the lady picked them off and put them back in the dish. Cross contamination and not vegan/vegetarian friendly.

Meatballs and hash browns were stone cold, shame all in all as the service was actually decent.

Not arrived and we not get any messages what happened, we pay 22£ and didn’t get food and now we need awaiting till 14 days for refund 😡

Absolutely disgusted the price and how mcjn I go a little half a wrap hardly any filling the hash browns and chicken nacho bites are cold to!

Great sandwiches and great people! We take our working lunch here and appreciate the quality of the ingredients, speed of production but above all the smile and kindness of the girls. A special mention for Laura who pampers us with advice on sauce pairings :) delicious

My experience was very enjoyable the staff were lovely very happy and having a laugh with us before we went shopping at asda I hope my sandwich that I had will get put on the board it would be called Carl's biggest meatiest tastiest sandwich thanks to the staff

Abysmal customer service, supervisor/team leader telling off her young colleagues in front of customers, couldn’t even understand her she spoke so fast and in a weird patronising fake voice she only put on for the customers, she made 3 mistakes on my order. Must be miserable having to work with her :(

The 2 members of staff who were working were talkative, happy and informative. They tried to keep the safe as safe as possible and served every customer with a smile and a happy attitude, was a nice atmosphere to be around. However I did have to ask staff about track and trace.

Probably the best of the Subway shops in Scunthorpe, right in the entrance to the main Asda supermarket so you can't miss it.

While the store was clean the staff friendly unfortunately both me and my daughter have had bad stomachs since eating their I had chicken ceaser wrap however it tasted like tuna not chicken and my daughter had meatball marinara which also tasted contaminated with tuna

As I stood in the queue, I surveyed the counter, littered with bits of food and covered with sauce droppings. I presumed they were sauce droppings... I decided that a coffee would suffice at that point. I was wrong.. I didn't get a coffee. I got a cup of brown coloured hot water with sugar in it... I suppose they forgot to put beans in the machine... Fortunately, there's a Greg's opposite...

Fast food and drinks. Floor was not that clean, food debris under tables. Good value daily deals.
