The best pizza takeaway in the town

Always ordered from pizza hot the last 4/5 years. Since I tried Papas, I won’t touch anywhere else. The quality of the pizza is 10x better. Always quick on delivery, very friendly on the phone when I wish to pay by card instead of cash, never had any issue with that or the excuse of ‘the card machine doesn’t work’ Won’t touch anywhere else for a pizza, other than papas👌🏼

Great customer service. Burger box split open leaving it all over the floor and it was immediately replaced with an apology. Very much appreciated and food was spot on!

The menu options for kebab are limited (only marinated chicken pieces and donner). However, the food is really nice and the service quick

Pizzas were disappointing - soggy and not that crispy and the chips were a bit dry. The most annoying thing is the menu in the shop had no prices. It was overpriced for what it was. A shame considering it’s been good in the past.

Great service, with most respect when walking in to the second you leave, 100% would recommend compared to any other local pizza fast food place 🙌

Best pizza and chips for a long while forgot what hot NOT soggy chips taste like . Definately recommend.

Veggie pizzas are fantastic, crunchy veg and thinner, puffy bases compared to the competition and as a type 1 diabetic they don't Spike my blood glucose as badly either.

Poor pizza, aggressive delivery driver. Do not visit this place. Pizza Hot in Barton is miles better.

Order took over an hour to be delivered - Not too bad on a busy night. One pizza came squashed, the delivery driver tried to pass it off to us regardless. We refused it, they offered to get another and we would pay when it arrived. After opening the doner kebab, the salad and kebab had a few inches of water in the bottom, making the entire lot soggy. When we rang them back to discuss, the lady on the phone apologised, and agreed to a £5 discount on a £30 order - Pretty good. The driver, upon returning with a fixed pizza, tried to argue about the discount, claiming it "wasn't possible", and tried to refuse the discount on our doorstep, giving us all a horrendous attitude, completely undoing the work the lovely lady on the phone did to remedy the situation. Never ordering from here again after many years of orders. Such a shame.

What an attitude from the driver. Squashed pizza and salad half full of water. Complained to the shop. Then delivery driver gets arsey when he comes back. What a shame as we've used them for years.

Good quality takeaway, chips are yhe best here. The stuffed crust they use as well is amazing

This evening I ordered my first Papas pizza and it was fantastic. I ordered a pollo venzo and was really happy to see a perfectly cooked pizza with absolutely no grease at the bottom of the box at all, compared to an expensive dripping with grease pizza from Dominoes Papas trump's it by far. If all pizzas are like this I'll be back next week. Top work guys.

Pizza is probably one of the best locally, beautiful dough cooked well. Always piping hot when it arrives. Only criticism is the coleslaw is obviously low quality and not home made

Loved being able to order online, never had a problem with quality… until today! I use this company a couple of times a week and I have been given mouldy food tonight. So disappointed and will never order from them again!!

At 1 point this became the best takeaway in barton now it is the worst horrible greasy disgusting they need to be closed down

A year ago this was the best pizza in Barton. But now the prices keep increasing while the quality takes a dive. It's a shame

Sadly i shall not be using this pizza company again. I have been using them 30+ years, they shut down a long time and reopened but must be under different management, awful customer service, they never respond to ANY messages sent to them over their website message system. Today the pizza arrived cold, can of diet coke arrived in chip bag so the can was luke warm and chips cold. Well done. Don't bother with this pizza company now, they dont give a **** about you or your food, only money and how much they can make by messing everything up and downsizing, even separate bags it seems. I shall be using a different pizza place in barton now.... and that's from a very very long time customer. Just so you know how bad they are now.

We ordered pizza tonight and it was lovely the best we have had in ages We always forget about this takeaway and haven't used it. It was amazing and we will certainly be using it again😊

Went here last night as my usual one was rammed. I can see why we got in here easily. Donner meat was so thin and hardly any of it. Really disappointing and won’t be back ....

We used for the 1st time on Sunday, it certainly wont be the last. Food was excellent quality, hot and fresh. We did place a large order but it was completed within 10 minutes and the free garlic bread was thin and crispy...and yummy!! Thanks guys

Great choice on the menu and really friendly staff who go out their way to help.

The chips were fresh and I absolutely loved the fluffy garlic cheesy bread.

Really nice fresh tasting pizza. Me and my partner never get takeaways cos we’re always disappointed but thought we’d give papa’s ago last night and it was so worth it! Just tastes fresh and not disappointed with the food at all. We got two veggie supreme pizzas and chips - plenty of both and good value.

Don't be fooled by the other 5 star reviews . And the name Papas.Under new management and what used to be the best pizza in barton is now the worst. Sorry hopefully they do better with kebabs.
