what a joke can't believe I spent money on this cold and quality is shocking never will I order again

Told order was being delivered at 12.50 and then didn’t arrive until 1.10 - complete wrong order. The delivery driver wouldn’t even take the order back. Said it’s not his problem, he’s not from round here?! Not sure what that has to do with it!! So rude and honestly don’t understand how something so simple - can go so wrong. What’s the point in having a code??

This was a great place but is now an unpleasant experience. The USP was its warm friendly staff and ability to easily and quickly order exactly what you want and see it made fresh in front of you. The new compulsory touch screen ordering system destroys all of this good stuff, you don’t receive a human welcome, you cannot customise your food how you want it beyond some very limited pre programmed options and it takes much longer time from a customer perspective. I personally love self serve system in most cases, I do it in supermarkets and McDonald’s etc and it works well because you just want standard items so you can type it in quickly and easily. In Subway though self serve screen just doesn’t work due to the volume of individual customisations you have to manually type in. I very much doubt the minor staff time savings that can be achieved through this new approach compensate for the significant damage to the customer experience and hopefully management will realise this quickly and be smart enough to restore the previous customer centric approach.

New touch screen ordering system out in place. Waiting time has now at least doubled, you can’t see your sandwiches being made which is one of the perks of subway, (knowing it’s fresh), and can’t personalise the food the same. Also touch screens mean dirtying hands before eating, find it an unhygienic way of ordering, so much easier just asking for your sandwich. Parr bridge is normally quite clean and staff are friendly but not waiting 20 minutes again, will find another subway that’s close by.

Shocking sandwich no filling and two pieces of lettuce

The food that arrived was great, but the meatballs were missing and the contact number for the store on their website is incorrect, so there's no way to get in touch with them to rectify it.

Sent me the wrong nachos. And forgot the cookie

Food cold and barley had all the fillings. The delivery took ages and the time kept getting pushed back.

Sandwich and cookie tasted fresh, sandwich had everything I wanted on and was still warm from being toasted.

They completely messed up the order. How can you confuse chicken with tuna.

Cold on arrival. Asked for no bacon. Came with bacon but no cheese. No sauce with the hash browns that were chewy and cold.

Staff are OK, Hannah is nice and friendly. Food is standard subway which is fine. As with all these places the food delivery orders cause a lot of problems. Takes a long time to get served in person becuase staff are so busy doing online orders.

Shocking. Staff are lazy bone idle. Cold meatballs. I mean stone cold out of the fridge. It’s scruffy. I won’t be ordering from here again unless they get new staff.

Bread stale, not the best tasting

Absolutely abysmal service. The food was burnt and there wasn't enough to cover the subway.

Food didn’t even turn up. Suggest not to order from this subway.

Ordered wraps absolutely disgusted with what I got. So thin like there is nothing in them. I will not order from them again.

Missing items and the salad is an absolute disgrace a little bit of lettuce and meat disgusting can’t even ring them as it just cuts off I’m absolutely fumin been waiting ages for this

Food arrived freezing cold and unpleasant to eat. Driver rang to tell mr subway claimed I’d cancelled my order. Whilst they argued it out, my food sat going cold.

Not had a subway in quite a while. Very expensive and the bread was stale. Waste of money.

the new hunter's chicken is absolutely disgusting 1st of more red onions than anything the smallest piece of bacon and absolutely no bbq sauce. and the delivery driver needs to learn manners

Some items missing from the meal deal

The food was ordered at 12:10, it was expected at 12.20 -12.30pm. it arrived at 2.40pm! over 2 hours late. the food was cold!

2 hours to deliver three sandwiches is a complete joke. They are stone cold and the bread is hard. Will not be ordering from this Subway again and will be requesting a full refund. For sandwiches, Subway is not the cheapest on the market. Spending £25 for three sandwiches to arrive so late and in a state is not the service expected.

Didn’t put the right cookies in

was initially told del time between 1.25-1.45 received at 2.25 appreciate no drivers avail but food freezing cold.

Clean and tidy , spotless infact and friendly staff free parking , can't complain.

Easily the best Subway I've visited its super clean,the staff are the friendliest I've experienced also the food is spot on 🥪.

1st and last visit… what a rip off… Appreciate that prices vary but £9.59 for a foot long meal deal.. priced at £9.29 on menu, when challenged advised I’d got a large drink… didn’t ask for that at all 2/3 scoop of tuna rather than a full scoop, minimal salad added… Can’t say the sandwich artiste ( use than term loosely) was rude but definite language barrier. Guess it’s a franchise and the rent n rates are high at Parr Bridge, Starbucks is equally more expensive that some of its City centre branches. Sorry Subway but you’ve ripped me off and won’t get another penny. Greggs will no doubt do a roaring trade when people start to compare prices Food was ok, but nothing special

Went to this place when it first opened and was pleased with the service. After a few visits it was noticeable that they were skimping on produce such as cheeses and other items. I mentioned this to the staff and they were far from helpful. I have been to other subways and always get the same sandwich wit more cheese and toppings than this franchise does. What a shame and not a very good start to a new opening of a subway. Won’t be doing to this one again. Very poor.

Cold food and overall disgusting !

One of the more expensive franchises compared to the two closest stores to this one but the store is fresh and new , crumbs are not cleaned after previous customers and staff spend time on phones in the back but it’s a nice store just to expensive to be regular atherton and east Lancs road are both cheaper so long term this one may not last as it seems to function mostly on delivery orders rather than custom , this review is after 3 visits to this store
