De Niro's Pizza in Wigan

The timer says it was delivered on time but the wait was over an hour that's the only issue I had

Asked for all kebabs on Nan and they came on pitta, and was really hard. Phoned the shop and they wasn’t very polite and the matter wasn’t solved

Arrived very prompt. Very tasty and good size portion. Will definitely order again

Pizza’s fab, chicken nuggets fab, cheese fries needed more cheese, peri chicken very dry and tough, nan hard and stale. Donner meat dripping in grease, so much so grease all over other boxed items in bag. Will just order pizzas in future

The food was so shocking that we ring up and complained. I was met with nothing but attitude and even accused of lieing. This was the worst food and the worst service I have ever experienced. Avoid this place

we've used this placd befote and didn't have any problems but the last couple of time have been awful, the pizza was OKish but the wings wer absolutely burned and rock hard, won't be using them again, we gave them a 2nd chance and that's enough now. £18.60 for £11 of it to be inedible

Had to contact the Restaurant direct to find out an update on the order… Just eat failed to pass the order on to the Restaurant, food arrived fairly quickly after that however the quality was not the usual high standard we have received in the past due to it being rushed. Order placed at 7.11 pm with just eat and arrived 21.10!

I normally order from here, but picked up two out of my three last orders, as they are only 3 minutes away from my house, so no need to wait for delivery. The food is always really good an lately I fell I love with their garlic mushrooms. My son loves the lasagne. And my toddler loves the garlic bread that I get for free. Very consistent with their service and food, I always know what to expect and they follow especial instructions very well. Will continue ordering from here and recommend it

Absolutely the worst I’ve ever witnessed or experienced the staff worse rude orders food and never even received it !!!!!!!!!

The food was ok, this wasn't the issue I had and neither was ordering over the phone. The problem I had was the delivery. The waiting time was around the estimated time given to me but the delivery guy who dropped off my food ditched me when he owed me change. He told me that he was going to get some as he didn't have any, ran off down the road and never returned. Absolutely ridiculous

It was the first time I ordered from here. Will order again The bag fee is a bit too much, those bagas are less than 5p each elsewhere and there is no option. To order without it, so it's a bit expensive 70p for 1 bag

The best pizzas i have ordered in a long time deep pan plenty toppings and fresh ingredients.

Chips were like rubber and barely warm, and if that was a half pounder chicken burger special I'll eat my hat and that might taste better.

We've used De Niro's for pizza delivery for a long time and from ordering over the phone to the delivery all the staff are really pleasant and professional. The food is always good but tonight it was exceptional. The pizza base was done to perfection for our taste and we were really impressed with the amount of topping.

Absolutely shocking service, ordered food at 16.50 with an eta delivery of 18.25, called the restaurant at 19.00 only to be told that the food had been left on the doorstep. Obviously, it was freezing cold, and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. We had to take the food back and collect fresh. We have used this place a few times before, but after the way we were spoken to, we won't be ordering again.

Food was cold and late. Driver said he did 3 deliveries before our drop. Nice. Opened his boot pulling out bag after bag to find my delivery.

Based on the order I placed over the phone tonight (which I did because they never put red salt on my chips) once again no red salt when asked for extreme amounts, obviously this is nothing major but when the deliver driver turns up and says they have no change knowing fully how much the order is really gets my back up!! Not a bad little game to play for cheeky tips is it?? I'd say less he would have got the tip anyway as we always round the payment up, but when your basically being told 'oh I have no change' it doesn't give you much choice does it?? The food is usually always good from here but this has put me off ordering again

Food freshly made. Very tasty. Arrived hot and nicely wrapped. Delivery driver was polite and friendly. Altogether a good experience. I would recommend De Niro's .

Since when did toppings go underneath the cheese!!! Spoiled the whole taste of the pizza and not happy. Usually spot on from de niros but really bad today. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered a chicken kebab the nan bread crumbled and the chicken was that salty I couldn't eat it, I've ordered before and its hit and miss I got a flashback and remembered this has happened more than once unfortunately I won't be ordering again £13 in the bin.

I asked for a thin and crispy pizza it’s not rocket science …it uses less ingredients ect so more cost effective and healthier rather than a load of stodge late at night ..I hadn’t been on a night out I was on my home from work ..was hungry shop was empty so no one being rushed I asked twice ..it fell on def ears

Extremely disappointing food. Pizza base was anything but 'Thin and Crispy', more like doughy and floppy, the Tropicana had an odd smell, taste (meat gone off?) and contained garlic which wasn't mentioned on the menu. Breaded mushroom were a joke, £3.99 for 6 mushrooms and a soggy salad. :-(

Kebab was drowned in chilli sauce.

The wrap was crispy on the edge, the pepperoni pizza was burnt as was the onion rings the chicken fillets were nice

Wouldn’t normally leave a review but when it says the order was due to be delivered an hour and a half ago and yet it still hasn’t turned up…this time i think i will. Ha, it just updated to say it was delivered at 12.35. Needless to say, It WASN’T.

First time Not for me. Ordered breaded garlic mushrooms which came covered in salad and mayonnaise The kebab was so soggy you couldn't lift the pitta from the paper it came on. Most of the food was cold but perhaps that's down to the distance Had worse but definitely had better.

We do like it here but the chips were a little well done and the burger was greasy and onion rings as well

The food was good and hot, no complaints. It just took a long time to arrive. I ordered at 17:50 and was given a delivery time of 19:10 to 19:25. This seemed a long time but was further delayed by another 15 minutes.

Won't be using again. Delivered food over an hour late which was soggy and cold. Ok sure, the delays were down to road closures in the area but even I could check on google maps and see a detour of 25 minutes instead of the usual 15. Instead, my food was left sat around for over an hour and De Niros thought it ok to deliver food which had 'matured' in their kitchen and tasted like soggy underpants. I was polite to the woman on the phone who kept me updated with the delays, but after an hour, I would have expected a new batch of food to be cooked fresh, not have the same re-heated food sent out. No point complaining to the restaurant because they'll just direct you to Just Eat. Poor show this time De Niros. I've ordered from you plenty in the past, never again.

Decent food will be ordering again.
