Unlike some of the reviews, I think this is a 5 star establishment with amazing staff and great service. I like my coffee clean, personally, so I don't mind waiting for the cleaning to be done. The new Submelt series is top notch they did inform me of that customisation could not be made and the sandwich was moist and slid in easy. Thank you, Subway, you're great!

They said they can't make coffee they clean machine I went there 5.00 They closed in 8 o'clock. They can't make coffee. LoL

Went out of the way to get this subway and they were really rude and unhelpful, didn't allow me to have salad in my sandwich which they should have advised me when I ordered, and I was left with a really dry sandwich. The guy that served me clearly didn't care in the slightest. Incredibly disappointing with the price of the sandwiches.

Last time I came to eat at the place it was very hot and delicious, but yesterday I ordered 3 sets of breakfast, 1 set of hash brown, 1 set of bite cheese, when I received my Oder , I was really disappointed, all the food was cold, not hot. I'm so annoyed

Served by Marius, lovely service as per usual, even though it was only a few minutes after opening :) All the staff are lovely though and I enjoy every time I visit!

Called in to grab a sandwich for my dinner. Not a lot of selection. Asked if they had chicken tikka - was told yes but it was dry. I asked did they have any in sauce and was told in a grumpy way that there were loads of sauces that could be added. Got my sandwich and when i got back to work and opened it the bread was stale and there was very little filling. I paid £3.99 for this. Not impressed - won't go again.

Came in to order two sandwiches for myself and girlfriends sister and had amazing service from a man named Rob. He was so kind and caring and talked to me about my university and my future. This man deserves a raise making everyone feel so welcome. Definitely coming again if this man serves again!!!
