Subway in Bath and North East Somerset

Disgusting behaviour from staff, I am a young adult myself and was picking up my nephew from school and treating him to lunch, granted I understand I look young for my age and my nephew is very tall. I was made to feel very incomfortable by staff in particular one staff member named Mimi. She was very abrupt and actually walked straight to the till after making our order and made another customer move away from the till so she could make me pay, I think she thought I would steal but I don’t understand how I would or why. I had already decided I wanted to upgrade my meal but ask she had tried to rush me into pay she didn’t even ask me or give me the chance to ask for the upgrade in the end another member of staff had to serve us at the till. I will not be made to feel as though I am something I am not. And after all of that, the extras I had ordered were rock hard and charcoal like, completely inedible.

I have never had anything bad to say about this subway until my interaction with this one member of staff in particular that I’ve never seen in there before. Ordered 2 6 inches and asked for both of them to be meals and she decided to only ring up the subs and the crips when I specifically asked for it to be a meal. When I asked her if she rang it up as meals (because she didn’t give me the cups for the drink) she then spoke to me in a really rude matter. I repeated myself and told her I asked for them to be meals and she said I could buy two drinks for and pay extra for them for HER mistake, with no apology whatsoever for her mistake

I’ve just left this outlet with my seven year old. Generally the food is great here but the service has been taking a nose dive of late unfortunately. I’ve had a few ropey experiences, especially with the younger staff… true or not, I’m now often made to feel like they’ve taken a dislike to me, oddly. In itself, this is of almost no concern to me… it is just very irritating, when all I’m trying to do is buy my son a sandwich after school! I know I haven’t had to shoulder the responsibility of making sandwiches today, only work fifteen feet up a ladder, sanding down and restoring Victorian sash windows, but I am still tired too! For reasons too nuanced for a second class citizen like me to easily discern, the young man who served me was more furious with me than my “furious” chicken sandwich, even nearly snapping when I failed to immediately tell him what variety of bread I wanted with this spicy but rewarding filling! He then proceeded to throw our food together like there was nowhere he wanted to be or anyone he wanted to serve LESS than me! Well look, I can only thank you for taking pity on my son and I and selling us some sandwiches, young man… it’s not like the money we paid for them is paying your wages is it… if you’re finding sandwich making tough then the least I can do is offer you a busman’s holiday, whereby you come and work for me for a week… maybe then you won’t take your job or paying customers for granted again…

The anticipated wait time was originally a little disappointing however the requested asap delivery was fully met and the order arrived extremely quick…the order was correct…perfectly packaged and quality was spot on…excellent service from start to finish many thanks!

(Chicken salad) The salad appeared and tasted like it had been frozen. Lettuce was brown and sloppy in places. Not good quality. Didn't eat majority of it.

Just came in for a churro to try them and it was boiling hot and dripping in cinnamon sugar.

OK but average pizza - last few times I've ordered the ordered was cancelled seemingly without reason (20 minutes or so after ordering) which is a shame because when they have delivered it has been really quick!

I asked for delivery asap, The app delivery time said 60-75 mins. It arrived in 15mins. I didn't mind it being earlier.

Always good quality - why I keep ordering! The cold drink in the bag tends to cool the food.

Delicious as usual but wish you could carry the cold drink separately it cools items such as crinkle cuts in the bag! But still a great meal!

Food turned up cold, was missing salad parts that i’d asked for the nachos were just awful they were soggy and all stuck together with cheese that tasted gone off. The pigs in blankets were ridiculous they were pale missing bacon on 2 of them and the sauce was tasteless

i am very unsatisfied with the delivery it was late by 30 minutes, however the driver pulled up outside at 3:00 and as we were about to go and get the order the driver had driven off. Once he had driven off the order said it had been delivered when it hadn’t, 30 minutes later it then got delivered.

Turned up when it said the order was ready but had to sit and wait for an extra 15 minutes. Then when I got home to eat my sub it had everything wrong in, I ordered lettuce cucumber pickles and red and green peppers but got lettuce tomato and olives. Worst subway I have had, very disappointed.

i received my order before the booking time i had ordered 2 ham rolls with salad but there was no double cheese on either roll as this is the first time i had placed an order i was charged £2.58 for double cheese i never received i was bitterly disappointed with the order not happy !!

The only bad thing I can say is, they forgot sauces for our hash browns 😅 but besides that everything was good. Food came early, everything was warm, packaged securely, boxes were labelled, big Bombay sandwich and chicken wrap were really nice.

Was served on Sunday at 6:40 pm the employee there was kind and helpful and suggested me sauces that'll go well with my vegetable sub and he was polite

My favourite emergency lunch spot! Working in the area and if i can't get home for some food i stop at Subway and enjoy some tasty sandwiches! Great staff, clean and cosy with very convenient parking at the back. What more can you want !👌😌
