Served by jade tasty food and good value for money service was top tier

My favourite emergency lunch spot! Working in the area and if i can't get home for some food i stop at Subway and enjoy some tasty sandwiches! Great staff, clean and cosy with very convenient parking at the back. What more can you want !👌😌

Visited Radstock’s subway recently and witnessed a member of staff being rather confrontational with some customers. I couldn’t hear much but definitely heard this member of staff say that they can shut the shop whenever they wish to, just wanted to confirm if this is the case as this seems rather misleading to the public as they have their opening times stated on the door?

Always arrive after work about 8:15pm but this time found it was shut early.

Food is easy but good. Just low score for slow service

gate keeper cockblocked me of my scared and traditional 8:15pm sub and when i got there they were closed, not happy, sack them

Shocked, appalled and flabbergasted… Those are three words that come to mind after my rude visit to radstocks subway. Arrived at 8:10 expecting the welcoming arms of the subway and its workers only to not make it past their impenetrable doors and have their gate keeper rudely stare us away from the store, their sign says 8:30 and by 8:10 they were already turning subway lovers away, very unhappy.

Turned up at 8:10expecting the store to be open but the ginger lady that works there had closed the store 20 minutes early and was in there telling us that it was closed when it was on the door that the 3rd of January it closed 8:30 1 star isn’t low enough for the service I received.

Turned up at 3/01/2023 opening times stated it shut at 8:30pm and we arrived at 8:15 and they were already shut and cleaning the shop floor. Absolutely fuming this is disgusting. A ginger girl gave us dirty looks and swore at us. 1 star absolutely vile

Was served by a young chap called Liam, I think this was his name this evening in Radstock and I just wanted to say what a lovely man he was and after so many disappointments with the portion sizes and personal service, he really has changed my mind around. Will definitely be back and thank you Liam you are an asset to the shop. 😊

Big group of us passing on a cycle ride had the Sub Breakfast today and the staff Rae and Jake were fantastic. All vegetarian and so many variations needed, they were brilliant and nothing was hard for them. Made us welcome and looked after us. Well done Rae and Jake.

Staff here are brilliant. Always change their gloves when I ask for meat free options (without having to ask them to). Always a good choice and it's always clean and tidy. Also good Covid19 measures in place.

I had a chicken and bacon melt .bacon was a few pieces of streaky fat and the cheese had no taste. Coffee ok. For nearly £8 I think mcdonalds next time.

Food is good but pricey. Whole time to queue and sit down over ten minutes with about five customers.

Great local subway. Nice and clean, fairly fast service and had everything available. The staff were friendly. There is a seating area inside and a small outdoor area (although it's sandwiched between the car park and a main road) We went at lunchtime and it was not too busy with plenty of places to sit. There is also a toilet available should you need it. If you're choosing between this subway or the one in Midsomer Norton - this is the much better choice.
