First time ordering was lovely will definitely order again

Was meant to receive my order at 6:30pm called the restaurant at 7:30, order is showing as delivered to me and restaurant, called them, lovely gentleman at papa johns was just as upset for me as I was and is making a fresh one for us and having a driver he trusts deliver. Never been let down by the restaurant, lovely guys, decent food. Shame the externally hired drivers ruin it for everyone! Great customer service from papa johns, as always.

Said it was ordered, tried reporting. Wanted to cancel after they said they were gonna make it an hour after my order, no option to. I have now eaten before it arrived because it took so long for it to be sorted, now I'm stuck with food I dont want.

Terrible delivery service 3 hours to deliver Phoned ringing for 25 minutes before answering different excuses and delivery times if you don’t want to deliver. Less then 10 minutes from the store don’t advertise it ordering at 7 and getting it at 10 with a 35 min delivery estimate is shocking

Pizza not delivered. No answer on phone number

Arrived 90 minutes late and cold - not impressed

Never arrived even though it was marked as delivered. Tried calling them but no one would pick up

Not happy latest ETA was 6:40 pm, arrived at 7:30 pm. I could not contact restaurant as nobody answering, I tried several times as tracker was saying delivered at 7:15! When it did arrive, it was only just lukewarm.

What a waste of money and journey employee was rude as hell disgusting pizza cold no cheese or sauce hardly any topping soggy just like the staff in there.

Food was shocking with barely any toppings tasted like the box it was delivered in

Arrived later than expected (but we do live in the middle of nowhere!) but still top quality and plenty hot enough.

Order never arrived I rang up to ask where it was after 1 hour he told me he’s cancelling it because he has no driver.

original time was 17:30 , 18:30 messaged restaurant, recieved message saying 18:45 , arrived 18:35 . ordered & paid for mini donuts but didn't turn up , very disappointed.

My order still hasn’t arrived and the restaurant won’t answer the phone

I called when they were 10 mins late and they added another 20 mins to the delivery time. It was cold when it got here.

Pizza is great! When it comes in good time! Ordered over 2 hours ago and I live 10 minutes away. Tried to contact the store telephone line with no avail. Unable to contact the store at all. I understand if a place is busy but over 2 hours for a pizza is unacceptable.

Ordered for it to be delivered at 6pm didn’t turn up till 6:45

The manager I called was rude, the delivery was cancelled twice, they told me that they had quote “messed my order up”. Upon calling them for the third time after an hour of waiting, I was hung up on abruptly.

Shocking! I called the store to chase my order as was showing delivered and the man put the phone down on me when I asked how much longer it would be! When the food come and it was barely warm and over an hour late, terrible service!

At time of ordering (19:00), my delivery was advised 19:40-20:00. At 20:00 I received a call to say it was going to be late. When pressed, they advised another 30 minutes. Reluctantly we had to agree. That 30 minutes became 60 minutes!

Food was put back and put back. Then when the driver was here he fell over onto the food squishing it all, (accident granted and can’t be helped but still squashed all food) and the food was really cold. When I complained I received a msg back saying they were stuck in heavy traffic we live in an area where there is never any traffic and it was gone 8 at night on a Sunday. Shocking service

Pizza was flat as if it was crushed and compacted and not cut at all

Exceptionally poor service from these guys. We live in a rural area with no traffic or even traffic lights but the reason for the order being over an hour late is heavy traffic? Utter balls.

Not a problem was still very nice and driver did apologise.

Food lovely quicker to drive and get it

I requested delivery at 10:15 specifically because our pub would’ve been shut and it came 15 minutes early. The delivery driver was abnoxious and rude and argued with my partner because he wouldn’t deliver it to our door. He decided the other side of our large car park was delivered. He continued to argue about delivery to my partner in front of our customers.

I ordered 2 pizzas for myself and my girls dinner. I was given a delivery time and after 20 mins I tried to call several times and there was no response. The pizzas finally turned up and hour late. Really not happy.

Give me my cheese ! Was shown as delivered on tracker when not had to go out and find the driver, normally a driver should call is they cannot find the house not mark as delivered when it's not, next one of the pizzas had about half the normal amount of cheese I have ordered a lot of papajohns pizzas never had one like this barely any cheese larger areas where tomatoe is all you can see, when I called up the staff said "it will be delivered in 5 min" basicly fobbing me off, I explain about the pizza they say "we will give you something free with next order" what a load of nonsense you should offer to rectify it with a properly cooked pizza like I paid for will never order from again gives a bad name to papa John's which is otherwise a good franchise they should not be able to trade under there name, as they do not give the service one would expect from this franchise.

The food was absolutely amazing, the pizza was on point but the delivery was really late I waited an extra 35 minutes for my food when it said I was gonna be delivered at 2:35 bout overall the food would order again

Fab food! Was on time and quickly for how far I was from them. Better than Domino's. delivery driver was polite and smily too which made my day after not feeling great. Will 100% be ordering from here again. would have gave tip if had cash on me. Thanks.

Ordered pizza, was over an hour late, and even then was the most dry pizza we've ever had, the people in the actual store didn't have a clue either, they were saying it was already delivered when it wasn't and being very rude about it, absolutely atrocious behaviour and food, will not be ordering from here again, dominos is so much better and much nicer staff anyway.

pizza was sound, sides were sound. My order was prepared correctly and relatively quickly. The gentleman serving me was quick and got my order right first time. I Haven't been in a year or two now, but the price is still reasonable and the food was what you'd expect (not out of this world, but pretty good), funnily enough when they first opened i found them to be more generous with portion sizes and the food tasted a little better (maybe a change in the recipe) . I can say however, today was probably the quickest I've ever been served and the quickest my food's been made, and was correct first time (which in the past i found was rare sometimes but always remedied generously with free points/food on the next delivery) so 10/10 to the gentleman who made my food and served me today

Order was placed at 8pm for delivery by 8.55pm. It didn’t arrive. Then complained on the app and was told it would be with me by 9.45pm. Guess what it didn’t arrive. Then had to call them to be told that they have already delivered to me. Which they hadn’t. They did then send out my order for delivery at 11pm. It was very disappointing as I had lost my appetite by then. The food however was good. I’m not sure I would order for delivery from here again.

Over an hour late from original delivery time slot , and then said delivered and it wasn’t! Had to wait another 15mins on top, so 1.15mins late , order was wrong and didn’t taste great won’t be ordering from there again!! No not recommend

Firt time I had food here missing my sideds never got them second time spent 10 moniutes I store wai ting for some one to serve me and my my pizza was cut poorly orderd again today via online told they dont have my order took 30 minuites to get sorted

If you don’t want to be waiting for absolutely ages and lied to along the way don’t bother ordering here. All I ordered ice cream at 21:00 (obviously they didn’t even have to make it) 22:02 said it was on the way (it’s a 3 mile drive on an quiet road) by 22:30 still not here. Called up guy told me it’s on the way, I said well why has it taken an hour and why is it taking half an hour plus to drive 3 miles and he said ohh we just do that he’s on his way. Previous reviews food not turn up at all.

A week ago I went here with my brother visiting Midsomer Norton due to hearing from a local colleague that they did a very strong £7 deal of any size pizza for said price. Although the deal ended, they still sold the food ridiculously *cheap*, due to two other local pizza places being open in the area, and managed to taste incredible! I got the "all the meats"/second to last pizza as an XXL/biggest size as there was a discount on prices, allowing me to get it for £18>30~, absolutely worth it tasting incredible and stuffing me full when returning home I added two pictures, one as what the box would look like and the second as a size comparison to two warhammer mags (average magazine size) and how large it is alongside the pizza itself (12 slices, 16 to 20-inch)

As always and I have no idea why I keep going back but I do. 1.5 hours to get a pizza out a mile from my house. I would have collected but the stupid deal was only for delivery. Papa Johns Midsomer Norton is a great place if you A. Enjoy waiting B. Like cold pizza C. Rude inept staff members This isn't the first time this has happened. I last ordered from this hell hole August last year. Thought would give another try, after a solid 9 months of customer complaints I thought maybe they could improve, but there is no sign of improvement. Just don't bother its 50/50 if a pizza will actually arrive and if it does arrive give them at least 2 hours notice.

Disgusting! Stone cold food and late delivery! Absolutely awful customer service had to ring four different phone numbers to even get through to anybody and even then we were hung up on! Fatty wings and stingy with toppings. Rude and appalling!

I was encouraged to leave specific details here as a reply by PapaJohns with a link to their customer service page which was just a link to contact the store via phone and the store address. Which won't help anybody. So, specific details: - Every order late to my recollection - I don't blame the individual drivers but delivery notes never heeded - Same issues if ordered via Just Eat or directly with PapaJohns - No reply/reimbursement for missed items or general complaints - Pet peeve is when order is marked as delivered when you're still waiting - Seemingly very poor overall communications/management system - drivers have to deal with the ramifications of this with customers Feel free to contact me based on my previous communications @PapaJohns. Consistently terrible experience from this branch.

What really annoys me, and this has happened both on JustEat and the PapaJohns website/app is that the order is marked as delivered well before arrival. This always worries me that it's gone somewhere else. Consistently happens with this branch. No means to track delivery. Not fair on drivers.

Was late and had to get an update through Just Eat. Pizza was gorgeous and had two free potato tots, which were also very nice. Delivery time can be better.

It was a lovely meal , nice and warm , but extra dips missing but would order again
