Ordered pizza, was over an hour late, and even then was the most dry pizza we've ever had, the people in the actual store didn't have a clue either, they were saying it was already delivered when it wasn't and being very rude about it, absolutely atrocious behaviour and food, will not be ordering from here again, dominos is so much better and much nicer staff anyway.

pizza was sound, sides were sound. My order was prepared correctly and relatively quickly. The gentleman serving me was quick and got my order right first time. I Haven't been in a year or two now, but the price is still reasonable and the food was what you'd expect (not out of this world, but pretty good), funnily enough when they first opened i found them to be more generous with portion sizes and the food tasted a little better (maybe a change in the recipe) . I can say however, today was probably the quickest I've ever been served and the quickest my food's been made, and was correct first time (which in the past i found was rare sometimes but always remedied generously with free points/food on the next delivery) so 10/10 to the gentleman who made my food and served me today

Order was placed at 8pm for delivery by 8.55pm. It didn’t arrive. Then complained on the app and was told it would be with me by 9.45pm. Guess what it didn’t arrive. Then had to call them to be told that they have already delivered to me. Which they hadn’t. They did then send out my order for delivery at 11pm. It was very disappointing as I had lost my appetite by then. The food however was good. I’m not sure I would order for delivery from here again.

Over an hour late from original delivery time slot , and then said delivered and it wasn’t! Had to wait another 15mins on top, so 1.15mins late , order was wrong and didn’t taste great won’t be ordering from there again!! No not recommend

Firt time I had food here missing my sideds never got them second time spent 10 moniutes I store wai ting for some one to serve me and my my pizza was cut poorly orderd again today via online told they dont have my order took 30 minuites to get sorted

Kids love the chicken poppers and garlic sticks , always go down a treat

If you don’t want to be waiting for absolutely ages and lied to along the way don’t bother ordering here. All I ordered ice cream at 21:00 (obviously they didn’t even have to make it) 22:02 said it was on the way (it’s a 3 mile drive on an quiet road) by 22:30 still not here. Called up guy told me it’s on the way, I said well why has it taken an hour and why is it taking half an hour plus to drive 3 miles and he said ohh we just do that he’s on his way. Previous reviews food not turn up at all.

A week ago I went here with my brother visiting Midsomer Norton due to hearing from a local colleague that they did a very strong £7 deal of any size pizza for said price. Although the deal ended, they still sold the food ridiculously *cheap*, due to two other local pizza places being open in the area, and managed to taste incredible! I got the "all the meats"/second to last pizza as an XXL/biggest size as there was a discount on prices, allowing me to get it for £18>30~, absolutely worth it tasting incredible and stuffing me full when returning home I added two pictures, one as what the box would look like and the second as a size comparison to two warhammer mags (average magazine size) and how large it is alongside the pizza itself (12 slices, 16 to 20-inch)

As always and I have no idea why I keep going back but I do. 1.5 hours to get a pizza out a mile from my house. I would have collected but the stupid deal was only for delivery. Papa Johns Midsomer Norton is a great place if you A. Enjoy waiting B. Like cold pizza C. Rude inept staff members This isn't the first time this has happened. I last ordered from this hell hole August last year. Thought would give another try, after a solid 9 months of customer complaints I thought maybe they could improve, but there is no sign of improvement. Just don't bother its 50/50 if a pizza will actually arrive and if it does arrive give them at least 2 hours notice.

Disgusting! Stone cold food and late delivery! Absolutely awful customer service had to ring four different phone numbers to even get through to anybody and even then we were hung up on! Fatty wings and stingy with toppings. Rude and appalling!

Wow, absolutely amazing customer service from the new manager and team, blow away and top quality pizza, unlike Domino's you are expensive and not good quality of pizzas!! Go to papa Johns 😊

When the food arrived it was extremely cold and was not enjoyable I would like to request a refund on the whole order.

Poor customer service. Stood waiting at the desk for 10 minutes to collect a ready order whilst staff walked past! Order was wrong to top it off!

I was encouraged to leave specific details here as a reply by PapaJohns with a link to their customer service page which was just a link to contact the store via phone and the store address. Which won't help anybody. So, specific details: - Every order late to my recollection - I don't blame the individual drivers but delivery notes never heeded - Same issues if ordered via Just Eat or directly with PapaJohns - No reply/reimbursement for missed items or general complaints - Pet peeve is when order is marked as delivered when you're still waiting - Seemingly very poor overall communications/management system - drivers have to deal with the ramifications of this with customers Feel free to contact me based on my previous communications @PapaJohns. Consistently terrible experience from this branch.

What really annoys me, and this has happened both on JustEat and the PapaJohns website/app is that the order is marked as delivered well before arrival. This always worries me that it's gone somewhere else. Consistently happens with this branch. No means to track delivery. Not fair on drivers.

Was late and had to get an update through Just Eat. Pizza was gorgeous and had two free potato tots, which were also very nice. Delivery time can be better.

Very nice although the papadias flat bread was a lot thicker than usual, more like a pizza base, think I prefer it a bit thinner. Still very tasty! Chicken wings were great.

Just ridiculously long waiting times. I understand it's a weekend but you should expect it to get crazy as that's the nature of the business. Couple of hours wait for 3 pizzas.

Could possibly be the worst run franchise ever, they just cannot help but regurgitate the same transparent lies. App tells me I have have been enjoying my pizza for the last hour.. call the branch, not even out for delivery, but the traffic is bad? When asked don't they ride scooters.. no our drivers use cars. Pizza arrives 2 hours late, cold on a scooter. I normally only give 5 star reviews to businesses but when you spend 2 hrs waiting for pizza, it gives you time to complain.

They lied about the food being on the way, still isn’t on its way 2 hours later. Manager lied about signing the food off and marked it as delivered over 30 minutes ago when it hasn’t left

Took the driver over half an hour to find my house after numerous calls when we eventually got the order it was stone cold and had to be re heated which made it soggy and could not eat it

I had the chicken and bacon papadias which was very tasty and very filling. Tried the plain chicken wings and was pleased to find they weren't all bony! Potato tots are okay but think I would prefer chips! Overall extremely tasty and well cooked.

2 stars for the pizzas that arrived, 1 star for the pizzas that didn’t and 4 stars for me and my wife not letting this experience ruin our 2023. We’ve had a really tough year with neighbours cats in our garden but this is the cherry on top. We just wanted to see in 2024 with a slice of ol’ papa j’s in our mouth but we couldn’t because my wife is vegan and hers did not show up.

Had the bbq meat feast and couldnt stop reordering again in 3 days. Amazing staff, amazing deals, convenient.

It took at least an hour and a half for my order to get to me, when it specified it should take 20-30 minutes. No updates were provided until I asked where my order was. If I assumed that it would take that long, I wouldn’t have ordered it as I was going to work. I also was not provided with the sauce that I PAID FOR (wouldn’t mind if it was free) and my potato tots were cold. I asked for a refund via JustEat due to the delay, which was rejected with a text saying “Hope you enjoyed your food”.

Driver couldn’t be any more rude if he tried

I put in an order at 19:15, I then called to find out where my order was at 20:30 and was told that it was out for delivery, waited another half an hour and called again at 21:00 to be told again it was out for delivery. The person I was speaking to didn’t care how long I had been waiting and didn’t offer a refund or a voucher which I think should’ve been offered for how long I had been waiting, especially when I have a little boy who was waiting for his dinner and now has to go to bed late because he’s eating so late! I ordered from there before and it was a long wait but gave the benefit of the doubt and tried again and again I have been let down. I will only be ordering from dominoes from now on for pizza.

It's pretty cheap and is delivered quickly. The people running it are nice and understanding.

Exactly what you’d expect, delivered quickly. Helpful staff on the phone. Tasty pizza. Switch out the special garlic sauce for the garlic and herb and it’s a winner.

I'm absolutely furious with Papa John's! Their deliveries are beyond frustrating, and I've had enough. I only stick with them because I like Papa John's and it's the closest, but this constant lateness is unacceptable. This is the last time I'll tolerate their infuriating service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I called 3 times to check on the order and was told something different every time. A driver called Rahul repeatedly told the member of staff in the office different things about where he was. The food was cold when it turned up. Estimated 20-35 minutes turned into 2 hours onWe never received the food despite him telling me the driver was in the postcode area. I can see every house in this postcode from my window! The other reviews are right, don’t be tempted to risk it.

Absolutely appalling. Didn't turn up, took our money, the shop states they can't get hold of the driver.

Order placed at 19:15 and accepted straight away. One pizza, nothing special about it. Delivery window was between 19:40 - 20:00. Just Eat app notified me to say driver was on their way in that window. Phoned them at 20:20 to be told that the driver hadn’t even left yet, and would “leave in 5 minutes”, so they had updated Just Eat with a made up “driver on way” time presumably to avoid getting a negative mark. Food finally arrived at 21:00 - an hour and 45 mins after I ordered. I received zero updates

Didn't recieve.. everytime we phoned they said it was on their way. It never came!

Waited and kept calling for 2 hours from advised time that the food would arrived. The shop kept saying they couldn't get hold of the driver but it was on its way. Ordered at 19.29... Still hadn't received by 21.45 ... gave up!
