I was given the wrong bread when i ordered two jallepino cheese breads

WOULDNT EVEN GIVE IT 1! Ordered through deliveroo cookies for work colleagues, states that you have to ammend dietary requirements by calling the resteraunts (colleagues are allergic to nuts) so wanted to request no cookies with nuts. However the resteraunt did not answer the phone and i called 10X!!! So tried to get deliveroo to help me and they also couldnt get through. But they have packed my order and sent it. And now i have a bunch of cookies my colleagues cant eat because they have been mixed. Its highly frustrating that staff can not pick up the phone for simple requests and im sure fowarded my calls because it rang once or twice... Please train your staff, or get better ones.

Kids oak should 3.50 but charge 5.99 when confronted she said that was the price The bread was hard. And not eatable for my child. I am a regular subway user and found this branch to be inadequate

Didn't deliver my full order just eat refusing to give me a refund for that totally unacceptable not happy what so ever also refusing to let me speak to you a person above them

I’d have given -5 stars for delivery and food. Its just ridiculous. The subway is just 4 min drive from my house. And it took them 35 min to deliver the food after been picked up🙄. I hate this place. Never going to order anything else from this place. Imagine paying 15£ just for 6 inch sub. Prices are over the top. Earlier like few days back it used to be 12£ for 12inch footlong😒

Stated as 24h but that’s not correct.

The bread was fresh, the attitude of the team members was great and it was a positive experience to purchase from this location.

Missed one of my items from my order, and refusing to refund me. This is disgusting and is theft! Absolutely appalled!

There was no option to select the bread type unless you didn't have at that time.

I will never buy from this place again. I witnessed a horrible scene between the manager and a food delivery man. The delivery man arrived and went inside to collect the food because it was raining heavily. The manager made the delivery man go out and wait outside in the rain. The delivery man said, "But it's raining." The manager simply said, "It's your problem." In short, a racist and xenophobic manager.

Ordered food and can’t even deliver it to my address. Never received order. Get some decent delivery drivers who can read and know where they are going!

Food took over an hour to come and when it finally said it had been delivered nothing had came.

Unfortunately the bread wasn’t very fresh, slightly stale and crumbly. Granted I didn’t order any salad/cheese fillings, but I feel only two slices of ham from a perineum sandiwich chain is very tight considering the price charged

I would give zero stars if i could. Absolutely abhorrent food. The staff smell and the cookies were hard/stale. You may as well throw your money in the thames. Do not buy from this branch.

didn't arrive at all!! got a message to say driver at the door and tried calling. he wasn't at my door as I had been standing looking out for him for 10 mins. called my phone 4 times but when I answered didn't speak could just hear keys on their phone being pressed. I called back but it cut off. I tried to call shop went to voicemail. left a message no call back. got a text telling me to come and collect!! If I could have done that I wouldn't have paid extra for delivery!! shocking service.

The wraps weren’t filled with pepperoni and cheese at the beginning and the end it was a let down.

Imagine paying £10 for a footlong sub with 4 tiny slices of cucumber. I was told it's their policy and I'd have to pay extra to get more. They did not allow my friend to customise the toppings AT ALL and started putting corn on his sandwich... which he is allergic to. Whoever owns this branch is managing it very poorly.

delivery was okay but Subway is terrible. they forget items on every order. they forgot the cheese for the subs which is the main ingredient and it always turns up cold

Such a horrific experience from start to finish. They do not allow you to add your own toppings to the panini’s, and even were hesitant when asking for a different cheese, how unbelievable. They put barely any meat in the panini’s and subs, and very little vegetables. Don’t bother asking for chicken teriyaki because they don’t even distribute the teriyaki sauce properly on the chicken, it all ends up at the bottom of the bread. Considering, you are paying nearly £20 for 2 meals, this is appalling! Extremely overpriced and not worth the money. Unfortunately for us, we decided to choose the meal, which was so disappointing. The drinks are diluted to the point that you can’t tell if you’re drinking coke or sprite. the glass that the cookies sit in, was extremely disgusting, not cleaned in god knows how many years. The level of dirt cannot even be described and I am sickened by it. We will never ever eat here again, poor service, overpriced and low quality.

We watched as the driver went the opposite direction to our house on the map. The food arrived cold so we cooked it again and it was soggy. Not sure I will order from just eat or subway again and I will be telling others as well. Very disappointed.

Very bad managemente makes their delivery driveres wait outside in the rain has if they are not picking up for a customer. Might uswell tell the person who ordered to also wait outside. Slavery ended long ago

Delivered on time but missing items! And the footlong subway was so dry didnt put hardly no sauce! and well over toasted so dry!

They never partecipating in any of the offer . Never . Even if they are on the list . They telling u the manager said no. I will write to subway head office now

They do not allow you to make your own sandwich, only to use the franchised subs which often cost £10 on their own. Not only that but they are stingy with toppings, if you ask for extra olives, they put 3 more olives and call it "extra". I always order the same thing and this time, somehow it costed £4 more than usual. They are somehow scamming or not adding the correct options in order to make a bigger imoral profit.

NOT doing the £4.99 footlong deal, Doesn't accept vouchers... All other reviews are true that they give you less product, less meatballs and salad than all other franchises. Dont tell you this until its time to pay of course. Won't be returning.

I ordered the NEW Tuna Tato from the signature series on the menu which is listed as to come with Tuna mayonnaise, American-style cheese, hash browns, lettuce, cucumbers, red onions, crispy onions, ketchup. I was disappointed to find that my sub only had tuna in it, no vegetables, no cheese, no hash browns, no sauce. I then tried multiple times to call the subway branch in purley with my call being declined every single time.

Part of order was missing and what we did get wasn’t what was ordered. Had to request a refund for the missing parts, but haven’t got it yet. Won’t order again.

I'm upset! I asked to put two sauces that I love on my sandwich and they didn't, the sandwich came without sauce and was completely flavorless.

Delivery time kept changing, longer to wait. The driver went about 2 miles in the opposite direction,before delivering mine, no wonder it was cold .

Worst experience . I will never order again from this restaurant. Ordered through just eat for collection at 9.15 PM. Went to the restaurant at 9 pm, 15 minutes early and found the restaurant closed!!!. The official closing time advertised online was 9.30 PM I have called the restaurant phone, but no one picked up the call. Just eat didnt deliver from this subway to my postcode even though, this was the nearest one. I had to drive all the way to the restaurant to find it closed 30 minutes before the closing time!!! Never again!!!

I submitted the wrong order because the website was not clear. I received a Meatball Marinara Footlong without any salads, which was extremely disappointing!!! The menu order needs to be easier to use! I love Subway food but not this time!

So I came in here to order a sub today the lady mis heard my order and placed beef on the bread so I had to correct her and after this she then scraped the beef of the bread and put that back in a tub, with it all over her gloves too and started placing my toppings on the same beef covered bread and I had to ask her to do me fresh bread as I cannot eat beef and then to follow she never changed her gloves so my subway was still contaminated. . This is a health and safety risk and I am absolutely appalled by this . Won’t be returning!

Order from here a bit. Food is what you expect from subway. Food has always been on time. Last order they forgot the nachos but just eat gave me a refund so all good

The food is great but the prices are way higher online than in store.

I had to get my son to walk out and find the driver which totally on the the other side. My address is not that hard to find. I was unable to walk why I ordered. If it wasn't for my son that only here till next week then back to Uni. I would never have got the food. Once received it was cold and wet. My son said the driver was asking every random person if that's their order. If someone else had said yes. My order would have been given away to someone else. Disappointed with the driver not the restaurant.

I had ordered and paid for a chicken tikka salad. No sign of chicken in my salad - it was all just salad. Very disappointed with Subway Purley.

Was in this subway yesterday, and it's the worst branch I've been to, they're reluctant to give you the vegetables you paid for and they'll keep on pushing you to buy foot long even if you only want half, dreadful

They are nice here but MAN are they stingy on the veggies! They barely put any pickles on for example after saying ‘can I have a lot of pickles please’, then when asking for more put maybe 2 more on. Same with lettuce, dressing, etc. I only get lettuce, pickles, & onion so I’m essentially paying like £8 for a foot long piece of bread with some turkey and pickings. This is the location that’s most convenient for me and I typically Love Subway, but I’ve decided to stop coming to this one.

Food came cold, not even a little bit warm. Could not enjoy my food and in one of the sub tuna filing was almost non existence. First and last time ordering from this branch again

Beware, the filling is very poor, just a tiny layer of chicken and salad too little for £8, I asked to add some beacon, they added a dry piece of beacon about 5cm long and then the bill came £10 for a footlong without meal, the lady said it is £2 for extra topping. I argued that 1) the amount of beacon was ridiculous 2) she did not mention of £2 extra. Poor service and rude attitude

Check your order as you might find you are paying for items you don’t receive, and just feel this is ok. Unacceptable

I was charged nearly £8 for a breakfast! Worst manager! who presumably has the franchise with her partner! Who loves to rob their customers! One of the worst customer service! When asked for a salad she charged £2 extra on a breakfast! But the same item in the Caterham Branch with 2 extra hash browns and salad is £5.20. AVOID THIS BRANCH, ESPECIALLY THIS MANAGEMENT AT ALL COST!

Been here a couple of times over the past weeks. Think they are under new management, they have cut down loads on portion control. Had to open my sandwich as it I thought it was just a salad sandwich instead of steak.

Once again they have forgotten an item from my order. This time an item costing 2.99. This is the 3rd time that it has happened. The drivers do not give you anytime to check your order before they go. It really isn't goid enough
