Subway in Croydon

Shop wasn’t busy i wait 30 mins for my order Very slow

Didn’t really taste like anything pretty bland and noodles weren’t nice

The service is really good and the food is nice, I was serviced by Das

Food was terrible. my sub had 3 out of the 11 toppings i asked for, including no lettuce & cheese and it was not toasted when i chose it to be toasted.

Very rude and aggressive staff. No customer service skills in this store! The guy was wearing earphones and didn’t listen nothing I asked for. I wanted a cheesy garlic slice and the guy said you need to pay 1.69£ when it clearly says 99p. He proceeded to make a scene and was very rude to me and the customer before us as well walked out cos of his behaviour.

Half of my order was missing… absolutely appalling when it was all sealed

Whoever made this order needs a pay rise

No sauce in the sub! No dip with the soggy potatoes.. soggy onions in it when that’s not what I asked for! A disaster from start to finish and not the first time from here! Won’t be using again!

My lift is broken and I am so grateful the driver walked up 10 floors

Cold not toasted either and wrong bread

Their oven was not working properly. I ordered a vegetarian patty footlong. They told me afterward the oven was smoking because they had stoped meat in it. Basically my veggie sub smells and tastes like turkey ham. I'm not eating it. I asked for a receipt which I didn't get. They also did not tell me my veggie sub would be smoked with meat while cooking.

Came in to get my usual cookies and I prefer them when they’re super soft but unfortunately the ones in the window weren’t so I was gonna leave and the guy working Faisal went and got me fresh soft ones from the back instead of shrugging it of which made my day! so great service & hygiene from subway which is definitely a positive for croydon!

Bad customer service ever. The employee behaviour is not good (not loyal) When I ask for veggie patty and he didn’t change their glove’s before serve earlier customer . I’m vegetarian. And he talked with some one on call (using AirPods)

It was alright food was good wasn't a nice place to be around though a lot of tense workers and people

I asked the lady how much was my order cause I couldn’t find it at first, she pointed to the price and said “ cmon what is this “. “ It’s in front of you’re face “. I was looking to other board. I have déficit attention disorder this woman was absolutely rude. And kept going. Luckily it was too noisy in the shop so I didn’t hear the rest she kept saying. I went to pay my food and asked to pay some cash and rest on card, wanted to get rid of some change, second Lady makes a fed up face. Handed me the tissues on the table instead of my hand, that table had hands all over it all day long. I work with costumers everyday, this type of energy it’s giving bare minimum. Didn’t feel welcomed at all, and I don’t usually leave bad reviews, this is my first bad review on Google. I am speechless.

I ordered nachos and they were burn to the last minute, couldn’t even eat them at all, very poor quality of food… will never order again from them

I had points on my subway app but the staff didn't let me scan the app or use my points. Apparently the manager had instructed not serve any food if the customer is redeeming his points for the first time.

Just walked in said hello 3 times to the staff member and he didn't acknowledge or say hello back , walked back out

Really good. Would have been better if there was seating for a small family. The arrangement allows only for groups of twos

The best subway. Always perfect. Never to hot or cold like other subway i have visited. Great customer service. The manger always helpful. I been going to thus sub for years.

The night shift Manager always closes the store over an hour before. Whoever it is working tonight is a complete clown who should only be on display not helping customers. Always the worst.

Place is nasty. Staff are pants and same with the food. It looks utterly depressing inside the store.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Completely missed adding all salad, cheese and sauces to my sub. How does that even happen?????

The worst subway I’ve been to. The salad is bitter and soggy looking and tastes funny, probably about to go off. They put loads of it on your sandwich you can’t even close it. Again probably trying to get rid of it to turn over stock. There were flies crawling about around the till as I paid. I only come here if I’m absolutely starving in Croydon and each time I go I’m reminded how much better other subways are.

Always something missing in this subway . Today no coffee. Yesterday no eggs . Management is very bad . Every day the same story. This has to stop and be managed as it should be once for all . Very frustrating

Really nice place for hot subs.

Haven't been to much subway since I never saw a halal subway outside Middle East. But was lucky to find this one in Croydon. Nothing special about the store. Food is ok, customer service is good. The only problem is location. If not for the maps, I would have never found this restaurant. It's not quite in a place which is very easy to find.

Great coffee. They make it really nice here. Very clean. Friendly, happy employees.

Ordered from deliveroo with this branch, no filling at all just stuffed it with salad. The way they wrapped it was horrible is well with contents crushed and spilling out. I get working in fast food isn’t the best but at least do the bare minimum by preparing peoples orders correctly.

Halal subway Only parking issue. Be careful as there are too many parking ticket attendants walking around to give ticket.

loved a good subway. they have changed it from the inside ever since theb2 meter distance came in to play. The sad thing is they stopped using the pepper cheese 😢. Apart from that loved it

The server was really disrespectful to homeless guy that just came in the get sugar for coffee.. the homeless guy was so sweet and polite. The sandwiches were basic..

I only had a cappuccino. Service nice, the cappuccino...worst ever. Got stomach cramps. Never ever a hot drink there. Only bottled whenever next there

They don't take deal vouchers the owner want to make all the money but don't give anything to customers in return he can keep his food

The man made a bacon sandwich then used the same gloves to make a chicken one and a vegetarian one. Never again. They should change the gloves if they are making a vegetarian sandwich..

Love a good Subway looks very clean plus all staff wear disabled clothes when serving lol as soon as I go in there they start getting ready what they as I always have basically the same.Would Recommend

What's happened to this place? The woman today didn't cut the bread properly but i didn't notice as was making payment at the time. All the filling was all over paper as the bread wasn't cut properly. This same person was also acting like she couldn't understand me, I had to tell her my order 3 times. The shop wasn't busy so she wasn't under pressure. She then burnt my bread so a man said he will have her do it again, which she did. BOTH sandwiches weren't cut properly and the filling was all over the paper. The bread was dry and the service was slow. Won't be returning. Absolute nightmare to just get 2 sandwiches and they kept asking me the same questions. Just delaying me.

The food is quick and customer service is good however, they aren’t very generous with salads and sauce in this store so you may have to ask for more.

This Subway is okay, the reasons being is when it hits lunchtime I have encountered only one member of staff is working and that causes massive delays and waiting for customers. The food is to standard but I think on that front they need to clamp down on adding more staff.

Quick service and great quick snack.

One of the worst Subway you will find in the area. There is always a mess on the floor, they are always understaffed, so it is difficult to keep it clean. You can find bits of salad on the floor, alongside with lots of napkins. Not to mention the crumbs all over the tables, very few chairs to sit on and an overstuffed customer bin. I went there again on 23rd of September. Meant to order 3 sandwiches, the guy serving mumbled about what size I would choose the sandwich to be, and all I got was 6 and foot. And, looking at my little one, I said 6 foot. It would sound funny, but the guy cut a 6 inch sandwich. I saw that and said that I would like a longer one-the footlong. Then the drama was released. He just started to shout that I said 6 inch and repeated himself over and over, even if I corrected myself and rectified that those damn footlong sandwiches is what I need. All he had to do is to put back the other half he just cut and that would had been the end. I still don't get why would anyone would find it ok to shout at you, as a Customer, considering I did correct myself and didn't fiddle with the order and try to mess with anyone. I had to ask someone else to serve me. I am happy with the sandwiches made in Subway, though this kind of Customer Service is rubbish. Shame! 1 star, as less is not possible...
