Subway in Mansfield

Okay but it looked like it was closing down

Food was nice but arrived stone cold.

Food was over an hour late and couldn’t contact the restaurant to check delivery time.

never received my order and the phone number provided didn't work

Everything was great, except! my part didn't ask for sweetcorn and doesn't like it. So he had to pick it all off before he could eat. We both had turkey which I know could have made it a little confusing but whoever is making sandwiches needs to pay greater attention to what filling has been asked for. Again, other than that, everything else was great.

Not bad but got the wrong sandwiches, ordered a garlic steak and one chipotle steak and got two chipotle. My fiancé hates spice so it was an issue but we were hungry and didn’t wanna wait. Food was cold. Delivery service was really good and very polite

A let down compared to the previous orders. Items missing from the sandwich and the order as a whole.

Ordered twice, got cancelled twice even though delivery was available, I'm a disabled customer, why are you discriminating against me?? This Subway needs sorting out, it is shockingly bad!

Brilliant experience, we rang in advance due to the negative reviews which the lovely lady explained to us and it’s simply an accident on New Year’s Day and the opening hours not being updated which explains lack of deliveries and phone not being answered. The food was delivered early by a very friendly gentleman and the food was so fresh and well put together, I think the best subway delivery I’ve had. Definitely will be retuning thank you so much xx

Ordered and not responding to phone its nearly an hour late but said its delivered

Ordered a few hours ago and no sign of the food even though they have marked it as delivered. It seems others are having the same issue. Save yourself the hassle and do not order for delivery.

food hasn’t even come because the place we ordered from was closed us not knowing this because it was still up on just eat i’ve spent £40 and something p on food that i haven’t even got i want my money back

Didn’t like the new menu , was strange I tried the Bombay sandwich , wasn’t the subway we are used too Although staff were great in explaining how the new menu worked It’s got very expensive now

Went here on Sunday, around 11:00am. Got to be the worst customer service received, 3 people behind the counter talking amongst themselves, I was the only customer in the shop and it took 2 minutes of standing there before any of them asked what I wanted, I told the guy what I wanted, he said okay, chatted a bit more then asked one of the girls to sort me instead, so I had to tell her what I wanted, again, the guy put the cheese on one and put it in the oven, his entire contribution to my 2 sandwiches. The 3rd girl served me on the till. 3 people to make 2 sandwiches and still not an ounce of good customer service between them Never have I seen such blatant ignorance toward a customer from 3 members of staff. Won't be going here.

I'm Coeliac so Subway offering gluten free bread and clearly labelled allergen information is a big thing for me. Staff here are friendly and helpful, take the necessary precautions when making a gluten free sub and don't make me feel rushed or unwelcome as I know it is a bit of a hassle and slows them down. Really appreciate them taking the time to make me feel included as Subway's pretty much the only fast food option if you're forced to be gluten free. Tables were all clean, plenty of parking round the back as well.

The food was amazing however there was not much staff and some of the stuff wasn't fresh but still was good.

Forgot bottle of pop for meal, time got changed by 10 mins and forgot to put the nachos in but called me back luckily

Have used Subways all over the country and found the one in Warsop he best freshness quantity service and friendly staff he place as spotless highly recommended

The tables were dirty (yes all of them despite us being the only people in there) the woman serving was a little tight with the fillings - and with the cheese on the nachos too! Still fresh though and the service was OK

It's never too busy and it's cosy and small. The food is great and the salads are delicious. There is also a toilet there and a unlimited drinks machine. Remember to take your Subcard to get those savings!

Lovely and very helpful staff in worsop

Slow service, card machine not working. A group of men drinking beer and chatting to the serving girls (contributing to the slow service). No Italian bread and access to the drinks machine partially blocked by cleaning equipment and the men who the checkout girl was sosialising with, who were not customers.

Love Subway, great service, amazing food and great deals as well. The choices of bread, filling and salad I Just love. Also to fill up your own drinks is novel but much better than McDonald's for example, at least you can put as much drink in as you like. Subway is by far my favourite fast food franchise 😀👌
