I watched Sonic the Hedgehog 3 it was so cool.

It’s not often I visit the cinema but when I do, I will always come to this one. There is a great variety of hot food, snacks, ice cream and a Costa so a lot to choose from. When I do visit, I will always lay extra for the premium seats because the normal seats and far too narrow and uncomfortable to sit during long periods.

Staff don't care about the customers. Rude and ignorant. If theres any promotions online, the have no knowledge.

The prices are atrocious but the place itself and the staff are awesome!

Me and my partner often come here as we are limitless members. Most time we order a milkshake and 9 times out of 10 it’s Morgan who serves us. He is always extremely polite and asks us about the film we’re seeing and then recommends others to watch that we also might enjoy. Really cannot applaud Morgan’s service enough! The cinema is also always maintained very well and we hardly ever struggle to find a film we’d like to watch with such a vast variety of screenings on offer

First time coming here and honestly was a bit disappointed with the seats as most odeons I've been to have the recliner seats and these do not. Furthermore, the seats are definitely narrower and harder than other standard cinema seats. Popcorn was nice although overpriced but that's standard at all cinemas. Please improve seating!

Raised prices of my limitless. Unable to reach anyone by phone or help chat since 19/12/2024. Unable to cancel. Disgusting

Love the place but way to loud when only 12 in to watch the film. Have to sit with ear plugs in.

Visited Christmas Eve to watch Mufasa and a few weeks ago to watch Moana 2 and Wicked. The cinema has been absolutely freezing in every visit which makes it a rather uncomfortable experience. Wrap up wrap or bring blankets if you have kids.

Turned away with my 15year old son after buy popcorn and drinks by a very rude manager and very young trainee who looked younger then my son made too feel very uncomfortable and like criminals not sure my son will ever return too a cinema again after tonight thanks odeon wasn't a group off young lads was a father and son trying too watch a film together proper rubbish customer service then had too queue for agers for a refund on tickets with people waiting for food orders very poor

Second visit in recent months, despite booking premier seats the venues are bloody cold, 🥶 I’m going to book elsewhere next time @cineworld

Nice and spacious, generally fine for parking. Has also been clean when I’ve visited. I have found the chairs a little narrow and slightly uncomfortable for my chronic pain, but for most folks I’m sure they’d be fine

Just had an amazing time watching wicked. Everything was clean and as you expect.

The seats, both standard and premier were thoroughly uncomfortable. The price was £3.99 more per ticket than my local cinema too! Won't be returning.

Cinema was clean, ladies toilets were run down and smelled awful. Definitely could have done with some updating and better cleaning/air freshener! 🫤

It was a really enjoyable experience, I went to watch Gladiator 2 with my wife. First time in an IMAX screening, brilliant film and comfort. The staff were very friendly and we came out after the film to snow.

Great cinema but very expensive for family trip out.

It's the season for horror films so regular cinema dates as this genre is my favourite!!!! We always go week day evenings so it's never that busy. We can always get tickets at the front. I probably enjoy the nachos as much as the films!!!! Heretic is a good film, weird, I liked it.

Very friendly staff, we were in the IMAX cinema. Comfortable leather recliner seats with a table each which was convenient, great experience.

Why is it so default to get in touch with you! I have made a booking online, the money has been taken but my booking hasn’t gone through. So I’m left £30 down and no movie to watch because of an error on your site! Trying to get in touch with you is an absolute nightmare why can’t I just call you and speak to a human, it’s all online chat bots that don’t have a clue what I’m on about and can not help me! How do I get in touch with someone?!?! I’m suppose to be seeing the movie in two days, can someone please help me ASAP.

Seats could be better, having recliners would be a top tier improvement.

been to see multiple films, staff have always been friendly, never had any issues, your allowed to bring your own snacks just no hot food which is a shame but its not bad, the tickets are cheap online aswell.

Modern cinema in Retail/Leisure Park. Friendly staff, good variety of drinks and beverages. Good film presentation and comfortable seats. Nice posters and film displays around the entrance to the screens. Toilets very clean. Large car park with plenty of spaces. Would return.

Ordered 3 large popcorn, but only received 2. Someone can’t count.

Fantastic cinema. Worth the drive from Newark to take advantage of IMAX and reclining seats for a treat.

Went to watch Twisters on the IMAX screen, super comfy leather recliner seats. Really does enhance the cinema experience. Definitely coming back here in the future rather than going to my local cinema from now on!

Much prefer the Odeon at Mansfield to Chesterfield cinema, had our first bad experience today, came out after the film to find we had a slashed tyer, won't put us off going again, great staff ,great cinema.

My son came to the cinema today to a 11.30am film viewing. He told me he went to the toilet and they were disgusting with wet floors which at that time of the morning is really unacceptable I think

IMAX is amazing with reclining seats and awesome sound and vision. We signed up to Limitless after one film! Costa coffee is a bonus too.

I've been visiting this cinema since childhood and have always had positive experiences—until today. My boyfriend and I, both in our 20s, were asked for ID when we entered to see a film rated 15. Initially, I laughed, thinking the gentleman was joking. We had just parked our car outside and were clearly far from the age he suspected. While I understand the importance of ID policies, it was clear that we were unfairly singled out, as no one else around us was asked for ID. When I questioned why, he rudely responded, "Well, you do look that young and it’s policy" I was stunned by his ignorance and lack of professionalism. As someone who works in an industry where ID checks are mandatory, I can confidently say that this was an example of extremely poor judgment. It doesn't take a genius to tell the difference between a minor and an adult, and implying that an adult looks like a child is not only insulting but demonstrates a total lack of initiative and common sense.

Half an hour of adverts and trailers is too much. I could understand 5- 10 minutes and may be 15 but wth is half an hour.

It's a lovely clean place with nice comfy premium seats. I pay limitless so that an advantage to anyone who enjoys movies 🎬 . Every time I have been to this place it's never been busy, that is a good thing for me I like to sit alone not next to strangers. Slushy is amazing but all food and drink are well over priced. Pop to aldi next door 🚪

My 15 y/o soon to be 16 son was today refused entry to watch a15 rated film even though he had a copy of his birth certificate on his phone, after purchasing a large amount of your overpriced snacks. Was told he needed to have photographic proof.,ie driving licence.Even though he would easily pass for 17. Do the numpties working there not realise that he is not old enough to apply for one. We & his family members (over 20 of us) will not visit again, as children he knows are younger than him passed straight through behind him unopposed. Hope you enjoy your loss of custom

Bought tickets and took kids aged 16 and 19 to watch Deadpool. Scanned tickets at entrance and was allowed in but when stood ordering food was asked for photo ID for kids. We were then told we could not go and watch film as didn’t have any ID on us. Pathetic!!

Visited on a Saturday at 11.00am with small grandkids to watch despicable me 4. Hardly anyone in there, it was comfortable. Ticket prices were high (nearly 60.00 for two adults and two kids) I also refused to buy food at extremely over inflated prices. Very rare visit, and I could wait for it to come out on DVD. Far too expensive

Booked online for Friday, 24th May to watch furiosa. Our showing was for midday, noon. We arrived just after 11.33am to the cinema locked and in darkness, with an opening times on one door stating Friday opening is at 1400. Checked tickets to make sure I hadn't booked midnight showing, lol! We was told around 11.50 that the cinema usually opens 15 mins before first showing. That's good to know for future reference. As always, once in, staff very helpful, curtious to a t! Ordered food and waited for imax cinema to be opened. Food was tasty but a little over priced for my liking Film was good, worth watching Look forward to our next showing!

We love going to the cinema and this Odeon is great. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Prices are decent, screens good and all areas are clean. They have IMAX too which is an added bonus.

Great IMAX experience. It's sometimes spoiled by idiots shouting out or talking over the movies. That's enough to put me off. I don't want to pay all that money to be distracted by some very odd people making noises. I'd rather stay home.

Iv not been here for about 6 years after being a regular customer and although i enjoyed the movie, and customer care on the whole has greatly improved, i have two gripes Firstly, there was a woman sat with her child about 3 rows in front and the child wouldn't be quiet. At all.... Ever. If you can't control your children, please choose a different activity. People pay to watch a movie. Secondly the after show cleaner started cleaning the cinema whilst the credits were rolling and said "there's nothing to see after the credits" Seriously? Get out until the credits have finished rolling please! Some people like to watch credits/ listen to the music which we have paid to do. Seriously just get out until it's finished. Customers should NOT be pressured into leaving. Oh i forgot the screen is also too dark. Very bizarre

This place needs a makeover. The reception is fine but the seats are straight out the 70s. You could go to Derby for the same price and get recliner seats!

The screens themselves are showing their age. The chairs are old and have a smell about them, which isn't pleasant. In the standard cinemas, the "luxury" seat is hard, stiff leather. The standard seats are more comfortable. The communal areas have been done up, which is nice. The IMAX is amazing. The screen, the sound, and the set-up. It's what the rest of the cinema should be like. They have introduced a new food ordering system on the already busy ticket machines. It's an unnecessary added step. It only makes sense if you pre-order everything on your phone before you get there. If you do that, it's all sleek, quick, and pain-free. I'd go to other cinemas unless it was for the IMAX.

I was here for the first time, I went to the premiere of the movie Madame Web, the cinema is a clean place, clarity in the image and sound, comfortable seats. There was someone at the entrance who directed us where we could get tickets. I will come back on another occasion!

Kids running the cinema who have no idea what they are talking about. My son was asked for his ID for the first time. Woman in the photo claimed to be the manager and she’s seen us many of times watching horror films. He’s only been going to the Odeon cinema to see films rated 15 for over 6 months. Why would we carry his ID with us when he’s never had a problem before. I wouldn’t have had time to go back and retrieve his ID in time to watch the movie. Totally unacceptable and unfair behaviour. I have cancelled all My Limitless memberships and will never set foot in Mansfield Odeon.

Hello, right so me and my 2 sons (one is 15 and one is 17) went to the cinema to watch a film, the film was rated 15, this women wouldn’t let my son in becaus he didn’t look 15, not even with me (an adult) still wouldn’t even allow us in, she then asked for ID, like why would I be carrying round my 15 year old sons passport, absolutely stupid, they then couldn’t even refund the tickets cause I used a voucher, it’s embarrassing that they expect people to keep going to places like this

Soooooo expensive, food and tickets are a stupid price. £50 for 2 adults and a child, add food and it’s over £100! Go to Savoy at Worksop, better seats, £25 for 3 tickets and £25 for food, so half the price and recliner seating!!! Puts the odeon to shame.

First visit for quite a while thoroughly enjoyed especially the reclining seats Aquaman the Lost Kingdom was a great film to boot.

Nice friendly welcome, very informative till person when it came to discounts etc. Fifteen quid a ticket for outdated and bum numbing seats loses it a star. I'll go again tho.

Great cinema, always clean and everything's always working as it should, I will give a 5 star review when they bring isense into mansfield so limitless+ can actually be a worthwhile upgrade, one of if not the most expensive cinema outside of London but doesn't offer the viewing experience of so many other odeons unfortunately. Limitless is well worth getting here if you go once a month you've got your moneys worth, just not worth the extra for limitless plus just yet.

Lovely, hot food when arrived, packaging great for safe transport and even cute smileys written on the box! Ordered with 1 minute to closing so didn’t expect much but was better than most restaurants on here!! Thank you

Expensive of going as a large family. But more modern than certain Cineworlds. Ample light room, which aids comfort. Friendly and helpful staff.

Decent cinema experience however there was no heating in the room, me and my wife (in our 20s) who are not cold people had to use our coats as blankets!
