Friendly staff. Good food nice environment. Clean mostly. Not really too busy usually but an average subway. Good menu options and always nice fresh food.

Ordered with an original delivery time of 15-30 mins. The order took almost two hours two be delivered and I was unable to cancel this.

Not very happy at all. Asked for no peppers for all 3 of my subs but they all came with peppers and it had salsa instead of marinara sauce!!! Got a notification it was ready to collect, I arrived 10 minutes after this notification and it hadn’t even been started so waited a further 10 minutes. Very disappointing.

One of the worst sandwiches I've had. Dry bread, hardly any bacon. Would not recommend . Went back and returned the food to get a refund. No apology or anything.

Payed for a subway meal. Only to be told after 20 minutes that I cannot use their chargers scattered around the store? What is the point of the chargers if customers can’t use them? One of the staff said I can and the other said I can’t, where’s the communication? Miserable customer service, don’t appreciate the way I was spoken too. Ended up going to the bonzo lounge next door which is much better.

Worst food and coffee I've ever had. Made with no care at all. Coffee was like lava burnt my whole mouth. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Great customer service. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant area was really clean and regularly attended to by the staff. We stopped here for a quick bite to eat, but it was off-peak so hard to judge the atmosphere when it would be busy. There is indoor and outside seating. Customer toilets are also available that we're found also to be clean. Local parking options nearby, We used the pay & display multi-storey behind Keynsham Civic Centre & Library.

The family are incredibly delightful. Not just a regular subway. Brilliant customer service absolutely lovely experience.

I was served by the friendliest staff member Maz. She had incredible customer service and created the most delectable sandwich I have ever eaten, I have never eaten a sandwich that has beaten its quality. Gorgeous, modern and clean shop. It was an amazing experience.

I have not one bad word to say about this incredible subway. The owners of this franchise were so welcoming and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I am a very indecisive person and take a while ordering, they helped me decide and did not rush me. The dining area was very clean aswell!! I had a lovely experience. The hot chocolate was fantastic!!!! 100% recommend, brilliant experience and truly lovely people.

Mind your own business stop stalking me

Usually I don’t like to leave negative reviews as I believe they show an unfair depiction however this store has merely offered an apology and a refund of one 6 inch sub after I was given a meat product although I am vegetarian. After taking one bite and immediately spitting it out I was sick for the rest of the day. Additionally my partners meat in their sub was still frozen…. We complained and had to wait a while for a reply and all we were offered was a refund for the offending item. Out of courtesy most fast food outlets usually offer a complete refund or even a replacement meal. They are lucky for me it is a lifestyle choice opposed to an allergy otherwise the outcome could have been far worse.

I asked the delivery driver to phone me when they arrived. They didn’t they just phoned our marina office instead. My marina office then had to phone me to tell me. They have quite a busy schedule and so calling me about a food delivery was quite annoying

Staff barely speak the local language "English" it really is key that the worker understands how to communicate if you work at subway clearly the manager here didn't get that memo

Just a Subway. But what a Subway! I got the warmest, friendliest welcome I've had in any shop in years. ALL the staff greeted me. They sold their products with enthusiasm and good nature. Brilliant! Well done!

I have to post a review about this store because I'm flabbergasted at some of the 1⭐'s people have posted. My son,(extra olives &double cheese) loves the staff at this subway. I have been in a few times to get his subway and they know me because of his order. They are very kind, very polite and always give him the extra he asks for. I filled out a review from the website on the receipt, and they read it. The next time he went in, they gave him a footlong instead of his usual 6". Correct me if I'm wrong but does that sound "rude, impolite or disinterested"? In my experience the sort of people who leave 1⭐ reviews because of some misconceived slight, and possibly do hardworking people out of business, are rude, sad and impolite themselves. The staff are lovely The food is fresh and plentyful. Don't pay attention to the 1⭐'s.

Amazing service 10/10 was delivered food by one of the workers after my uber eats delivery was missing items he had come in his own car and delivered my nachos by himself what an amazing guy

Visited this Subway for the first time on Wednesday as I am a regular Subway customer but found this particular Subway that staff were very rude, even slamming my change down on the counter. I asked for a knife and you would have thought I asked for the world. Also the filling in my sandwich was very substandard and disappointing. Not a very pleasant 1st visit. I will NOT be visiting again. What a shame for the Centre of a lovely place like Keynsham.

Healthy food at a healthy price. Brilliant place

Food is decent. People who work there are really weird. The guy refused to let me have extra mayo, he told me it would give me a tummy ache.

My daughter and I shot ourselves like a hungry child. Jedzimy. The bathroom is closed at 3 am, so school-aged children do not want to go to the bathroom. We say "OK", my friend went to fill. Bad weather Translated from Romanian

Good customer service and good portion

2 minutes from my work this subways branch with his manager Shahab gives you energy for your rest of your day. All the staff smiling and willing to help you. Keep the good work guys and Shahab thank you for the drink ;)

Always a frequent customer. Shahab is the manager and is always very friendly and helpful. I don’t know what these bad reviews are from because I’m here almost every day and always great food. Never a problem. Always a clean restaurant too never any complaints from me!

I'm a regular customer of this branch, I always see shahab (unsure if correct spelling) but hes always so polite and friendly. The same goes for all the staff there.

Great place to have a sandwich with the family

Staff rude and arrogant portions are small compared to other Subway Shops even when asked for double meat on salad the scoop was half full same as salad and sauce have to ask several times to get more. Compare to other Subway shops this one is the worst. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I hadn’t eaten at Subway before but as this one had just opened in my town I decided to go in on Monday of this week for a breakfast snack with a friend. We were welcomed by a lovely friendly and cheerful member of staff who served us promptly. However, the manager arrived shortly after and was extremely rude to her lovely colleague in front of us. We were very shocked and disappointed and will certainly not be visiting again. Sad.

Purposely added other items to my order, then charged me for them. The girl refused to give me my recept and then left. they made it really dificult to get refunded claiming I had the food which I didn't order. So frustrating

Subway, Keynsham. Usual subway choice n standards, but God they're SLOW. TOOK ten minutes to finish serving 1 person for cash n fizzy drinks! Yes, 10 minutes¡¡¡ If wasn't soo slow, would have gotten usual subway ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Flies were hovering around and worst staff ever , one girl serving 6 people and 3 other staff members just chatting and doing nothing.

The subway in Keynsham is well run and the staff are always friendly and helpful, well worth a visit.

I love it here, it's a lovely clean place with fresh food and plenty of seating area. The staff are great, friendly abd chatty !!I would recommend this to anyone. I an definitely coming here again 😀
