Food was so cold! Bread wasn't toasted so it wasnt enjoyable at all. Everything else was ok

Order never received, tried multiple attempts to call the shop with no answer. After over 2.5hrs the order was finally updated as complete by the shop, although nothing was ever delivered… absolute joke.

Both me subs weren't toasted, cheese wasissing off them, so was the extra bacon.. and both cookies off the meal deal were missing

driver was on the phone and gave me the bag ripped half open

Popped in and was just going to order my normal 6inch but spotted a sign for free kids meal with the foot long. So ordered that. However despite the sign was also charged for the kids meal. When questioned the lady behind the counter said it was only available via the app. However nowhere on the sign does it say anything about having to use the app

badly prepared, delivery time got pushed back nearly an hour and it was obviously stone cold and soggy

My food has never arrived to my house it had been delivered to the wrong house even though it had been delivered to my house before.

Perfect! Was apprehensive with being in Peterlee but it was spot on. Delivered within 15/20 minutes!!

Visited tuesday for a cheeky bit of food after spending far too much in the sports direct nearby, was served by a lovely lass called Ella. She was helpful, funny and an overall amazing server. If you visit this subway, pray you get served by this lovely young lass. She asked me about my day and everything! Will be back if the customer service is always like this!

Absolutely disgraceful, ordered a veggie Pattie sub and revived steak? Ridiculous

My husband and I called in here on the way up to Northumberland for a few days and were greeted so warmly by Chelsea who couldn't do enough for us. She was very friendly and keen to answer any questions we had advising us immediately of anything which was out of stock making decision making simpler. We've been to lots of Subways over the years as well as other fast food outlets and this was the best experience we have ever had. Well done Chelsea, you're doing a fantastic job. Thank you very much.

our order was slightly wrong, we were given the wrong crisps and cookie with each meal, no contact from the shop to inform us of this. Overall we were happy.

Wrong drink . Cheese bites where freezing so I throw them away

Ordered toasted subs neither of them toasted ! No cheese on them either and one of the subs on completely the wrong bread .

Garlic bread very hard over cooked hardly anything in salad box lettuce missing&hash browns very cold and squashed

the sandwich was not toasted, no cheese, no red onions or peppers. the cheese bites and hash browns were freezing

added option of Nachos which were ridiculous lucky if u get 10 crisps in a tiny little box now and all of it was cold

We were given two salt and vinegar crisps when we wanted one cheese and onion and one monster munch and the cheese bites were supposed to be normal but they are the chipotle ones.

would help if you delivered what the customer ordered

came to subway after looking around dalton park for a little while just expecting a regular experience however when i walked through the door i was greeted with a lovely smile and a greeting by a girl named ella i believe and while she was making my sandwich we where laughing and having an all round good experience i couldn’t of asked for better customer service and i will definitely be coming back this type of customer service should be mirrored to all other employees and even when i was eating she kept up the same level of joy with someone else who came in outstanding customer service

Ordered via the app 3 x steak subs Footlong plus 4 raspberry cheesecake cookies. Turned up at the time I selected to be told there was no steak. I asked for 3 chicken based subs to be told there was no chicken, tuna or corn. Told I could not get my money back instore as I'd gone through the app. Couldn't find any refund procedure on the app. Eventually went for 3 meatball subs only to be told there was no normal cheese so had to opt for a different 1. Then guess what no raspberry cheesecake cookies. What a shambles, lodged a complaint via the app stating I would more than likely get a poor stock response and guess what that is all I got. Poor experience is an understatement 😡

Legitimately worrying how you can so easily mess up a sandwich and some nachos. Genuinely never tasted a subway this bad, how have you even managed it?

All sandwiches not toasted as asked for, wrong bread giving and wrong cheese used all cold

i did paid for something that i did not received . i won't buy again. the was not what i requested, not toasted, not cheese and finally the drink WAS NOT THE DRINK. .

some items were missing from the sandwiches, wrong crisps, a drink was missing and paid extra for classic coke but got diet which I don't like.

I asked for my sandwich toasted, it arrived I toasted and completely stone cold. Not a single part of my sandwich was remotely Luke warm.

Very tasty arrived on time, slightly cold but can’t be helped just popped it in the air fryer for 2 mins and it was all good

Awful experience at Dalton Park Subway.. “Ella” she said her name was service was disgusting, she was miserable and rude, we waited in the store for approx 5 mins before she even appeared, rolling eyes , throwing the salad into the box with half a litre of liquid from the sweetcorn.. Left the store in the end due to service or lack of it!!!!

Subway in Dalton Park is both easy to find and welcoming. We arrived late in the day but the lady serving us treated us just like we were the first customer of the day.

Food arrived almost 2 hours late. There was no option for me to cancel

I ordered my food at about 11.20am and it didn't arrive till 2pm. My food was cold and the map was playing up the whole time. My estimated delivery time changed 5 time as well.

Fantastic fast service by girl who was on her own. Great sarnie

Salad wasn’t chopped properly was so dry even tho I put in notes extra sauce I absolutely love a subway salad but since that experience off that one I don’t want one again it was also 60 minutes late

Didn’t have meatballs and I wasn’t contacted so was given ham.. not happy didn’t eat it.

No messing around great service,food straight to me and in perfect condition.the salad box was half full and the tuna was just plopped on in bits.but apart from that excellent delivery service

Foods cold and isn’t even toasted ?

I eat here almost every morning. Holly ( sorry if I misprounced the name) serves me. She is the best artist here. She knows my sandwich and its nice when she just goes like "Just the usual? 😊" I have seen her serbing other customers where the sliced meat like ham and turkey is never cut for salad. She did it. This in my opinion is called great service. Thankyou Holly.

This is the 2nd weekend running my order has been screwed up, last weekend they cancelled my ordered after an hour, this weekend they've sent a chocolate milkshake containing coffee which was for a child and Ive received a Pepsi max instead of a tango 🤯

The philly sub sandwich was ok but the coffee was just lukewarm

Subway caters for me as someone who can't eat gluten & if I'm with others they can usually get something they like too. (If you are Celiac or very sensitive to gluten it may not suit you due to cross contamination) An allergens chart is on the counter/ display but they have paper versions which I find easier (I have one in the car with everything I can't have blocked out). I tend to opt for a salad. They do gluten free bread. It comes pre wrapped and they usually get it from their freezer. It's perfectly fine, it taste more like a ciabatta type bread, fairly dense. I don't mind it, I prefer the salad though. 50p extra for the GF bread. Sometimes they do 2x 6 inch subs for £5 after 5pm.

Food arrived late and was stone cold, can tell it was made before they found a courier even though it states it won’t be prepared until a courier is confirmed

We always come in the shop we are from peterlee its the best subway going bu a long way the lassers in the shop are great as well so thought we would order today great again thank u driver was on time spot on

Waited a while for a driver to be assigned, but once there was one, it was a speedy service. I'm not sure if they were toasted like requested, though.

Some of the cookies what were meant to be smartie cookies were chocolate chunk, never seem to get what you order .when your paying £5.50 for 5 cookies I expect them to be what I order

Food was late as your delivery driver couldn't be arsed to get out the car & had to run down the street to find him, despite directing on the phone for several minutes. Food came cold and untoasted as ordered. Never again

My Philly Steak sandwich was OK, nothing special, I asked for it to be toasted and got warm soggy bread with no bite to it, we would have complained but were heading back to the car while eating.

Awful service. Obviously a new lad working and not his fault but the 2 other girls not helping at all and laughing at him. A painful and uncomfortable wait for the sandwiches

Tried off the new menu. Not bad . But will stick to making up my own.

Holly at Subway Dalton park served me today. She is such caring lovely customer service worker at till. 10/10 for her service I would definitely recommend my colleagues and Clients this subway for the sweetest service. Brilliant! Holly Made my Day :) I hope her seniors notice this and give her a pat on back for being such hardworking and nicest customer service.

1st order was pushed back 20 mins. Then 1 sandwich correct. 2nd sandwich order cheese steam, toasted on herb and cheese bread.... compleat different sandwich received. Won't order again

The food was horrible! The garlic bread was soggy and had way too much sauce, the garlic bread was chucked away as it was inedible! The subs ordered were squished tightly and the bread was soggy for both the Italian BMT and the meatball marinara, we both felt unwell after a few bits of our subs… also messed up the cookies, ordered 3 double chocolate cookies, ended up with 3 white chocolate and raspberry cookies instead which were binned because they were not cooked properly which you could tell by the colour in the middle of them. Overall a horrendous order and will be avoiding this one in the future.

Fantastic salad even though some things weren't in stock. Rainbow cookies were lovely too

I ordered the steak and cheese sub , and there’s zero cheese in it! And I’m sure I’ve chosen all the extras and all the required stuff you need to choose when you order . Anyway a cheese and steak should have cheese as a default!! Just payed almost £14 for nothing . Can’t eat bread and steak , no sauce which I chose no peppers which I chose … Never again

Wasn't heated correctly and nachos looked liked they'd been chucked together with hardly any sauces or cheese should of got a packet of crisps cause that's basically what I ended up with.

Toaster not working so can't toast a sandwich, half of the menu missing. At-least they explained it nicely. Embarrassing really.

Ordered two 6inch subs, woman who started them was rude, uninterested and automatically assumed we wanted cheese on our order? Then went in the back, pulled her phone out, came back on shop floor and was texting then suddenly left the shop?? Wait was around 10 minutes but The lady who took over was brilliant & attentive even though the shop was filling up with customers & she was on her own.
